The food was amazing! So nice to have a vegetarian menu, and everything was clearly carefully crafted. Even fancy non-alcoholic drinks.

They're really great with wheelchair patrons with a big, sunny dining area that's easy to navigate. I love this spot for brunch especially and we've had dinner once or twice there as well. The jasmine tea is my favorite! There aren't TVs so it's easier to get seating during a Seahawks game. Otherwise, call ahead to get on the list.
Amazing vegetarian food after a lovely day at the Arboretum!
Great vegetarian food, lovely ambience. Ask to sit in the atrium!
Excellent food and service as usual. The only item that I was unhappy with was your switch to Kale in the Caesar salad. I prefer the Romaine. Going way back, I reallly liked the gorgonzola as an option. A little down hill with that product, in my opinion.

Awesome vegan food and a wonderful indoor garden atmosphere.
Brunch @ Cafe Flora- Split a few plates between 3 including huevos cubanos (no pic), beignets, and the oat waffle with a side of collard greens. The egg was perfectly cooked and one of my favorite huevos dishes. All delicious and worth the splurge (health wise, prices are very reasonable). They even have coffee available while you wait, as weekend brunch brings in the crowds (30-45 min wait at 12), nice touch!
Come get you that good good vegan food. lovely location and cozy seating at the bar. Most of the good stuff (vegan cinnamon rolls) was sold out by 10:30am on a Sunday and I still feel In love. A little something for vegans of any persuasion.
Great selection of vegetarian food. Love to take my out of town vegetarian friends here as its very rare they have a whole.menu they can order off of.
vegetarian and vegan place, not exactly my cup of tea
Delicious, nutritious, flavorful vegan and vegetarian fare! I've been wanting to try this spot out for a few years, but finally got around to it recently. I got their spiced turmeric tea, but I can't remember what it's called on their menu (coconut milk, turmeric, cardamom, so on). In other words, it's a spiced drink, so folks with a spice sensitivities - be warned!
Also, the staff is wonderful!
Delicious food and super vegetarian friendly. Healthy and not too expensive. The potatoes are some of the best I've ever had
Cafe Flora is hands down the best restaurant, I've ever been to. The burger was to die for and I almost cried when I ate the coconut cake. Do yourself the service of taking yourself or you and important people in your life here. This place is life changing and the food is just amazing. Thank you Cafe Flora
We ordered a soy free waffle dish and it ended up having soy. My girlfriend is allergic to soy. For somebody who has a severe reaction that could turn out very badly. It was very unpleasant for her to deal with the reaction afterwards.
We were told they would change the menu for future customers. We went back on a later date and the menu had not changed. The waffle still stated that it was soy free and the dish still contains soy.
Busy healthy restaurant great for brunches and coffee. expect long wait times on the weekend though!
5 stars is not enough. The food here is astounding. The cocktails could use a tweak but I'm not complaining! We brought our parents who come from the Midwest and the Philippines (both very meat centric diets) and everyone was very impressed and have asked to cone back.
Excellent food and staff. We loved the atmosphere and will definitely be coming back.
I d been wanting to go to brunch here for years it was overall kind of mediocre. The service was really slow, and the food not nearly as good as their sister restaurant Floret located in SeaTac airport, which is really delicious and fast.
Hard to find good vegetarian restaurants. This place is legit.
Good food with a lot of vegan options. Almost always super busy on the weekends, up to a 45-60 minute wait. Staff members are nice but not always the most attentive, due to the place always being so busy on weekends.
Salad for $14 was just a bag of kale. I wish they had a larger selection that is healthy.
Needs more space, there is a long wait, eatables were upto the standard.
Cinnamon roll is a must! Great place for delicious vegetarian food!
OMG their breakfast quesadilla changed my life. So so yummy. It can be a little pricey but a great option for brunch.
Been here a few times, always a great experience. Their yam fries are to die for
Must visit if you want to have soul-satisfying, creative vegetarian food. Whole menu is vegetarian with mix of different dishes such as Pizza, Burgers, Soup etc. They also have some vegan options. Place itself is very pretty with Fresh Flowers and Plants of all sizes around you. Service is equally good.
Excellent food. Had the Spaetzle with roasted veggies. AWESOME!!!!
Well mixed cocktail. My dish was good overall but not all components came together.
