Our family has done business with Capital Toyota for the last 15 years. We continue to do business with them because of the fair pricing and treatment we receive when there. Patrick and AJ really went above and beyond during our last purchase. I have and will continue to refer people there for their next vehicle purchase. These guys are really like family.

I can't say enough about the excellent customer service we received at Capital Toyota. To make a long story short, I totaled my vehicle as well as my daughter's vehicle when I hit her while following her home. The next day I called around to several dealers and wasn't able to get any help. I called Capital Toyota and spoke with Ms. Yoder. She even offered to send Mr. Odister to come and pick us up since she knew we didn't have a vehicle. When we met Mr. Odister, we immediately felt like he was sincere in wanting to help us. He was very patient with us and took time to go over all our options. I never felt pressured and was very pleased with how we were treated. I don't usually fill out comment cards or leave reviews but with the excellent customer service we were given I felt it was important to let someone know. I love my new car!!!

My husband and I were interested in purchasing a truck ,but the sales person told us he was busy with a customer and took our information down and said he would call us unfortunately it has been over 3 weeks and never heard from him. So we went to another place.

I had the best experience at this dealership this weekend. Caleb was great! He provided the best customer service I've ever received. He was friendly, pleasant to work with, funny but also very professional. I will definitely tell all of my friends to go see Caleb if they ever need to purchase a new ride!!!

You cannot setup an appointment with the service d...

You cannot setup an appointment with the service department on Saturday, okay. First dealership that required payment before they worked on a vehicle I was having inspected from a private party, fine. ~$120 is a drop in the bucket, but ask me to pay when I scheduled the appointment. I made it clear to who I was scheduling with I was out of state and paying.

They made this private party wait 40 minutes and would not start the service -- because I was in a meeting. I've done this with other private parties selling their vehicle and gladly paid for a pre-inspection diagnostics. Free pre-inspection for the private-party and I get a better idea of what I am getting myself into. None of the other dealerships asked me to pay ahead.

The service advisor's wasn't friendly. The scheduler, on the other hand, was wonderful to work with. At the end of the day, you would think the dealership would do the work instead of making the private party wait. The whole situation was poorly handled.

In other news, the private owner in this particular story notified me he knew the owner of this dealership. The dealership I randomly chose for his vehicle to be inspected at. After all of that, I walked away from the deal.

For a previous vehicle I was interested in, the private party ask me to pay a dealership in advanced. No problem, I called that (other) dealership to pay, they wouldn't take my payment. They told me, and them, to wait until the service was completed and once they had a ticket written up then I could pay. That private party understood and that service went perfectly fine.

I would like to say Thank you to Rick in the parts department. I was looking for dimensions on a door panel for a 2015 Toyota Tundra. Although he was unable to find them as well, he researched as much as he could and was very courteous during the process. If I ever need anything fixed I will make sure to ask for him. Thank you Rick for making my day a little less stressed. :)

Manager was extremely flexible and quickly refunded my money. It's unfortunate that not all employees at Capital are as honest and straight forward as him. I'll look to give them another chance in the future as this was likely an isolated incident.

Lied to multiple times. Paid for service that was never even done. Was told to come back and they would handle it when their "more experienced" technician was on duty. Returned 3x, never was able to fix it. Tried to get a refund, waited multiple weeks for it to show up. Never did. Eventually contacted the manager of the service department to get that refund finally sent out.

Possibly the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. I spent over 3 months trying to get a job done that was handled within 2 hours at a local mechanic's shop.

Never again, Capital. Never again.

We brought my wife's Rav4 here to be serviced and needless to say I was less than impressed. They will get the job done but expect to ripped off substantially. Markup on parts here is absurd and you will be several hundred dollars in the hole from repeated inspections before they even start working on the problem. From reading other reviews it seems sales here is pretty good but many others agree with me that the service department operates unethically. Id avoid getting your car serviced here if possible.

Great experience with my recent purchase. Philip Foster guided my throughout the whole process. Over 2 months I have been gathering info and researching to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I ended up purchasing a Prius 2 and I love it. 50 miles / per gallon, woop woop! The day I went to buy Daniel Desaulniers helped me the whole day. Come to find out, the exact car I wanted to buy was out of stock so we had to ship one from another dealership. The very next day Daniel and Philip both personally delivered the car to my house. I am blown away by their service. Toyota on Lee Hwy rocks!

Update: Just got another Porsche from them and all I can say is wow, dealer goes above and beyond for their customers, Chandler did it again, they sell nothing but great cars there, I live in Orlando , FL but because of the shady dealers around here my choice is always Capital Toyota!

Chandler was extremely helpful, went above and beyond to ensure my buying experience was awesome, great dealer, I live in Florida and trusted them enough to buy a Porsche from them without seeing it.

Very satisfied with my service department visit! It was busy that morning, but everyone was upbeat and friendly. I got the impression they enjoy their jobs. Scott Lundeen seemed highly experienced and was wonderful to work with. He returned my call promptly, and made me feel like a human being instead of a problem to deal with. He understood that as a customer my concerns during a problem service visit are, in order of importance: the safety of my family in the car, the disruption of my time, and the cost. He addressed all those things expertly and with a cheerful attitude. 5 stars for customer experience out front. Now let s hope the people in the back of the house did a good job actually fixing my car lol!

Bought the prepaid maintenance agreement for my 2019 Corolla. Go in for my very first use after the Toyota 25,000 service is up at 30,000 miles. I bought a $20,000 plus car, a $1,700 prepaid maintenance agreement and the service rep wants me to pay $25 to get a nail out of my tire. My Tacoma will never enter this dealership again and the moment the prepaid maintenance agreement is completed my Corolla will be taken somewhere else. The service department feels like they are perpetually trying to bill you for every little thing than can.

