I'll start by saying I love my car and the buying process was great. Sales has some great guys in there. Five stars for the sales department.

Three stars for the service department, though.

We've called twice about a recall (on a five month old car) and there's no record of that.

And I understand that you're trying to save water and cut down on washes, that's commendable. But please don't tell one customer you won't wash/vacuum their car and offer it to several other customers that exact same day.

When you're discontinuing a service all employees should be on the same page about it and if you don't have time to offer a complimentary service (vacuuming) then be honest and tell the customer that.
