I had a dead battery. They came to me, jumped the car, fit me into the schedule to do a full system check, replaced the battery and had me out of there in under an hour. And without my asking, (after I had already authorized them to replace the battery at full cost) they applied a coupon they were offering online and gave me an extra 10% off. Impressive.

We went there a few months ago ready to purchase a new Honda Pilot. When we got there, they showed us a Pilot on the lot but after a half hour they said it had been sold by another dealer. The price on the one Pilot that they had kept going up in cost and eventually they told us they were not interested in selling us a new car because we we couldn't agree on a price range. The general manager has a Cadillac Escalade that he parks out front and is the first thing you see when you get to the dealership. Oh...And that Honda Pilot we saw, another dealer said it was available 3 days later. We are happy we didn't buy the Honda, we sold our old one and bought a Subaru instead... Much happier.

Okay to start - not only was I patronized when I bought my car being told "it's so cute it'd fit you perfect" as a selling point from what I can assume because I was a young woman car shopping alone. The salesman seemed friendly enough while buying and offered me any and all help I needed following buying my car for that I have no complaints. I was also supposed to get the car detailed because it was used and it was DISGUSTING on the inside when I took it home - still tons of garbage and dirt between the seats and on the floor. I'm not super picky but it was noticeable to ANYONE who looked inside the car. AND THE ABSOLUTE KICKER When I took my car in for a check engine light and an oil change I was told they couldn't even run a diagnostic on my car to tell me what's wrong with it because it wasn't a Honda, then the salesman who previously helped me tried to scare me into thinking my ENGINE WAS SHOT and to BUY ANOTHER CAR!?!!! He without me asking started looking on the lot for a car "close to my payments" BEFORE I EVEN KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG - it turned out to be NOTHING to do with my engine and a small cap that needed replaced. They also didn't check any of my other fluids with the oil change which I was under the impression also came with it (my brake fluid was COMPLETELY EMPTY) and they said they would vacuum out my car as well and it had not been touched when I picked it up. I feel so taken advantage of and will NEVER buy from here again and can't say I'd recommend to anyone else.

My Odyssey wouldn't start when I was visiting Olympia and I had to have it towed here. I was an out-of-towner and didn't have many options so I was a bit weary of a fancy dealership working on my car and how much this would cost. Many signs pointed to the problem being the starter which was going to be an expensive repair. I worked with Dex who had the vehicle fixed by his team that evening; the found the issue was simply the battery. They didn't overcharge or take advantage of me. I was very satisfied and wish I had them do my car's brakes, too.

UPDATE: JD is still fantastic, unfortunate circumstances brought me back for a second lease with Capital City Honda, and I'm extremely happy with everything. Love the new vehicle and highly recommend purchasing or leasing a car from here over anywhere else.

Had to take my Pilot in due to a safety recall. Great service from making the call to schedule the appointment to drop off and pick up. Darren Berschauer answered all of my questions to my full satisfaction. The shuttle took me back home and picked me back up! Wonderful and pleasant lady driver! I would highly recommend Capitol City Honda!

The service was good and has been in the past. The part that is not good is that this 2004 Honda Accord is about to get it's 6th set of rear brakes in 130 thousand miles. When we have approached Capital City Honda about this they blow us off by saying that brakes are not under warranty and that 2004 Honda Accords do not have rear brake problems. That is totally wrong and is no way to treat loyal customers. I was a mechanic for many years and this is very wrong. Thanks for listening Ken Bago.

My elderly parents just bought a new Honda CR-V from Capitol City Honda. Jeff Lohr and Robert Borgus were absolutely fantastic. They were so patient with my parents and treated them like family. This is the 4th Honda my parents have bought from Jeff Lohr. Jeff is very personable & straightforward. My parents got a great deal on their Honda. If you are looking for a Honda, I strongly recommend you meet with Jeff & Robert. They were fabulous!

Wish I'd been able to purchase my vehicle here! Great experience with the sales team they just didn't have my particular choice in stock. However, will be getting all of my vehicle service here. Prices are competitive and fair and the service is worth it! Great team.

Dishonest employees, terrible customer service.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and routine service. I scheduled an appointment to save time and cut down on wait time. I was told it would take two hours. I came back after two hours and was told that the car was almost done and that we were waiting only for the paperwork to be completed. I heard this excuse twice during an hour. I overheard another employee admit that two service techs had called in sick, and that was why there were delays. The employee helping me though never admitted that. Instead he lied about the reason for the delay and the amount of time it would take. If he had been honest, I would have rescheduled or done something else instead of waiting FOUR HOURS for something that should have been two hours. Dishonesty and inefficiency, and incredibly poor professionalism. I will never do business with Capitol City Honda again and you shouldn't spend your hard-earned money here either.

