Good food! KFC is a good option for someone who likes spicy.

The atmosphere is very nice, with high ceilings and leather upholstery on the booths. The bar is nice too but the real amazing thing about this place is the food! I can't praise it any higher

Came here for summerlicous. High ceiling venue with fancy and hip decor. Dedicated oyster bar. The ribs were tender and well cooked. Perfectly flavored and great sauce pairing. Our server, Caleb was friendly and knowledgeable. Will visit again.

Nice food, mac and cheese would have been amazing on the menu. Girts not that good. Brisket is the best thing on the menu ! Fried chicken isn't that good either.

Went here for winterlicous on a Wednesday night with friends. Service was a great and a big improvement since the last time i was here (last summer on a weekend). Server was also attentative and quick. The pork belly appetizer was delish although a bit pathetic how its just two pieces lol. The salmon entree was surprisingly good and came with vegetables that I normally avoid but Carbon Bar made them taste great! Gotta admit, we all couldnt hear the waitress very well when explaining the meat platter and sauces and we lost interest near the end of the spiel... Maybe just give us a laminated card plaque next time? All i remember was the fried chicken was yum and the first meat we had was amazeballs (the one you were recommended to eat first). The rest were good but not as amazing. Dessert was good. The cheescake was better than the tart(?) we also in my opinion.

Was taken here on a corporate dinner, what an incredible evening. I have travelled for barbeque to the depths of Texas, the coast of South Carolina and all the way to Memphis. For Toronto this is a fantastic barbeque joint, cocktails are incredible, beer selection is great all to wash down this southern comfort food.

Green room is great for parties. We fit 25 comfortably for a corporate event and we even tapped into the TV with an HDMI cable to play a slideshow of team building activities. The farm table experience was great! Lots of food!

Hands down the best BBQ in TO. Great atmosphere, delicious meat, phenomenal cocktails and wonderful insightful service. What's not to love?

Went for a lunch business meeting. Excellent pulled pork salad. Would go back for the shared BBQ and sides. FYI - Lunch and dinner menus are different.

Awesome barbecue. Ribs, brisket, fries beans. Start with the Korean Fried Cauliflower and a Manhattan. Make a reservation as this place is always busy.

Fantastic all around - service, food and ambiance all aces

Went for my birthday yesterday with a group of 8, loved the food, friendly staff. It was each of our first time going as brampton doesnt always have the most exciting places XD 7 of us ordered the meat platter + macoroni + Hot buns and one ordered the red eye steak. All of us the loved the platter but our friend didnt like the sides that came with the steak. I would go back again and order something else, very impressed! Only downside is we brought an open bottle of wine but they couldnt serve it to us because it was open. But that wont stop me from giving it 5 stars <3 cya soon TCB !

Surprised at how good the meat was considering it's not your typical hole in the wall bbq place and is located in the heart of downtown. Ribs, brisket, turkey, and fried chicken were all super tender. Get the platter, you won't regret it. Corn bread is fluffy and paired with whipped airy butter. Service was really strong too.

While it's a tad expensive, at least I got value in food quality, atmosphere and staff treatment of customers. I liked it a lot and would go back, when funds aren't too tight. There are a lot of places that will take lots of money for pretentious atmosphere and meh food, I'd rather give it to a place alike this.

It was ok. Food was decent, hit the spot. But nothing was overly incredible. The brisket is the best thing on the menu. Drinks were decent too.

Having a husband in a wheelchair and going out to dinner can be a difficult challenge. Our friend made reservations at this restaurant for dinner. When we pulled up the first thing I noticed were the 5 stairs you need to take inside the restaurant. I was disappointed that we were going to need to find another place to eat. However, I was wrong. They were very accommodating and had a ramp that they brought out to put over the stairs. Bonus!
So onto the menu. Unfortunately, I myself, am on a very strict diet...a life style change. It's only been 2 weeks but I have been really strong in not cheating. The menu here did not have everything I needed. All I can eat is meat and veggies... no dairy, no sugar, etc. So the meat was all set but no steamed or grilled plain veggies. Not even a simple garden salad. So I was able to get my protein intake but had to go without my 2 cups of vegetables when I asked about it, the chef was not willing to accommodate.
The meat platter was decent but nothing special.

Chicken and waffles at brunch are good and the ribs and brisket both good, worth checking out

Business casual attire with back yard bbq taste! Great spot to grab a beer with a mate OR meet with a cool client. Atmosphere is great and food is smokey. Huge bar that encourages whiskey, love it!

Well... What to say... Such a disappointment. A mishmash of flavours and texture combinations that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The interior is... well... Peculiar and the place looks quite dirty in general. Only positive note is the staff.

One of my favourite restaurants in the city. Love love love their BBQ. The brisket is so delicious. I love their fried chicken, it's perfection! Moist, favourful, crispy and did I mention no bones?

