My husband and I were in the market for a new car. It was time to replace our 12 year old car. I am not really a fan of the whole car buying process. I don't like feeling pressured, and I had a specific amount to spend and I wasn't interested in going above my limit. John Brooking was just amazing. One week prior to visiting Carmen Ford we stopped in at another local Ford dealership. It was a very disappointing experience. Greg and the rest of the staff at Carman, on the other hand, gave us such great treatment that we told all of our friends. And even a few strangers!

We had a very relaxing experience with this dealership. Our salesman was great in helping us. We went to get either the Ford Fusion Titanium or the Lincoln MKZ. We ended up getting the Lincoln after returning home to discuss our decision. We were not pressured or made to feel we had to buy a car. Our salesman Daniel Shine showed us every aspect of the car and took his time explaining everything.

Have 2016 Ford Transit owns over 10 ford vehicles in the last decade refuse to cut a new key because it was purchased from Amazon. Next car will not be a Ford....... Hello Mercedes Sprinter. Just added photograph of my pre-approval from Ford Credit for a $50,000 Ford Transit. As to the key cutting machine, I will dig out my micrometer and I will check out the key thickness for you so you do not do this to other customers and you can put this lame excuse to rest.
