I feasted like a king. Best brisket I ever ate. Our server was good.. but the way the manager (Sam I think his name) treated us when we had no reservation.. will be back for sure.

Had the seafood platter and bbq platters. Everything was delicious. Great service. 10/10.

I ordered the meat platter for two and everything tasted amazing, couldn't make it any better. But what really sets this place apart is the service. Our waitress was awesome, she came but just the right amount of times and was quick. When she brought me my final drink as soon as she placed it on the table she notices the glass was not clean and took it right back and brought me a new one. Five minutes later the manager comes by apologises for the inconveniences and comps the drink. Just wow!

Fantastic food, bit pricey for the style but we won't in Texas anymore Dorothy! Beautiful space. Personable staff. Highly recommended.

Good food. Very cool restaurant with double floor high ceilings. Lots of meat, so not ideal if you're a vegetarian.

Fried cauliflower is really unique and worth trying.

The fried chicken was very tender the night I went. The brisket was unfortunately a little dry.

I recommend checking this place out.

I think we tried almost everything and it was all amazing the brisket and cornbread were my favourites! Very friendly and helpful customer service, we will be coming back again!

Great atmosphere and food. Although staff is attentive to meals being finished, they were sloppy in their pour. Went for brunch and coffee all over the outside of the cups. Also surprised that they never refilled the coffee considering how basic I was. Would go back nevertheless.

I'm still dreaming about the KFC dish. And the cocktails are ridiculously good. Bartenders put on a show, This is a place that you like to sit at the bar to eat.

Came for Sunday brunch and ordered a serving of smoked brisket egg bennys. The brisket was a bit salty and slightly dry, but the hollandaise sauce and muffin were amazing! Portion sizes were huge too. Only downfall was that we had a server who did not seem like she cared. She only came to take our order and clean the plates, didnt ask us about the food (didnt come by to check on us at all), rolled her eyes when we asked to split the bill, and never refilled our water even though it was empty and we had no water (could not even find her).

Good experience, loved the food and cocktail! Only thing not to love was the 2 hour limit on dining there.

Try sharing the meat platter and a ton of sides because everything was fantastic!

Great food and drinks with really nice atmosphere. A little pricey but I feel it's worth it. The BBQ platter is awesome to share with a few friends.

I stopped in here on a Monday evening with a group if 5, we were seated immediately. Carbon gets a 5 for style, I spent more time gazing at the chandeliers, high ceilings, open kitchen and floor to ceiling bar than the menu. I would suggest splitting the pit platter, (brisket. Pork ribs and fried chicken) it was plenty for two people, though very tasty I have had a better version of each meat at other places, and for a lower price. The service was great and and an overall nice experience.

Every time - great food, great drinks, great service. Get the big meat platter for sure! Best Side: Mac and Cheese. They make perfect Martinis. Like real Martinis, not just the ones made with fruit juices. On a date/double date I prefer sitting on the lounge side in a booth. In a large group you can't beat the chef's table.

Cool place with great atmosphere. Just went in for drinks at the bar though. Very busy on a Friday night and definitely need to book if you want to eat.

Thw restaurant has great food and very nice atmosphere. Pricewise you need to be prepared to pay a premium price. The service could be better. It took forever to bring the food for our big group.

Good decor. Food was ok and cocktails were good. The ribs had an amazing smoke flavor. The crocodile bites is absolutely flavor less and just gimmicky. Corn bread is the real winner.

We had our wedding reception at carbon bar in the green room and working with Matthew to figure out the logistics was so easy and the day itself was executed exactly as we had hoped.

The food was delicious and everyone who attended was very impressed. The service was awesome, my niece and little brother were well cared for which made everything so much easier. The food all came at a good pace which made everything very relaxing.

There was a little girl downstairs who wanted to meet the princess and the waitress was nice enough to come and get me! Which definitely made everybody's day.