Such a wonderful experience all around. Vegetarian restaurant with gluten and dairy free options. Best Bloody Mary ever! Highly suggest this quaint spot to all.
I am not Vegan, however I eat vegan food often. Cafe Flora specializes in dishes that are true to their veg and not mock animal food. From biscuits and gravy to veg dishes you will love the flavors and presentation. I'd tempt an open minded carnivore, but not a person who expects meat on their plate. The grits were a delicious complement to my breakfast platter. We always love the Flora experience.
I would give this place more than 10 stars if I could. Finally a restaurant that knows how to cook vegetarian food well.
Went here on a trip to Seattle and ended up eating here on two consecutive days. I preferred the brunch menu to the dinner. The tofu scramble, and Italian sandwich (at least I think that s what it was) with the consume was also really good.
Family friendly, delicious vegetarian restaurant. Peaceful decor with fountain.
When my friends from out of town that are vegetarian come to stay this is my first choice brunch place to send them too. Specialty morning smoothies and various espresso drinks that are well-executed. The grits and smoked greens are yummy. Don't be tricked, just because the food is vegetarian or vegan does not mean that it's going to be necessarily low calorie. If you can forgo the bacon totally worth checking out for brunch. Please note there is usually a wait by at least 20 minutes for weekend brunch if you get there anytime after 10 a.m..
My favorite vegetarian restaurant in Seattle. The place was full but they still seated and served us quickly. The food was amazing. Beautiful, bright dining area. Our server was efficient and friendly.
Huevos Rancheros; blue corn tortillas, black beans, pico de gallo, tomatillo verde, like crema, avocado, micro greens, and seasoned tofu.
Southern platter; seasoned tofu, smoky collard green, and a house made rosemary biscuit with vegan country gravy
Everyone loves Cafe Flora. It's a beautiful place with great food and drinks (the rosemary infused lemon drop is delicious). The food is great - always!
Vegetarian food and the feeling here is better than most. good place to hang and eat some good food. the staff was sociable and attentive. this place has a cool feel to it.
Love the food ~ made with love and compassion for animals!
LOVE THIS PLACE! It was so good and the service was great! Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. I went with my friend and we had a great time. It was sunny, the windows were open and the atmosphere is great.
Pure delight. They engraved their goals on the menu but also in the soul of the place. You can feel it.
Food was delightful and seasonal, would recommend for anyone looking for good vegan fare. The service however was very slow. Taking over 15 minutes to receive each drink order. Still worth it for the food.
Not vegetarian myself, but I thoroughly enjoyed the food.
closest thing to dining in the garden of eden that you'll ever find. the food & drinks are pretty great, too.
Food is good but definitely on a very pricey side for what you get. Bring a jacket.
Cafe Flora is so dang good, it's almost hard to handle. They specialize in mostly vegetarian and vegan fare, but were recommended to me by meat eaters! That's how good it is. And the thing is - everyone knows it! If you go during prime brunching hours, you will have to wait an hour, sometimes outside. And others will wait too. It's worth it! My favorite thing is their breakfast quesedilla with the side of greens. Everything they make is equally delicious and healthy. Cocktails are excellent!
Excellent vegetarian dishes!! I had ravioli and it was so flavorful.
Some of the best vegetarian food I ve ever had. I like that they labeled the dishes you could request vegan, gluten free and soy free. We ended up having appetizers, entrees and dessert and everything was truly excellent. Anything you order will be yummy. Can t wait to come again.
Nice place for veggie food. A bit expensive. Yum fries were too oily.
Excellent food tasty and fresh. Excellent service and courteous.
Definitely visit again
All food options are delicious, especially the cinnamon rolls!
Our 2nd visit here this time on a weekend and happy customers every table. Jamie served us and he was very good. Customers were friendly as well. Food & Beverage? Yum yum down to the last bite and drop.
The atmosphere is really nice. There are many options for people with gluten intolerance who are also vegans or veggies. We also brought our omnivore family to dine with us. They said the cheese florentine pizza was incredibly smoky and flavorful. The only complaint was the lemon drop, which they said was over-powered by the vodka.
We like the Italian burger on a GF pita. Don't forget to get some wildly good yam fries & cayenne aioli! Thank you for making a place that's cool for people with food limitations.
