Celebrated a birthday in a larger group. Table was not ready on time, service was poor, and food was just mediocre considering the prices. Certain things like drinks never arrived, felt like we always had to remind the server, had to wait for 20 minutes to be able to pay, not all food came out at the same time. We felt uncomfortable with the obligatory 20% tip included on the bills for such an overall poor experience. We were happy to leave.
