Stayed during winter storm Stella. The resort itself was great. Even though not much time was spent in the room, I was disappointed, being it is only 2 years old. I thought it was very small and dingy with a badly stained carpet. We took advantage of a flash sale which includes lift tickets, water park and arcade credit. Understandably the tubing was closed due to the storm, but when we asked if we could have tickets for another day or more arcade credit, we got denied. They said we don't do that for a flash sale. I thought it was bad customer service. Tubing tickets are about $30 and it would have gotten us back there again. If they gave us arcade credit...is that really going to hurt their profit?
