Good quality printing each time I have used them, always reliable and fast

This is the first time I have ever written a review. I am doing so because I am so annoyed. I rang to ask how much it would cost to scan a two-page document and save it onto a USB stick. I was told 50c for each page. When I went to pay I was also charged a $5 "downloading" fee. When I asked what was downloaded, they said the file was downloaded onto the stick. I told them I was given a quote for $1 over the phone, expecting them to waive the "downloading" fee, but no such luck. I would have asked a friend with a scanner to do it for me if I'd known it would cost $6. How ridiculous. They also got the pages around the wrong way, so page 1 is now page 2 and vice versa. I will only go back if I absolutely can't avoid it.

Fast and reliable however have found missing pages from a print job

Good place to print your copy and size doesnt matter here just ask help to one of staff member.

Lovely, high quality service.

After being treated quite rudely at another print shop, and being quoted a large sum for a small job, we went to the Xerox shop who couldn t have been more pleasant and helpful, for half the price quoted by the other printer.

The printing is high quality and formatted perfectly. Thank you Yvette and Linda for such a great customer service experience.
