I had such a great time here. I had no idea it was so close to NYC. So much to do, reasonably priced and so family friendly, great for group outing. paint ball, snow tubing, mountain coasting, snow boarding, skiing, zip line, just so much fun! Can't wait to go back with my daughter. Oh yeah! I forgot to mention. They have an amazing indoor water park.

Waited 3 hours for a room asked for a manager who never came out. All they jumped on was when you asked for a refund they were ready to help you there. Worst place ever will never come back. This place should be shut down till they can figure out their problems.

Went on the 4000ft Zip Flyer. Great ride. It wasn't as scary as it looked. Felt really good actually. You have to call to reserve a spot though, so keep that in mind. Pretty good price as well, they don't make you pay for any gear which is nice. A good experience overall

OK ski resort with a bunch of different slopes, ranging from green to double black. Very well suited for beginners and their school seemed pretty big.
When we were there it was kind of icy. The nice part is that it's only a couple hours drive from NYC.

Recommended only for skiing. Great place for skiing. The rooms are VERY DARK, falling apart electrically and staff don't care. NO DESK IN THE ROOM. The food is really BAD at the HEMISPHERES RESTAURANT. THE LAZY RIVER WAS CLOSED. TWO WATER RIDES WERE CLOSED. The HOT SPA WAS CLOSED to go OUTSIDE. ONLY ONE HOT SPA FOR EVERYONE. The water was cold. The new year's PARTY, NO FREE DRINKS. Everyone needed to buy everything. NOT A REAL NEW YEAR'S PARTY. They have a separate room charge.

The staff are great, however, if you cant go intermediate, dont go yet. Its a rip off, they dont tell you anywhere that all the green novice slopes are closed. If that happened to you, get a refund. Begginners/novices that cant handle intermediate yet will only have the bunny hill

Great place! Our family had a blast! And staff everyone of them was very friendly! Which is very rare!! Highly recommend it here! After leaving the water park and how rude some people are leaving a big mess we went back in the morning and it was totally clean! Big thumbs up to all the staff!

Definitely was NOT at a limited capacity. Only 1/4 of the slopes open, waits were incredibly long and the hills were completely ice for the majority of runs.

Probably would have been a different experience if more of the mountain was open.

Waiters were great but once again they we re running around like chickens without heads. Literally no one was available to bus tables. We were surrounded by dirty tables for our entire meal. Where are the busers? With the threat of Covid still looming there should be separate people to bus tables.

Once again the waitress was extremely friendly and accommodating but they were obviously short-staffed. They were literally running around and looked over-worked. I consider this abusive to employees.

I waited for a very long time to resolve simple issues. I was on hold for almost a half hour. They admitted that they are short staffed. Unfortunately I paid full price for my room and expected the place to be properly staffed.

Not sure if housekeeping is responsible for the bathroom vent. It was covered in dust and aggravated my allergies. Otherwise everything else was clean and they bought us towels fast and were very polite.

Every time I have stayed at a ski in or out hotel, they have been able to print out lift tickets for us. It s ridiculous that we had to waste time looking for another window. Also they should give you a more secure envelope for the lift and breakfast tickets. They fell out and then they gave us a hard time even though it said we paid for it.

Person who made the reservations was very nice. I was not told that I needed to make restaurant reservations in advance for every single meal and that they would be short staffed.

The waiters were excellent and bent over backwards to accommodate us. The hostess told us there was a wait instead of just bussing the table herself. We asked for a seat by the bar. While we were waiting she another woman came in with a small child and she sat them before us right in the area we had requested. Who would sit a toddler on a high top chair? No common sense! Then when we said something we still had to wait and then didn t get a table by the bar.

The rooms are not properly insulated and you can everything in the adjacent rooms.

I don t think there will be a next visit and I will be posting my comments and pictures. Shame on management for especially not responding to my text about the luke warm showers and not addressing issues during our stay. The way you are treating your staff is abusive and they are being taken advantage of.

Was fun

I have never been the one to complain, but by far the worst experience I've ever had. from the food being extremely over priced, chocolate milk tasted like motor oil, and the absolute WORST customer service I've ever encountered. The man that was letting people grab tubes was literally yelling at kids and adults and shoving. when we finally got to the top of the hill for tubing we waited 15 whole minutes just to go down the hill when it was obviously clear. the staff said she had no idea what was going on. everyone was clueless and rude. then insult to injury when you get to the bottom of the hill there are bumps you run into almost full speed that has my kids aching( i guess thats why they make you sign a wavier before you go to the slope) One thing is for sure is that I will be calling corporate in the morning. drove 3 hours to be miserable.

The mountains nearby makes this place very attractive. Variety of water sports available and very worthy for the price. We were at this park by 11:00 am and thoroughly enjoyed the whole day till the last minute. Perfect location for a day's trip in summer. Lunch options are available right just at the entrance of the park. Huge parking area is available. I think it was pay and use. Only certain rides queue upto 30-40 minutes. But most of the rides were quick to make out. You would find lockers inside to lock your valuable items. Sandals can be worn into the park. One ride required sandals (for your protection) which we couldn't make out as we all didn't wear it into the park. So carry it with you, and you would find lot of spots to leave it, before you go to the rides. Found many people wearing a water proof transparent pouch around their neck, which can be used to keep mobile for taking photos or videos and other valuables too. That is something I felt good to have. Go for it in summer and enjoy.!!

This was by far one of the best ski resorts I ve experienced in a long time. They did not have a large amount of natural snow at the facility however they kept artificially made snow up to par. The vast majority of lifts were open which kept the lines moving. So many slopes in multiple experience levels. No shortage of fun to be had and you should not be disappointed by coming to enjoy what they have to offer!

