I had a wonderful experience purchasing a preowned vehicle. Mr Grameldi new exactly what type of vehicle I was looking for. Todd was very quick writing up the sales contract. Overall it was an experience I will do all over again when I purchase my next vehicle. Thanks Carmen family!

It is a gimmick. They sent flyers saying you won something towards a vehicle so they can clear their inventory. I want there asking about a 2007 Honda for 5995. They said they just sold it. I saw a 2007 Nissan Altima. The blue book value was 5122. I have an excellent credit score officially approved for a mortgage for a house for 150000. Carmen Ford asked for my social security number. I did not give them my real number. I said I would take a payment for No more than 150. The sales man said even with a credit score of 900 I couldn't get a payment that low. How do they know if my score isn't 900. They said I'd have to put at least 4000 down. There are much better car dealers with better reliable used cars. BEWARE of Carmen Ford if you are looking for a decent used car.

I have purchased many new cars over the years, and quite honestly this was the most rewarding and smooth experience.

A great car, a great salesperson (Gary Santora) and even the two sales managers- Joe and Fred were very pleasant to work with. Gary kept me apprised of the delivery of the car that was coming from another state and just could not have been nicer. Carman Lincoln is our new dealership.

I purchased a new 2015 Lincoln MKC from Dan Shine ...

I purchased a new 2015 Lincoln MKC from Dan Shine yesterday. With his team at Carman Ford Lincoln, the purchasing process could not have gone smoother. I have specific tastes in the exterior and interior color of my vehicle as well as its wheel base and rim design. While there was plenty of stock at the dealership, not included was the color I wanted.

Dan listened to my requirements and offered to find a dealer who had the vehicle I wanted or order it directly from the manufacturer. He and his team was able to find the vehicle from a dealer in Long Island, NY. After making several attempts to make contact, Dan finally wrote a long email to the dealer explaining that he was born in Wantaugh, NY, a town in Long Island. Dan reflected on his fond memories there as a child. The dealer responded. I received a call that Carman Ford Lincoln would be getting the vehicle and it would be ready for me to pickup which was within 4 days after placing my deposit. This dealership has dedicated sales people who are committed to customer satisfaction. I was very surprised with the speed and efficiency of purchasing the vehicle.

I cannot say the same for its management. I did negotiate more for my trade but I felt that I should have received at least $500 more (37K - low mileage plus maintenance plan - exp March 2017 and in very good condition 2011 Mini Cooper) and they did not budge. I can't say wholeheartedly that I loved my experience with Carman Ford Lincoln but I would work again with Dan and Frank in buying/leasing my next vehicle.

The delivery process went smooth. Both Dan and Gary reviewed the vehicle features with me in detail and I was able to enjoy the comfort of my shiny new vehicle immediately. Thanks Guys!

I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion and couldn't be happier! Greg Grimaldi was my salesman and he did an outstanding job of getting me in a car that I liked for what I was willing to pay. Both the sales manager and the man I signed the papers with also were outstanding. I will recommend and continue to do business with Carman Ford LIncoln!!

I was thoroughly disappointed in the service I received over the many weeks of failed attempts to fix my car and misinformation shared with me. I was continually brought back, upwards of 5 times, to fix the issue with my vehicle, including one wonderful instance where the shuttle forgot to pick me up despite my scheduled ride. On multiple occasions, I was informed that the issue was resolved, only to start my car and notice it was in fact, not resolved. The staff members assisting me were always kind, but this does not excuse or make up for the absolute inefficiency and disruption this experience caused. After this experience, I immediately began the process to trade in my vehicle and have no intention of returning to this site, or purchasing another Ford ever again.

I asked them if they could fix it, and I was even gonna pay, they said no and tried to say it was already broken.They also refused to rotate my tires and put air in them like they said they would, but they didn't charge me for it so.... Unbelievable. Very disappointed customer :(

Best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. I absolutely hate the auto buying experience. Typically it's very painful but my sales rep, Mandy Duncan, and her Sales Manager (and dealership owner) Joe Giacchino, made the buying process as painless and seamless as possible. The service didn't stop there. Erwin Lee, the Business Manager who completed the dirty-work where paperwork was concerned, was just as efficient and pleasant. I arrived at the dealership at 1:30 in the afternoon, and drove off the lot at 4:00 with a brand new Lincoln Navigator. The customer service at Carman is off the chart. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, Ford or Lincoln in particular, to visit the Carman Ford Lincoln Dealership in New Castle.

We bought our pre-owned 2010 Chrysler town and Country from them 2 months ago in February 2018.. They moved it to the shop in the back for almost 45 minutes before they presented it back to us... We realized why.. The belt is super squeaky when we start it every time.. Plus we thank God we opted in for the warranty because there is Transmission issues.. Smh.. I think they knew the issues and refused to be up front for the sake of a sale... Overall I believe they do have good quality vehicles BUT we ended up getting a vehicle that needs a lot of work..

My experience at Carman Ford Lincoln was a great one!! My salesman SCOTT HENNING and even the sales manager FRANK AZAN were extremely helpful. Mr. Azan took the time and listened to my wants and ordered me the Lincoln of my dreams!!! Once the vehicle arrived it was delivered by Scott Henning who did an awesome job going over all the bells and whistles. Even the paperwork was quick and painless. I was out of the dealership with my new wheels in about an hour. If you are in the market for a new Lincoln or Ford product I would definitely recommend going to Carman Ford Lincoln. They now have me as a customer for life!! Thank you!!!!

Worst place ever. I bought 2 cars from there. I dealt with Chris the first car then the second one was a different salesperson. Chris started on the second car but then started yelling and screaming at me and my wife about financing. Then had to pick the tags up and then Chris started again when we went to pick them up. Saying all kinds of profanities. Would stay clear.