Nice atmosphere, good servers but the food wasn't great. Tough to mess up southern bbq but they manage! Tons of business bro's in there too which was kinda entertaining to watch them talk about creatine and closing the lifford account. #DoYouEvenBusinessBro

Terrible sandwich at their Union station popup. $13 for a Cubano with dry bread that they literally pull out of a warmer/oven and hand it to you. It must have been in there for a couple of hours since the bread was extremely dried out and rock hard. 1 slice of meat. Not worth it and I do not recommend.

This is a wonderful place for meat eaters. Order the full platter and you will not be disappointed. Wood fire cooked beef brisket is literally the one thing in this world that I love as much as my wife. Sweet Jesus this was a gem of a find. The price is worth the triple-bypass surgery.

The restaurant itself is gorgeous. Nice high ceilings and nice ambiance. Food was good. Loved the burnt ends lettuce wrap sort of thing. The ribs and brisket were not bad. The dessert was underwhelming. The banoffee pie served to us was frozen and we couldn't cut through it. Maybe skip that one. Service was ok. The bartender even made sweet tea for us and it was good. Our server however was new and didn't really know much about the menu.

Our experience at the Carbon Bar was AMAZING. We went to celebrate my GF's bday and everything surpassed our expectations. The food was great, the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, and the ambiance was amazing. The manager went personally to congratulate my GF for her birthday and offered us free shots. In a time of quarantine, they will do everything in their power to accommodate you and make it a special occasion. Definitely recommend this place, you will have an amazing time.

Best bourbon bar in toronto. I had the Old Forester Birthday Whiskey and it was super fantastic.

Absolutely LOVED this place. I had the brisket and Korean fried cauliflower, which were both fantastic. Make sure you ask your server to bring out "the cart" for a real treat. Great service, great food, easily one of my favourite restaurants in the city

Yum. Very trendy place down on Queen with excellent cocktails and great options for meat eaters - they used to have Beef Tips on the menu which were one of my favourites, but now they're a special ask (and you can get them if they have them). If you're looking for the meat sweats, get the grill-master platter.

Celebrated a birthday in a larger group. Table was not ready on time, service was poor, and food was just mediocre considering the prices. Certain things like drinks never arrived, felt like we always had to remind the server, had to wait for 20 minutes to be able to pay, not all food came out at the same time. We felt uncomfortable with the obligatory 20% tip included on the bills for such an overall poor experience. We were happy to leave.

The beef brisket was... Mouth watering. It was one of the most delicious peices of neat that I've ever tasted. It's as if everyone in the room disappeared, and it was just me and the beef. Highly recommend trying it.

Great atmosphere and delicious food! Went for winterlicious 2019 and the food and service were excellent. Kudos to our server and management for addressing an unfortunate situation and turning it into a pleasant experience. Would rate 5* if not for the ill-advised decision to shoot a promo during business hours.

Fantastic spot for an afterwork cocktail and some tasty eats. For snacks the variety is good, delicious seafood, tasty finger food and a nice variety of options. For mains, it's all about the BBQ, get one of the platters and call it a day.

One of my favourite spots to go for incredible BBQ food in a nice classy setting. The BBQ share plate is 10/10 every time I go. If you love BBQ you'll love this spot.

Not even close to what I expected. I ordered the ribs and a couldn't wait to taste them... To my disappointment they were cold and bland. Should have bought some fresh baby backs and smoked them at home. Would have been better and saved a lot of money.

I found Carbon Bar to be overrated. While the meat was good, the environment was too loud and felt cramped, despite the really high ceilings. The beer selection was not well-balanced, with quite a few things unavailable, and too many stouts/sours without enough lagers/APAs. Most notably, the ceviche was probably the worst I've ever had. The panca leche de tigre tasted like ketchup! My recommendation, if you want BBQ, is to get take-out and skip the dining experience here.

Edit after feedback from business: Food was great and service at the beginning too. My friend who made the reservation received a call a few hours before the reservation started in which she was told our reservation made quite in advance would only be good until 8pm. Been told she is supposed to have received a note on that included in the email with the booking confirmation. When it was 7:55pm (some more time in advance would have helped a lot) we were told "I don't want to rush you but you have to be out of here by 8:00pm because "it is what it is (yes those words by our waiter, not the manager as I mistakenly wrote before)"... 20 minutes later our bills hadn't come and the manager approaches to warn once again that we would need to leave by 8pm. One of the guests in the table told the manager he was being very rude, that it was the second time we were told we have to leave but still the bill hadn't arrived. 2 corrections to the bill later, we paid regardless of still 1 mistake in one of our separate bills but my friend said she didn't care anymore because she rather leave right away. I don't like leaving $0 tip but I was forced by my friends to do so. I hope this improves.