Fabulous ambiance. The wait was about 30 minutes for weekend brunch. The orange waffle was amazing but the banana pancakes were dry and had very little flavor (why skimp on bananas?). They have a very interesting drink menu and everything's moderately priced for the Seattle area. Service was poor, we were never asked how our food was or we would have sent the pancakes back. I'd go back again if I had plenty of time, especially for the earthy/floral drinks.
I cannot believe I haven't written a review of Cafe Flora, yet, so let me rectify that right now. I have been dining there since 1999; almost 20 years. Since moving away from Seattle, I always manage a visit when I return to visit friends and family. Throughout the years the food quality has remained consistently good, as has the service. The menu changes in small ways now and again, which I like because you can always find an old favorite and try something new. As long as you don't mind vegetarian only options (exception being eggs with breakfast) I highly recommend a visit to Cafe Flora. Be open minded and try something new, too.
Great vegetarian menu. Everything is labeled if GF or Vegan. And most dishes can be prepared with a vegan option. Everything tasted great.
Very enjoyable food, drinks and environment. We had the artichoke salad and black bean burger; both were quite good.
Loved the food. I went there on a weekend so I got to try the brunch menu only. Unique and very satisfying taste. It is a busy place on weekends. Our server was very friendly. Although I wish they had a better reservation system. They don't take reservations for party of 5 or less. The wait time was an hour for walkin. We were 3 moms and we were running on a tight schedule with our little ones at home. There were a few empty tables which were kept aside incase they get reservations. Inspite of requesting the hostess a couple of times she did not give us that table. Finally after 30 min wait she seated us at the same table. The experience could have been flawless if the wait time could have been avoided. I would have loved to try the desserts but with time crunch I had to save it for later. Would still recommend the place for good vegetarian options.
Very nice place. Menu slightly limited in selection but the options are good, a little pricey though. If you're ok with dining vegetarian, you'll be pleased. Nice pocket of restaurants in the area, Flora being one of them.
Lovely place with delicious vegetarian food. The staff is friendly , professional and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The prices are fair.
One of the best vegan restaurants ever! I have a sensitive stomach and was able to find a meal there.
What a gorgeous restaurant w/ even prettier dishes. Top notch service
A cozy, but spacious place for a good brunch. The vegan options were great! I was taken aback by how impressive the cinnamon bun was, despite never having been a huge fan of cinnamon buns.
This is about our third time visiting Flora, and it seems like the service and value have gone down a few notches. We know about the legendary wait for breakfast, so we were here 10 minutes after opening and were seated fast, but then service nosedived. I wanted a substitute (on the most expensive breakfast option, I think that is reasonable), and the waitress said, sure, yeah, whatever, but, surprisingly given her stellar enthusiasm, there was no substitute when delivered. No check-in to see how our meal was, our waitress just disappeared for a bit, probably had something to do! What I got was a plate unimaginatively thrown together with the least bit of effort. So what do I do? Review based on our first visit, a few years ago, where the food and service was fantastic (5 star), or review based on last Saturday morning, where being a customer seemed to hassle them (a 3 star)? The ambiance of this place is wonderful, and I bet with a few changes in management the restaurant could be back to its glory, but this will be our last visit on my dime for a while.
I ve only ever eaten the same thing here for the past year. Biscuits and gravy. If it ain t broke.
The atmosphere is amazing . The biscuits and gravy taste great for being vegetarian. The one downside for this place is that they only serve eggs as the breakfast protein. They over cooked the eggs so bad, it was harder then my potatoes. Great place, just don t get the eggs
Amazing! Absolutely AMAZING, the food the atmosphere. Have been multiple times and tried many items. Still haven't found something I do not like. A+++
Great job of placing tables far apart in the parking lot. First meal I've had at a restaurant in nearly 6 months. So good and so safe
Good food, good ambiance, a bit expensive, but, as always self-sufficient employee attitude. We will not be returning any time soon.
I didn't take a pic of our coconut tofu tacos but I would recommend everything I got. Go for that, the polenta dish, and the Italian burger. We got the vegan & GF brownies for dessert. Just ask for the other dishes Vegan. Totally recommend this place
Cafe Flora is such a lovely eating experience. I love the specialty meals they serve on Valentine's and Thanksgiving. The service is accommodating and sparkling. The wine pairings are on point. I love to come here often. #vegandelight
Over priced best gluten free flat bread pizza I've ever had. Nectarine delicious. So creative
Staff always friendly, unique atmosphere, decently priced. Menu always seasonal but could use a few updates
