Went there for snow tubing. Absolutely no social distancing, many people (including few staff members) not wearing masks. In two hr session the accelerator for one of the two areas stopped working, so they they diverted the entire crowd to just one area. The amount of time it takes to go up and wait for your turn is not worth the price at all.

Fun waterpark for the family. Enjoyable for the kids big and small. Fun water slides and cool wave pool. The food was pretty good and inexpensive. The restrooms and lockers are clean and maintained. We had an awesome time and there was so much more to do. We saw ziplining on our way out, it looked pretty fun as well.

First, the day was great. Supervisor Brian suggested we skip the 1k zip line for the 4k zip line as it will make my love less nervous. He was right, though afraid of heights she LOVED that longer zip line. Then we did the mountain coaster. Unfortunately her cell phone flew out of her pocket while riding. The next AM with help from apple "find my phone" fantastic suervisor Maribell walked the track and located the phone. 2 great rides, 2 great employees!! We'll be back again and again

A great spot, I would recommend staying on property for better access to things like the tubing (advance tickets) and included Aquatopia but the places we visited as a family were amazing. Instructors were great and in spite of it being a VERY busy weekend, the facilities and services were readily available and the staff was very helpful.

Pretty good resort. I was lucky to visit with not so many people. Instructors are increadible. Slopes are well maintained. The food court should be renovated since it looks just old. Food selection is from 60'. Some staff at rental could be nicer but overall hospitality is pretty good

I went zip lining here and it was fun and all but when I hit the end of the line, I swung forward and landed back down on my feet which twisted my ankle pretty badly. My day was cut short and I had to go home and i've been laid up for weeks so I don't think it was worth it.

Went to Camelback to ski and snowboard on a beautiful Presidents' day week. It was crowded and hectic but didn't devolve into chaos. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids/beginners area was still good despite the large crowd.

Camelback resort has the worst customer service ever! I spoke to three customer agents and all of them had terrible attitudes. For a fun park that s meant to offer great times for families, goood customer service should be the most basic requirement. I will never come to camelback ever again.

The cleanest water park I've ever been to, I love the picnic area for when you spend the day, you bring your own food and drink, so you have more money to buy t-shirts, etc, from the gift shop. The water slides are awesome too.

Love the amount of things there are to do here. But bring your wallet. Almost everything is an add-on. For the cost of the room would of been nice not to hear the neighboring guest early in the morning. In all nice resort but I feel it's a bit over priced.

Awesome experience. I gave 4 stars because they've made some changes due to Covid where parents must sit outside if they're waiting for the little ones (12 & under). I'm from Florida and it was freaking cold. They didn't even have fire pits. Nonetheless, the kids had a great time.

Grew up going to this mountain many times a year. Gets very crowded with tourists on the weekends and gets icy real quick with the side of the mountain it is on. But if you are going with friends on a weekday, it has a nice variety of slopes and lifts with wide trails.

My first time skiing. Took ski lessons. The lessons lasted around a hour and a half and the instructors tried their best to teach us the art. Though most of the people didn't do it properly, the instructors took proper time and care to teach. Has a number of slopes with varying difficulties, from kids to pros.

I ski Camelback at least once per year. Within Pennsylvania, you won't find anything that's markedly better in terms of the trails or facilities. Considering the size of the mountain, lift passes are fairly-priced, especially if you go during twilight hours or on weekday. While I can't speak to the quality of lessons (I have no experience with their service), the wide range of trail difficulties makes this a great mountain for groups varying in experience levels.

The ski conditions were great today. The problem is management of the mountain. For the number of people that came to ski they only had 2 lifts open to the top of the mountain and the sunbowl. We skied 20 minutes and sat in lines for over 2 hours acording to skitracker. The new management needs to take this advice and work hard to improve it.

Good mountain, terrible customer service; If you buy a ski lesson there, they give you a different lift ticket then everyone else gets so beware!! Wasn't told by agent when we bought the tickets that they we're different. I unknowingly put the beginner one on while my friend who had the class had mine on - resulted into them stopping the whole line of people getting on a ski lift and was told I was a beginner and couldn't go on any ski lifts - told them there must be a misunderstanding - very rudely pulled off line and customer service told me to go find my friend on the mountain! 2 hours later after finding her, she also had a terrible experience.... she was told to wait in the wrong area for her class +30 mins later to find out she was told incorrectly to wait in the wrong area along with 5 other people. Totally killed my vacation. BEWARE of which lift ticket you get when you buy if you BUY A CLASS.

The fresh snow and holiday weekend brought out a crowd that was too much too handle. The parking lots filled quickly and shuttle service was lacking. It took multiple shuttles to get up to ticketing.
There was too many beginners on the slopes with no supervision. An out of control snowboarder crashed into my daughter, maybe ending her ski season. Ski patrol was focused on a frozen sheet of ice on a Green Run.

Since this is the longest drive of the several ski resorts near our home, I hate to admit it......but it is our favorite!!! There are so many trails and lift tickets cost the same as the smaller resorts in the area. We always have a great time (even though plan ahead for ice cold and crowds of NJ, NY people so you may have to park far away and use the shuttle bus). I like how the cluster of lockers, ticket sales and food/retail is all in the center....easy to find employees if you have any questions and easy to get to via 380

*We did not stay at the resort.* The only reason I didn t give 5 stars is because the layout is very confusing and you have to go to many different places well ahead of time (approx. 90 mins) of your reservation. Other than that... camelback is a blast!! The instructors are very helpful and you have dozens of slopes to choose from. Signage, arrows and directions need to improve a lot! But we will be back!

The shining stars of this resort was Janice from the Front Desk and Robert from the buffet. At the waterpark were the lifeguards who were working flow rider last weekend.

There are plenty of onsite amenities available to do. The room rate includes unlimited access to the waterpark, even on the day of check in and check out! Which is always a massive hit, and my personal highlight.

Theres an arcade, spa, four restaurants, a sweet shop, tubing, skiing, snowboarding. But be prepared to pay more for these other activities.

Also the hotel is a family friendly property so if you are a light sleeper ask for a room on a high floor by the 650s. We were on the second floor and throughout the day you can hear the chorus of families, teens, and children running through the hallways. Definitely, not a quiet honeymoon getaway but a perfect winter trip for a family or a reunion.

The hotel overall is fairly pricey, but it is a family friendly resort. The rooms were "clean" but housekeeping would put flat sheets that were stained on the beds in the room. Luckily the front desk switched us. In the second room behind the trash can there was less than t over Sprite bottles but hey, they have a lot of rooms to clean. The restaurants at the resort are pricey but nothing that is served lives up to the price.

Stayed during winter storm Stella. The resort itself was great. Even though not much time was spent in the room, I was disappointed, being it is only 2 years old. I thought it was very small and dingy with a badly stained carpet. We took advantage of a flash sale which includes lift tickets, water park and arcade credit. Understandably the tubing was closed due to the storm, but when we asked if we could have tickets for another day or more arcade credit, we got denied. They said we don't do that for a flash sale. I thought it was bad customer service. Tubing tickets are about $30 and it would have gotten us back there again. If they gave us arcade credit...is that really going to hurt their profit? Loved Aquatopia, I wrote a separate review.