I love it here so much. I come here almost every weekend to ski and its so fun! They have really nice slopes and the staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place for skiing and its also really good for learning how to ski.

Camel back tries to be a much bigger mountain than it really is, in my opinion the lift tickets are over priced and they have lost focus on looking after there customers. The food in the lodges is crap fast food and they really need to try harder in that area. If you are going to act like a big mountain and charge like you are if you are going to charge like you are a big mountain then you really need to up your game in the customer service areas and in the food you serve.

I enjoyed my stay here. It s not cheap but the price brings with it a pleasant atmosphere. I got a standard room for my small family which was plenty of space. Aquatopia was a lot of fun, the Aracade room was good too. The skiing was pretty decent considering it s only 800 vertical drop. Definitely recommend this place for a 2-3 day get away from the city especially during this f***ing pandemic.

We went during storm not severe one though and it was so beautiful. And best thing is you better go skiing or boarding during snow days as how much ever u fall u won't be hurt and balancing is easier during soft snow than hard one. I am a beginner and I found it really hard skiing on hard snow and got hurt really bad almost time.

Great place to come to ski. Super quick from NYC or Philadelphia for a quick weekend getaway. Lots of trails for beginners to experts. Food can be a bit expensive though, but this is to be expected from a ski resort.

We came for some snow tubing and found the facilities to be very nice and well maintained. The snow tubing runs were well prepared and maintained. The conveyor belt to the top of the hill worked well and was great to have. Even with large crowds the wait to go down the hill was not bad.

The snow tubes themselves were well made and there are single and double tubes. You can also chain them together.

There are fire pits available to warm up at and snack trucks too. My 9year old and I had a great time.

Skiing was good. Mostly ice /man made snow. The staff seems unknowable and mostly uncaring. The food situation because of pandemic is pitiful. NO FOOD IS ALLOWED AND A COLD SANDWICH LIMITED HOT DRINKS AND A COLD TENT IS NOT IDEAL.

Very nice experience, wish there could have been real snow, that way our family could enjoy more. Compared to Shawnee this place is bigger and has more trails. Weekends are very crowded but we definitely enjoyed ourselves!

Got a little crowded on 12/29 but that's to be expected on the week of new years. Alot of the mountains had made-man snow because it rained two days ago. Overall it was a good experience the only thing they need to improve on is probably the lines for the cafeteria and better / more seating

Skiing is always fun at camelback. Nice challenging slops including a steep double black diamond which is my favorite. I go skiing here at least once a week once the snow hits the ground.

Visited camel back to go for skiing. But unfortunately we were late so ended up going snow tubing. It was fun, the organization can be better. Sometimes the crowd piles up at the start point and sometimes it's pretty open

"....CBK is a great place to ride. I've ridden mountains out West, up North and even Jungfrau, but I still love coming back to the place where I first learned how...Go on the weekdays, Superbowl Sunday, holidays or the weekend, the great staff keeps the lodge hoppin' with good food and drinks, and you won't have to hock any jewelry, just bring a little cash to spend...yeah I know it gets a little crowded sometime, but who cares, I always say, when there's a bunch of fun people on the mountain, it frightens away all of the bears..."

I understand the pandemic is rough on businesses since I'm a small business owner myself but a $50 bump on lift tickets AND a fee for parking is insane. I enjoyed going to camelback when I was going to school out in PA but its just not worth the cost anymore. There are MUCH better mountains out there for less. I'll spend my money on gas and go elsewhere.

This place is Amazing!! Fun experience, nice hotel, with additional activities close by, like zip line, mountain coaster and another water park. Shopping outlet close by...This is a great place for family, kids, and a couple. I will be returning.

Facilities and the mountain are great. Food options and general guest services are sub-par. Trying too hard to be an elite resort but their overall service and food quality is just not there yet. Would be worth the increased prices if they could get their act together.

Came here today for snow tubing. Had a 2 year old and 3 month old with me, so I didn t go out much of the time since I was with the kids in the mini lodge down by the tube lanes. The lodge they have down there is too small, not enough seats and very uncomfortable bar stools. It s not good if you come with a family and not everyone is tubing since it s not comfortable in the lodge. The main lodge up on the hill is great but it s too far away if you want to be with your family who is tubing.

I have been to Camelback many times, and typically have a great time with my four children.
I have been trying to book another weekend at Cameblack in the next few weeks, and I am beyond aggravated with the difficulty of doing so. The website does not work well, does not allow changes or additions, does not have updated listings on availability.

I HAVE TRIED FOR OVER 5 HOURS TO REACH SOMEONE BY PHONE WHO WILL HELP ME WITHOUT SUCCESS.

I HAVE TRIED LEAVING MESSAGES FOR SUPERVISORS WITHOUT RETURN CALLS

I HAVE TRIED USING THE "CONTACT US" ON THE WEBSITE WITH A BRIEF EMAIL TWO DAYS LATER SAYING THEY WILL CALL ME, AND THEY HAVE NOT.

I HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED AND TRANSFERRED AND TRANSFERRED AND WAITED FOR HOURS ON HOLD JUST TO GET MOVED TO FULL VOICEMAIL BOXES AND DEAD LINKS.

AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS, I FINALLY FOUND ONE KIND SOUL IN THE LESSONS OFFICE WHO WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, BUT NOW AGAIN I AM HAVING ISSUES BOOKING LIFT TICKETS AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL.

THIS VACATION WILL LIKELY COST MY FAMILY IN EXCESS OF $3500 FOR A THREE DAY TRIP. IT WOULD BE NICE OF THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT AT CAMELBACK COULD SHOW SOME RESPECT FOR THE TIME AND MONEY THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE SPENDING AT THEIR RESORT