I always appreciate Capitol City Honda's service department. Katy handled my oil change, checkup, etc., today and everything went super-smoothly. I never hgave to worth about getting a hard sell for stuff I don't need, which was the case with another foreign auto dealership in the Auto Mall. Thank you again!

Just took my car there before 630pm.
Those guys are down right AWESOMENESS!!!..fast professional..fair prices..before i went to this place went to another tire place there were 7 guys standing around and only 2 cars and told me 45min..unbelievabe..so i went to Rodriguez and not even 5min i was outta great tire..everyone out there listen to my voice(so to speak).GO TO RODRIGUEZ TIRES..THEY ARE THE @$#!..LOL..NO LIE..THANKS AGIAN GUYS

Best darn Honda dealership ever! Service department is top notch. I have 207,000 miles on my 2007 Ridgeline and have had no mechanical breakdowns not even a dying battery. Capitol City Honda is the reason. They have taken darn good care of my truck!

I bought a new car before 2months and I was calling all the time to get my Registration or the license plate with no help and also I didn t receive any paperwork for the bank I kept calling no answer or help after two months my credit scores is Down with no peppers or email or even contact me they ruined my credit without sending me any information I don t know what s going on don t buy from there they are the worst after what happens I didn t like my Honda car anymore I m going to change it to a Toyota

This was the best experience we ever had buying a car. My husband works on the road as a commercial truck driver, making it hard for him to take the time to go car shopping.

He had a specific car in mind that he dreamed about owning for a while. He called in to the Honda dealership when he saw his car online. Teresa Fischer was absolutely amazing and made this easy!

My husband called her and she worked with him over the phone to get the deal done! He was nervous that he would lose the car because he had talked to another dealership before and they told him the car was his, got him all the way in their office then told him they sold it with that happening he was extremely apprehensive and called Teresa many times to make sure the car was still there.

She made sure that she eased his mind and put it aside for him, took it out of inventory and off the website. She kept her word!

I highly recommend buying all your cars through her. She is honest, trustworthy and kind. We didn t just leave with a new car but we got a new friend out of the deal.

Thank you Teresa for everything you have done for us (including recommending our new favourite burger spot)thank you to Keith as well as he was such a pleasure to work with.

We had a wonderful experience with Capital Honda Used Car Department. We were looking for a decent used car for our teens to use. From internet sales, to Tyson our sales person it was a great and smooth experience. They gave us a great value on our trade in and made it a good experience. Highly Recommend them for a great used Honda expierence.

I flew from TX to WA to test drive a car and Keith Cook was there every step of the way. Super nice guy, none of that sleazy car salesman vibe. Even offered to send a car to pick me up from the airport which is 50 miles away, but I needed to rent a car anyway. He helped find me an auto transport company and always replied or called back, even after the sale. I ve purchased many vehicles over the years and have walked out of big sleazy dealerships before. Always very annoying to me. But I m very satisfied with the experience here, their great ratings is what attracted me to this dealership and I would highly recommend. Keith went above and beyond to handle a couple of requests.

I went in for a routine maintenance on my Honda fit. They offered what was supposedly a free car wash. At first I was suspicious but accepted their offer. Upon checking my car, they claimed that I needed a $1000 worth of maintenance. When I chose not to go through with those fixes, they then said that the car wash wasn't free and tried to add it onto my bill.

Don't bother going inside the dealership. The people here are crooks

I cannot say enough good things about my salesman ...

I cannot say enough good things about my salesman Craig Schmidt.
He had the answer for every one of my questions and seemed extremely familiar with the product. It was a huge help when reviewing options.
It was nice to feel guided but not feel pushed into a purchase.
Would highly recommend this dealership and especially the salesperson.

I have been trying to get a price out of these people for 2 days now and they are not giving me one. I emailed them and some assistant kept asking me for my phone number stating their boss wanted to call me. If I wanted to talk on the phone I would have called them. Multiple emails back and forth and still no information. When some one says how much you need to give them a number not irritate them with a bunch of emails wasting their time. Try putting your prices on the site. Your staff doesn't seem to understand how to answer the question how much.

We had wonderful service through and through. We worked with Travis and Keith at the used lot. They were receptive to our needs and requests. They were always available for questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We required vehicle maintenance from the service department. Darren was wonderful to work with and was always available to answer my questions. The group of people I worked with were kind and considerate. They all did a wonderful job. We love our new car! Thank you all again for your hard work!

