My husband brought my car in, as always it's a pleasant place. People are always kind and helpful.
I had my battery replaced, oil change and tires rotated. There was a recall on the sensor for the air bags so they replaced the sensor. He got there about 7:20am was out after 8:40 am. Wait time was excellent.

I have been coming here for years and they still greet me with a smile and their service is the best in Chattanooga. I love Capital Toyota!

The service staff is very good. If you are there waiting for your vehicle to be serviced and there is an issue, they will sit with you and discuss the problem and provide the resolution to you before preforming the work. They will also call you when you are not there and there is a problem. They will give you an idea of cost, so you can decide if you would like them to perform the necessary work. A bit pricey, but they do try to make the experience of being there more enjoyable. There is a nice waiting area with TV's, a beverage bar area, and Wi-Fi is available.

My experience of new car and SUV purchases have been enjoyable with no complaints. The service has always been thorough and the staff has always been cordial.

To the point...I have never met a worse group of car salesmen in my life. The primary salesperson that was working with me lied to me, saying the the 2014 model year of the car (coming out in 2 months) would be the exact same as the model I was looking at. In actuality, it is substantially different. Also, the "finance head" who was supposed to work with us on price did nothing but play shell games. I could actually see his computer screen as he changed the same 3 inputs 15 times and acted as if he was trying to work on ways to save me money. He refused to print off any document for me to take with me, and he skirted EVERY question that I asked. This includes when I asked, "What's the interest rate on your leases?" His response - "It's the cost of money." Between his ineptness and poor demeanor with clients, I think he is the worst equipped salesman I've met. After 2 1/2 hours I had accomplished very little and decided to just walk out. I did learn one thing for certain - I will never return to nor recommend this dealership to anyone.

First of all, we were not impressed with our sales person; sweet girl, but obviously new and unable to tell us much about the vehicle. Then, after the purchase was made, we were to meet with the technical expert before leaving, so we could be educated on all the bells and whistle s, but she suddenly had gone home sick. So, we re still trying to figure it all out on our own. Also, besides this survey, no one EVER contacted us to see if we had any questions or problems. We just bought a Nissan from Mountain View four days ago and have heard from them twice already! Overall, just not a good car buying experience.

Just purchased a 2018 4Runner from Toyota on August 15, 2018, and Alfred was my salesman. He was absolutely wonderful in working with me to help me make sure I was getting the best vehicle for my needs at a very competitive price. I had been seriously considering a different Make vehicle, not a Toyota... Being a new Toyota owner, I've had some samll questions in which I felt comfortable contacting Alfred, and he has been amazing and provides top-notch customer service! My family drives our cars forever, so purchasing a new car and making the right decision on our purchase is a very big decision. Thank you, Alfred! You are the BEST!

Not to happy with service. Waited 4hours for oil change and tire rotation

Two hours and 10 mins for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment and arrived 15 mins early, this is 40 mins of work max.

My 2018 Tacoma had a recall for Fuel Pump and it stopped running on a very busy Highway and called Capital Toyota and they immediately got me a rental vehicle from Enterprise. The Service Department was Phenomenal throughout the process and kept me informed on status! This Dealership is incredible from the minute you walk in the door and the entire staff deserves recognition!God bless you all and thank you for taking such great care of me and my vehicle

My 2020 Toyota Tacoma is the second vehicle I ve purchased at Capital Toyota and I ve been pleased with the vehicles and the dealership. They sell a great brand and stand behind what they sell with an excellent service department. Love my new truck and am very pleased with Capital Toyota!

I bought a 2016 Corolla from Marquita at the used dealership and this is the happiest I've been with my purchase of a vehicle. They were very helpful from the beginning, up to eve recently when my tire blew by replacing my tire and servicing my car plus giving me a loaner while waiting for it to be fixed. Definitely recommend them!!

Went in looking for a used truck. Chandler Capehart helped me select a truck which fit me perfectly. No pressure. He was extremely patient and got the keys for several models before I found the right one.

My truck broke down while my toddler daughter and I were visiting a friend. Mr. Whitaker and everyone at Capital Toyota were so friendly and helpful and made a stressful situation less stressful. The rental car they provided was awesome and the fact that I was able to drive it back home to Atlanta was very convenient. I bought my truck at Cobb County Toyota and have not had a good experience with them. When I m in the market for a new vehicle I will be more than happy to drive the 2 hours up to Chattanooga to purchase it there!

I purchased a vehicle from here 4 weeks ago. The finance guy joe wrote down his cell # and told me if i had any questions to text him. That was a joke because I have tried to get in touch with him and he has still not returned my call. Also my change oil light is already coming on. I called to find out if the car had been serviced before I bought it. Hector said he would check on it and of course no one returned my call. Also they have me listed as purchasing an Acura I bought a Honda. I called about it and wait for it... no one returned my call. So if u buy a car from here don t expect them to help u follow up with any questions or concerns u might have.

Tried to schedule an oil change today. Took 13 minutes, transferred to 5 people, was told they receive a many calls and suggested my call was a nuisance, and maybe they would get back to me later. I still don't have an oil change scheduled. Very poor responsiveness.