I was in the market for a CPO Lincoln MKZ. On the Carman website I saw a 2014 model that was exactly what I wanted to buy. I called the dealership and spoke to Dan Shine. He could not have been nicer and was extremely helpful and informative as he answered all my questions. I decided to check out the car. It was everything I wanted and more! Plus the price was more than reasonable for a low mileage car.
Dan was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. I drove home my new car that day.
I would absolutely recommend Carman Lincoln as well as Dan Shine.

I took my Lincoln to Carman Ford Lincoln. They told me that diagnose cost will be 180 something. I said OK and left the car for almost 6 hours. After six hours they called me and said " we could not diagnose the problem. We need 2 more tests and we need 300$ extra. I said NO. They will not keep their promise. If they cannot find the problem they will over charge you. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR MECHANICAL PROBLEMS.

Austin Zebrook was the salesman and did an awesome job of answering questions, demonstrating the car's many features and helping with paperwork/insurance questions. I believe Bob was the financial person helping me and he was terrific! When it's time for my next new car, I am 100% positive Carman and Austin Zebrook will be my first and only stop! Thanks so much for making what many people say is an 'awful, drawn out experience' into a truly enjoyable one!

Bought my 2013 Lincoln MKS pre certified here. Less than 2 yrs later and 30k miles, it has been in the shop about 8 times. Staff wasn't aware of the Ford Lincoln continued warranty plan or so they claimed. Tried to charge me $4500 for a warranty job.

Scott was extremely nice sales person I did not pressure me at all as I just initially came to look at a vehicle and not to purchase but I felt so comfortable with him and his honesty and integrity and salesmanship that I purchased a brand new Ford F150 with all the options that I wanted. I ve been a Chevy guy for years but the way I was treated today and the amount of attention to detail made me switch to the blue oval. Thank you Carman Ford and most specifically Scott for all that you ve done today to make this an enjoyable purchase.

l have purchase many vehicles and my experience with Carman Ford Lincoln was by far the best. My salesman Daniel Shine was very knowledgeable with the vehicles on the lot. He listened to what I wanted in a car and showed me a 2014 Lincoln MKS that was perfect. All the options I wanted and the right price. I was approved for a loan though my bank but the finance officer was able to find me a better deal, saving me money. I would also like thank Damien, the lot supervisor. Damien drove my new vehicle home, because I am recovering from a broken leg and my doctor has not cleared me to drive. Excellent dealership.

Though not the fault of the dealership staff, I was told that I would be notified if the vehicle that I was interested in had been sold. I get to the dealership and it had been sold last weekend. I got no notification and basically wasted a trip. My contact person had from Mon. until last night Thursday to contact me about thr sale. Makes it seem like well once you get the customer there they are more inclined to by e en if what they came for is gone, not a good faith practice. So I really didn't get to experience from start to finish the entire treatment as a customer. If it is someone's job to follow up then that has to be prioritized. My opportunity to see if there was another favorable option is taken away once I enter the showroom.

Called up Carmen Ford to have my truck air conditioner fixed which would ve been for the 3 rd time in little over a month. I went to the service counter they told me I had no appointment, J called prior to going there and had one, I gave them the name of the person that made my appointment. They said that person does not work there, They gave me my money back and told me to go somewhere else. I went to the office at Carmen Ford and found the person that I made the appointment with.

The boss in the service department was very rude, they could not get my car fixed after 2 visits, this would have been my third visit for same problem. You have 2 sit around waiting past 1 hour waiting for a ride home, which is part of getting your vehicle fixed there.

Very rude service department, incompetence repair and you spend hours there.

Do not take your car here.

I was extremely please with the service and my rep Brenda was very helpful guiding me through my first experience with Carman Ford. I did however have to return my vehicle as I had a hard time starting the car after the recall was performed (fuel issue). They gladly checked my vehicle and it seemed to be okay after I took it back yesterday. I didn't have a hard time starting the car this morning, however it's been out in the cold all day at the parking lot at my job. Time will tell if I have a problem starting it today after work. I see on the service review that they checked the battery and that was good so it can't be the battery if I have a problem starting when I leave work. Fingers crossed!!!

YOU do not pay off the loan in full, you pay off the value of the car and then you tack on the remaining balance to the new loan. It's a scam! Paying off a loan in full means the customer isnf responsible for any of it. In this case you are making the customer responsible for it. Dont send out letters stating you are paying off loans if that's not what's happening.

I want to start by saying the salesman and finance guy were great, they tried really hard to get me into a new car. The only reason I left a two star or I would of left a one. I got this letter in the mail from Mike Sipila, saying he would pay my existing loan off. LIES!!! I thought to myself, this is to good to be true. I drive a 2016 Jeep and I still owe 23k on it. I test drove a 22k car so I could lower my payment. I pay a little over $500 a month now. Fell in love with the car but I am also not a stupid person and told my husband that I guarantee they wont pay off my car they are just going to try to hide my remaining balance after pay off in a new loan. I was exactly correct. They came over and told me they would give me half of what I owed for my car, haha. Seriously, why send me a letter in the mail and tell me you are going to pay it off if you are not?!?!? So, I went in wasted an entire friday night and got 3 hard pulls on my credit only for them to tell me I had to put some ridiculous amount down and my payment would go up, so I left without a new car, lowered my credit score which I am not happy about. Don't fall for those stupid letters, THEY WILL NOT PAY OFF YOUR LOAN!!!

Everyone in this dealership is very rude, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. I wish I could review it 0 starts. Please take your money somewhere where they treat you like an actual human being . Even when you asked to talk to a manager they give you an attitude and reuse to help at all. Take your business elsewhere.
