Came in with my boyfriend to get his new 50,000 dollar car serviced he was just in two weeks ago for service and oil change he told the service department then that his cars breaks was scrubbing making noise but they said it was fine well we are back today and now they said it s premature wear! That s a warranty issue the car is barley at 26k and the bumper to bumper warranty is supposed to cover premature wear cause it s not normal! This dealerships service department is a joke! Like who the hell is the manager here to make these decisions? I strongly don t advise using this location! Calling Toyota immediately! There s no way a customer with a new car of any price should be paying for something that should be fixed under warranty and the way the service advisors treat u is ridiculous! That should be addressed immediately! They treat u like ur idiots! When I asked him what was the breaks like he was saying what he saw and what he s seen but when I asked him what side he said he didn t know he never went out there! How u gonna tell you just saw something and lie directly to my face and change ur story! I m more upset that you gonna lie to my face over the fact that the car is already needing breaks at 26k people don t buy Toyota s to replace the breaks at 26k Toyota s aren t designed that way! Something is obviously wrong with the car that they don t want to fix!
