Went here for winterlicous on a Wednesday night with friends. Service was a great and a big improvement since the last time i was here (last summer on a weekend). Server was also attentative and quick. The pork belly appetizer was delish although a bit pathetic how its just two pieces lol. The salmon entree was surprisingly good and came with vegetables that I normally avoid but Carbon Bar made them taste great! Gotta admit, we all couldnt hear the waitress very well when explaining the meat platter and sauces and we lost interest near the end of the spiel... Maybe just give us a laminated card plaque next time? All i remember was the fried chicken was yum and the first meat we had was amazeballs (the one you were recommended to eat first). The rest were good but not as amazing. Dessert was good. The cheescake was better than the tart(?) we also in my opinion.
