I ve been coming to Camelback to ski annually since I was a child. However, after this year they will never see my business again. It was my understanding that with covid restrictions, the park would be implementing capacity limits by limiting day ticket sales to control the crowds. I purchased a season pass so that I could gain priority access when the capacity limits came down and of course Camelback did not honor their word and adhere to these capacity restrictions. On multiple occasions, the mountain was beyond crowed with hundreds of people in the ticket lines, rental area and the lift area. Camelback chose profits over people and I cannot respect their decision to penalize their season pass holders by putting us in danger and destroying the quality of the time spent at their park. I would not recommend investing in a season pass or even making a day trip out here because the experience is so horrible and not worth the money or time spent. Make the day trip out to NY state instead.

My client has not arrived yet, but this is not a travel agency friendly hotel, they do not pay commission and when I tried to do my job and call the hotel, Mackenzie at the hotel told me that she could not give any information. I told her that I made the booking for the client because Camelback resort does not work with Travel Agencies. I told her that I even used my work email to get the confirmation from them. I just wanted to make sure everything was in good order before my client's arrival.

I really hope my clients are treated with respect and care during her stay. The only reason she is going there, is because I suggested the Camelback to them. Camelback does not understand the value of the travel agents. Please be aware.

The equipment staff were friendly and personable. The mountain was more crowded than anticipated, and runs were more icy than desired, but no specific lift was overcrowded and the mountain was gorgeous

do not stay here. Total waste of money Especially during this pandemic. It's ridiculous. A lot of amenities were closed off and we were not given any notice about closures. The food was bland and overpriced. The vending machines were a hastle to function. Save your money and go some where else. It doesn't deserve any stars.

Awful place. My boyfriend wanted to come here on a short break to relax from his stressful job. But instead of relaxing we got interrogated and treated like criminals on New Years Eve. When we reached the top of the lift I fell off. A worker came over and noticed that my boyfriend was wearing a black tag instead of the orange that I and everyone else had on. She called security and they came over to bring us down to guest services to check our tickets. My boyfriend was upset and insisted that he hadn't done anything wrong. The main security guard threatened to call the police on us. When we finally made it over to guest services they confirmed that our tickets were valid. I asked if we could get a refund for the lesson I had unintentionally missed earlier and they refused. Not only that but they also told my boyfriend that because he had given them an attitude that they wouldn't offer us complimentary service for having ruined our New Years vacation.

Completely complete ski complex. There is a mountain hotel and an indoor water park. The mountain charges $ 70 entry. Bought at a hardware store for $ 60. You can also buy the pass for the season. The practice track is not very easy, but you can hire separate classes. The slopes are well groomed and range from green to black.