They pay ASE certified master technicians $12/hour...

That's right, the guy fixing your car makes LESS than McDonalds crew members across the street. So don't expect your service to be any better!!

They don't seem to care that I graduated college with a 3.72, have loads of certifications and experience in this industry, and $40,000 in my toolbox...

Thanks for the threatening phone calls, but it's perfectly legal to disclose my wages.

Actually, it's illegal for you to tell people not to disclose wages...

So keep calling, I'll record the next one :)

Horrible experience after we had received our new car. Had to go back in 3 times due to financing issues on there part. Have not received anything in the mail as far as starting our monthly payment. We have had a vehicle with a tag on it that expires tomorrow with no license plate in sight. Called the licensing department of Honda and they did not even know who i was. Horrible follow up customer service. Pick a different store.

Friendly and efficient staff that provided excellent customer service and patronage. They even shuttled us back/forth from the mall to go school shopping for our kids while our vehicle was receiving recall repairs and an oil change. All over a good experience and will definitely use their services again in the future.

I love taking my car to get serviced at Capital City Honda. I get a fast and efficient appointment with a check of the whole car so I know where I am on the time line for servicing the rest of the car. I also get my car vacuumed out and a car wash and that is just fun.

My daughter and I stopped in to begin our search for our new vehicles. We were greeted by Teresa and were able to view vehicles without pressure to purchase in the moment. Teresa was such a pleasure to speak with we were determined to work with her when we made our purchases. Although we were facing restrictions with COVID we were able to work safely and efficiently to purchase our vehicles. I would definitely work with Teresa in the future!

I walked into this establishment expecting the same run around with my credit. Willie Aguirre immediately greeted me and he got me into the application first which I requested so I wouldn't waste time falling in love with these cars. He guaranteed me he will do whatever it takes so I can have the reliability I need to travel to and from work, I was skeptical but trusted him and he did not let me down. I not only did I get the exact car I wanted but I also got a great deal with a loan through a very reliable credit union and no cosigner. The financial advisor whose name I forget but went to bat with the banks for me said " every car dealership I had been too (a lot of them) had the capability of getting the loan" only Honda and its excellent staff went above and beyond making this happen. My family and I couldn't be more happy knowing I wont be stuck on the side of the road with a junker and my payments are economical for my income. Thankyou again so much you don't know how significant this purchase is going to help my credit being I am a young adult. your the best Willie!

When l took it in for routine maintenance plus air conditioner issue, l was told exactly what troubleshooting would cost and what some of the possible repair options were and possible time frames. I was kept informed...turned out to be a relay, and my car was ready and repaired in a few hours with a discount on cost because l scheduled online. I have always had fast, efficient service and trust your staff to keep me in the know and my car on the road. Thank you.

Normally we have no problems with this dealership but we have waited 2 hours for an oil change when we made an appt. The appt was at 830am and it is now 1030am and the car is not done. That is absolutely ridiculous for a 20 min oil change.

Just purchased a new Accord. My husband and I worked with Steve. He is an awesome person all around. Genuinely works for the customer. After everything was done, the car had some major water Mark's from sitting next to sprinklers, he had us bring the car in to have an acid wash to get them out (no charge). Handled. Fast forward a couple of weeks, we had the windows tinted (not by Honda).

I took my car in for service and dropped it off in the AM. I was working with the service tech and I asked repeatedly that they rotate my tires because in a past service they stated it was complete and it was not (I marked the tires). Giving them another shot was a mistake. I marked the tires again and the service was not completed. The tech stated it was completed. When I asked them if they completed the other services - oil change, brake fluid, and power steering fluid flush the tech replied you can check your fluids. That is what I paid you for. Wow. I will not be back. I own two Hondas and bought them both new. We are in the market for a new Odyssey and they will not be getting our business. Terrible service.

I have been working hard on rebuilding my credit for the last year. I went to capital city honda with a pre- qualification loan through capital One and specifically asked them to not to run multiple credit checks since I had a pre- qualification from a lender. They assured me they wouldn't. They did and it dropped my score 30 points.

The man who helped me was wonderfully accommodating. However, the methodology of this survey is disproportionally weighted toward five stars and gives the customer no way to nuance their answer. I had great service from your service department, as usual, but I scheduled my service on line and your service folk did not have any indicator of that. That piece needs to be fixed, or don't allow online scheduling.

As always I was treated with respect and myncar was done timely. The service guy, I think his name was Donny, called me when my car was finished and when I arrived back at the facility he came and explained what was done and the general condition of my car. He also answered a couple of questions I had. I was very pleased.
