Mr. Sherriff and the sales Manager were both informative and polite. This has been the most pleasant car buy buying experience i've had at a dealership. Mr. Sherriff made it very clear that his role is not just a salesman, but a single point of contact for anything and everything. In fact, he absolutely insisted that my wife and I save his number in our contact before we left with our new 4Runner. We discovered one small issue with the vehicle after bringing it home and the whole situation was taken care of flawlessly by Mr. Sherriff and Betsy in the service department.
