Fantastic! From reserving a table to the end of the meal; the staff was charming and seamless. The food was wonderful and the flavours were classic, yet bold. Truly enjoyed my experience.

Best brisket I've had in a long time, a great choice for low and slow BBQ. Paired with a decent beer selection this is a decent place to spend an evening.

Great food. Dont waste your money on the seafood platter, go with the meat platter.

The atmosphere was great! We were there for Valentine s Day price fixe dinner. The curated liquor was amazing. It goes to show this is a bar first and foremost. The food was nothing to write home about. Both in portion and quality. The service was also subpar.

I came here with some girl friends for dinner last night.

I love the high ceilings and the decor, including the original Electric Circus sign. We were here on a Wednesday night, so I was quite pleased that the music was at a reasonable volume so that you could actually have a conversation!!

The staff was overly friendly. From the hostess, to the server, to the bus boy.

Now to the best part, the food! We ordered a the pit master platter for 2 which came with 2 big chicken breasts, 6 ribs, 3 pickle slices, 3 big pieces of brisket and a cup of fries + 3 sauces. We also ordered some coleslaw and cornbread to cut the grease and also the mac and cheese. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about any of the food. It filled us up and there was some to take home. The meats were so juicy and full of flavour; I didn't even use the sauces. The mac and cheese was delicious and cheesy, with big chunks of ribs.

The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food you get.

I'd love to come back here on the weekend. I heard it gets more loungey.

location is perfect for me, nice open space. I've been here half a dozen times, haven't had a bad experience. Good and staff are great.

Had drinks with colleagues after work. The food was excellent and the drinks were delicious. Staff was also great and attentive. Definitely will have to go back.

The lunch menu is not very interesting compared to their dinner menu. The waitress/kitchen got half of the table's orders wrong. Wouldn't come back for lunch.

Tried this place for winterlicious. I had the ceviche, cod and sundae. we also ordered an extra app to try out their cheddar hush puppies. While, the cheddar hush puppies were a little bit dry, all the other food was delicious. the portion i received for the cod was definitely worth the price. it was cooked perfectly. Everything was extremely flavourful. The service was great and our waitress was extremely attentive. Would love to come back when I'm in the area.

Amazing BBQ platter. Fried chicken (white meat) was juicey and crispy. Ribs fell off the bones. Brisket was not dry and easy to eat. Everything tasted fantastic. The seafood platter I wouldn't recommend though. I personally don't think its worth it. The KFC (Korean Fried Cauliflower) was also really good. Service was great, no complaints here. Definitely would go back for more of that delicious BBQ platter.

Service was great here, even with a packed house. The venue is stunning inside with huge soaring ceilings. Food was great and came promptly after ordering. We had the fishmongers platter and it was amazing...also highly recommend the Korean Fried Cauliflower

Very good service and a great atmosphere. Try the ceviche, frog legs, or ribs. Go for a special night out or an important business meal.

Low quality food. Beautiful atmosphere and design. Too bad food is not that great.

Great environment but garbage food. For 80 dollars I expect better quality of meat. I went there and only finished the fries as the meat had a weird stench and my stomach hurt after words. I went to rib feast and it was wayyyyyy better than anything offered from carbon bar. The sauces do not work at all they give you 2 barbeque sauce which really dont taste good. I do not plan on coming back here ever again. Side note the waitress asked me how they were and I told them they were bad and she told me "oh.. okay".. and walked away awkwardly haha.
Please avoid here.

We went there for our Valentine's dinner. Kaleb our waiter took really good care of us and was super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious.

Great ambience, attentive wait staff and the food was well executed. The duck tacos were delicious and enjoyed the oysters, brisket and the fried chicken. I liked that the breading stayed attached to the chicken when cutting or biting into it. Would definitely come again. I also liked that the space was not too loud and was able to hear my dinner companions.

I love this place for dinner but our first experience at today's brunch fell below expectation. Due to the team having a 'late start', half the menu offerings were unavailable. Ended up eating chicken & waffles...this dish could've been MUCH better but really was underwhelming. Also, why are chicken and waffles still on Toronto menus anyways? Server/service was decent. Manager was very friendly. Free coffee/tea due to the lack of options - that was nice but we'd still prefer a full menu. Place was not at all busy for a Toronto Sunday brunch. No reservations required at all.
I'm sticking to dinners only here.

Great food. Brisket is tender and smokey. Ambience is great for dates.

Went here before and after a show at the Ed Mirvish theater, it is a great place to grab a drink and a bite. The bartenders were especially friendly and open to my drink suggestions, and of course the entire experience was enhanced when the raptors won the NBA championship while I was there! Everyone was happy! Fun place!

Probably one of the coolest place in town. All due to Sam and his staff.

I certainly like the food and customer service, excellent location close to my house. The staff members are always very friendly. Will come back again.

Fantastic place with a good environment (a little on the darker side but with glass windows there s plenty of outside light). Loved their food from the Korean Cauliflower to their Pit Master Platter (great meats). Excellent/friendly staff and service. Would definitely go there again!

Fun, trendy, "after work bar" kind of ambience. The title says "bar", but the food is amaze.

My friend and I had cocktails and shared the platter here, which was really good. You get a variety of BBQs to try and you'll get a good combination. I suggest getting the platter if you're on a date or you're here for the first time with a friend. The portion is fairly generous.

Ok. Like most, I dig barbecue. Carbon Bar has pretty much the best brisket I've had. It melts in your mouth.

A group of us did the chef's experience and we were seated at the chef's table. I wasn't sure it would be enough food for the ten of us, served family style but it absolutely was.

Vibe is a little too city hip for me (I'm a dive bar type of guy) but it wasn't a turn off by any means and the food necessitates a rare 5-star rating from me.

By far one of the best places to dine; I can't stop thinking of the brisket! This place really looks after their customers, and we're definitely going back!!!