First experience was great but I have been back several times and there are always hidden items anytime I drop off. I'm a budgeting person so I always call ahead for estimates. I ask them to quote for what needs to be done but inevitably when I come to dropoff, there's always something else that should really be done as well. Why didn't you quote me that when I asked the first time?Also, read the fine print on their tire matching "guarantee". It's not as simple as they sell it when they tell you about it. We will only use them when our trusty mechanic at Retro Hughes Repair can't fix it.

Very pleased with capital Toyota, I scheduled some vehicle maintenance, they came by and picked the truck up and took it. The lady that came by was as nice as can be, we hung out on my front porch and talked for a bit, she was fantastic and I hate that I can t remember her name (Betsy, her name is Betsy). The truck was brought back a few hours later, I was tied up on a work call so they dropped it off in the driveway, all the paperwork in the seat, and it had been washed as well. Highly recommended

My wife came into this dealership while on a trip with our daughter, she was about 130 miles from home and her key came apart for her Toyota Camry while in town. She managed to get it started and make it to the dealership where they had told her over the phone they could make a key for $35 and would have to charge $80- $100 to "program" it ( I may be wrong but I seem to remember a entire section in the owners manual covering "how to program a new key"). Anyway after going to the back and running the numbers on his handy dandy calculator my wife was informed the total price for her new key would be $292! Really? $292 for a key? Actually it the invoice should have read--- Key: $35 Taking advantage of a lady who was in trouble away from home: $257.

ps. it still amazes me that when my wife would not pay this ridiculous charge he was able to "temporarily" fix her old key!

While I hate the hassle of buying a new car this was the best that I have ever had. It was faster, more knowledgeable personnel, and if if live long enough to need another one I will buy it from Capital Toyota. It's the best place to get a car that I have found and I am almost 80 so I have had a few cars in my long life. They also made every effort to have everything ready so I didn't have to spend all afternoon in the showroom.

I was prepared to purchase a RAV4 but the sales guy Robby, said maybe 3 things to me. Acted like he I was bothering him I think he was eating lunch.... But yet I scheduled the appointment with him? I specifically told him the car I wanted. He brushed me off by telling me for that Rav I would have to put $25,000 down to get my payments in the $300 range. I have GREAT credit and was going to put down $10,000. The ONLY car he showed me was as basic as they get. I brought my family and even they noticed how bothered he was. So needless to say I left and went to Nissan downtown. I left their lot that night with a car more expensive than the Rav4 and my payments are what I asked for. It's sad that he blew me off like that when I was ready and willing to purchase. I do not recommend this dealership. Unless you're prepared to put down $25 grand as a down payment

Purchased new 4Runner from Chattanooga Toyota and my experience with them has been outstanding. When I call to Sch ld service or have a question, etc... I always get a live person who is friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable. Their Service Dept Is excellent in their expertise as well!

Just stopped by to look at vehicles here, and I asked if prices would be match with Cobb County Toyota, and was told to be careful buying at a Georgia dealership because if something goes wrong with it, I would have to take it to that dealership to have a Factory Warranty repair done? I thought this was a Toyota dealership also. Now I'm doubting if I want to do business here. Maybe lack of training, but that comment was sure a turn down. Good luck!

Going to a Dealership with credit like mine had me very nervous. Having been shopping around for a quality used vehicle, I was getting rejection after rejection. Then I went into Capital Toyota Used Car Center, and met Reta Maynor and Jerry Weaver. They immediately made me feel comfortable and provided a very relaxing discussion of what my needs and wants were. They addressed my concerns (several times as I tend to be a worrier) confidently, which set my mind at ease. They were very enthusiastic and professional making my visit and ultimate purchase a very enjoyable experience! I would heartily recommend them to all my friends and family!

While out of town car shopping, I stopped into this dealership, about an hour before they close. We looked around at the cars, yet were never approached nor did we see the salesmen. After walking around a bit, we decided to go inside. No one greeted us or even acknowledged our presence. Since the inside models are open, we took the time to check out one of the vehicles we had wanted to test drive. This vehicle sat next to the reception desk, and yet even then we weren't greeted or asked if we needed assistance. At this point we decided we didn't like the car as much as we thought, and we really didn't feel welcomed by the dealership. Which is really a shame, I love the Toyota brand. Due to the unwelcome experience at this dealer, I will be seeking out my purchase elsewhere.

Service department terribly slow the last few times i have been there. Last time i waited almost 2 hours to rotate my tires (yes I had an appointment). The guy told me someone called in sick...okay no problem things happen so i go back this time for an oil change...wait 2 hours (yes i had an appointment). The guy apologized and said they accidentally double booked everything in the morning. Really? How does this happen.
Update: A gentleman called from capital today to try and make things right which i appreciate. I will give these guys another try due to the professionalism and the friendly service.

Honest, friendly, non pushy, genuine, more of a family atmosphere than a stereotypical car dealership. I will definitely keep coming back as a loyal customer and would recommend them to anyone. This is the 8th Toyota I've bought not to count how many friends and family I've gone with, and will say this has been the best experience yet.

Would of been 1 star but Donnie is the only reason its 5 stars. That man deserves a raise or a promotion. They transfer you to another department without even telling you. When I showed up the guy sitting in the repair center with a blue Toyota shirt was playing on his phone and provided zero help and wouldn't even look up from his phone to talk to me. Luckily this guy Donnie was able to help out and did so with a terrific attitude. If it weren't for Donnie yall would get Zero stars.
Now it's back to 1 star. Scott from parts was the worst human I've ever talked to and was incredibly rude. I will do anything I can to avoid this God awful place.