I recently purchased a 2019 RAV4 from Capital Toyota. Charles Raney was my salesman and I could not have had a better experience! Charles made me feel like family and the first car he showed me ended up being my perfect car. Never was I pushed into buying something more expensive just for a bigger sale or something that had things I wasn't looking for. The whole team, including manager Eddie Triplett, Charles, and Mike in the financing department, made our transaction so smooth and gave us a deal we couldn't pass up. I highly recommend this team and will buy from them again no doubt.

We were very pleased with the experience. Our salesman was good but quite and provided us with test drives and information. There was some confusion over the car we wanted but the more than made up for that.

Great sales service, but by god save your soul if you get anything serviced there

Came in with my boyfriend to get his new 50,000 dollar car serviced he was just in two weeks ago for service and oil change he told the service department then that his cars breaks was scrubbing making noise but they said it was fine well we are back today and now they said it s premature wear! That s a warranty issue the car is barley at 26k and the bumper to bumper warranty is supposed to cover premature wear cause it s not normal! This dealerships service department is a joke! Like who the hell is the manager here to make these decisions? I strongly don t advise using this location! Calling Toyota immediately! There s no way a customer with a new car of any price should be paying for something that should be fixed under warranty and the way the service advisors treat u is ridiculous! That should be addressed immediately! They treat u like ur idiots! When I asked him what was the breaks like he was saying what he saw and what he s seen but when I asked him what side he said he didn t know he never went out there! How u gonna tell you just saw something and lie directly to my face and change ur story! I m more upset that you gonna lie to my face over the fact that the car is already needing breaks at 26k people don t buy Toyota s to replace the breaks at 26k Toyota s aren t designed that way! Something is obviously wrong with the car that they don t want to fix!

Stopped in today to look at a 2010 4runner. Took a test drive with Will, where I basically talked to myself the entire time and heard the phrase "whatever" multiple times. They let me drive the car for a few hours so I could show it to my wife which I was grateful for. But then when I got back and started to talk about some of the flaws of the car they asked me what I would be willing to pay. When I told them you would've thought the world has ended. He submitted it to the manager and they came back with a decent offer a few hours later after I made them aware Toyota of Cleveland had a similar vehicle a year newer and in better shape. I was excited about the car, and the fact they could get me financed with a co signer even with my aunt par credit, but they didn't make me excited to buy the vehicle with their general attitudes which is why I left without the 4runner.

I was traveling and blew out my tire and bent my rim. They got me fixed and out on the road quickly without selling me something I didn't need but did make proper suggestions.

I have been going here for years for purchasing and servicing my vehicles. They are just not as friendly and helpful as they used to be. I drive from Georgia to Chattanooga but am thinking of trying the dealership in dalton.

Horrible place! Me and my husband were just looking around for price ranges on the vehicle we want and some lady literally runs out the building just to tell us if we don t got good credit no sense in even being there. We didn t mention our credit at all but that s fine we will take our good credit and down payment somewhere else! People with tattoos and children CAN have good credit so being stereotypical just lost your business a sale!

My visit 4 days ago, I DID NOT give 4 stars. I am tempted to give it ZERO stars. First, my appointment is for"scheduled" recall work. I'm to arrive and drop off with a rental ready to use to drive to work. What a Joke!!. I get there at 7:35 and they tell me Hertz doesn't open until 8 (not their rental). A little after 8 they call me and drive me to Hertz rental. I then have to go through the process of signing up for a " rental car". Instead of being a work by 8, I don't leave the rental until almost 8:30. At the end of the day, the dealership is open to 5:30 but I have to take the rental back to Hertz. I stop to fill it up and get there at 5:05. They are walking out, tell me to park it and drop the keys in the drop box. I HAD TO WALK BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP!!! To top it off, Hertz charged me $16.90 for the day. I may be looking for a new truck soon but it WILL NOT be another Toyota !!!

I was not given the breakdown of the sales tax until the moment I signed the bill of sale. At that time, I asked the finance person why the sales tax was higher than what I calculated (7% + $44 + $36 +$1). I was told that this was because the tax rate was 9.25%. The finance guy turns out wrong. My calculate of taxes was correct. However, there is an additional charge called business tax, which is grouped with sales tax. And this is misleading, since business tax is not what the state or county collects from me. Rather, it's what Toyota charges me to help it pay county tax. Maybe all car dealership does this. I am not complaining about the charge. I just wish it was made clear to me like doc fee.

Called the dealership and spoke with Rodney on installing a lift kit in my 2016 4Runner he was very knowledgeable and was able to get me in touch with Scott to make it happen! Scott got me an appointment the same week and the lift was installed within a few hours. Scott and Rodney have great customer service and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Our experience with Alicia Normand and Capital Toyota was exceptional. We took several visits over several weeks to decide on the vehicle and options we finally purchased. At no time did we feel pressured or hurried in this process. Our questions were answered quickly with good explanations of the operation of the vehicle. We have only had the car for two days, but it is an amazing piece of technology and very pleasant to drive.