Food was great. We got the Pit Master Platter and everything was very well done and extremely tasty. For the food alone, I'd rate it 5 stars. Service however was rather disappointing.

Been here a bunch of times. Unique atmosphere, great food and drinks. Quite pricey. Some servers are nice while others are down right confrontational. I guess the attitude goes with the industrial cavern look. Plus this place is rammed all night and when there's no shortage of customers you can be a jerk to them. I'll prolly be back though, everybody I know insists on trying it out once.

The place looks great and has a couple of interesting appetizers but the food s taste profile is repetitive and narrow. We ve been 3 times and are completely bored and not going back.

Attended a corporate event here and enjoyed every element of the experience. Layout and decor is nice and well thought out. Food is excellent especially for smoked BBQ lovers.

Brisket on point servers don't tend enough to guests other than that great meal

It was a family dinner and we had the Carbon Experience. Each dish, from starter all the way to dessert was amazing and tasty, but at the same time it was and outrageous amount of food. We all ate until we couldn t anymore and we still brought food back home with us. Definitely coming back.

Very good restaurant. Very high quality food and service. For your question, the reason I didn't give a 5 star review had nothing to do with the very high quality of the food. It was because we were a group of about 12 ish people and had no idea what to expect and how the place worked for the food services. When we made it to the last course we didn't know it was coming in that order so most of us couldn't eat anymore as we thought the last service was the one prior. I felt that because we were a larger group the service wasn't as good as if we would have been if we were just couple of people for exemple. I wish the time to explain would have been taken. By all means, I will be coming back again as for the quality is extremely in the best I have tried.

Great BBQ in the heart of the city. The decor is spectacular too playing on the old Electric Circus theme.

In my opinion carbon bar is the best value for money BBQ in town and it s amazing. During quarantine we ordered it multiple times and were shocked at the quantity and quality we received. Our first order they made a small error and rectified it immediately with excellent customer service. I m no longer in Toronto and missing it already!

I can't think of a better beef brisket I've ever had. Great cocktails, unique apps...we had duck confit tacos and crocodile bites (Yes real croc)... and delicious cocktails! The price was a little higher than my typical place but well worth it. I will definitely go back

Love the vibe of the interior. Food is decent but absolutely not my favourite. I d go somewhere else for BBQ type food.

Ordered Fish Monger player for 2. Crab was tasteless, several items came pre-sauced with mayo (I want to taste the seafood not mayo). Fries were quite good but overpriced for what your getting like the rest of the menu at this establishment.

Went here on a weekday evening and the service was quick as was the food. The crocodile bites were okay, but not memorable. The meat platter was great shared between 2 people. Ribs and brisket was outstanding, although the fried chicken was mediocre. Fries were good too. Price is on the high side but it s definitely worth a try at least once.

In the old electric circus studio this restaurant is lively and happening. The food is great here and the service is too. Definitely try the fried chicken skin and the chicken and ribs.

Interesting style of service, aside from it taking a while for someone to take our initial drink and food order the whole experience was great

Extraordinary drink menu, some of the best southern fried chicken and souther BBQ.

Came for a bachelor party. The dinner was excellent. Service was exceptional with a private room. Staff were helpful and receptive. There was even a Mussolini style balcony inside the actual restaurant for the private room. Food was better than casual, smoked/BBQ cuisine dishes; drink menu was vast for the whiskey assortment. I recommend for a special occassion for guys and girls if classy, but not formal, is desired.

Good service, decent food, half priced oysters on Tuesdays and good drink selection. The decor is sleek yet industrial and the double height ceiling creates an excellent atmosphere.

Very nice bar that's open late. Kitchen closes at 1am. The liquor and beer selection is vast and very well selected. The food is absolutely amazing. Certainly an upscale bar with fantastic eats st a very reasonable price. 5 stars, have and will continue to recommend.

Many times I have been here, the staff are very welcoming, walking from the foyer and entering into a beautiful open area with one of the highest ceilings I think In Toronto other then toroni on king
