Signature Inc Review

I just got services from one of the Signature Reps and they were very polite and resourceful.

I've been with Signature Inc. for 6 years. I started entry level like the majority of the employees and made it to management in 8 months. This process was very tough but also rewarding. I've been in management for over 5 years and still continue to grow everyday. This company has changed my life as well as my families. The environment has always been welcoming and focused on growth. I really appreciate everything that Signature Inc. has done for our team. Thank you!

Could not work for a better company. They will give you all the necessary tools to advance and grow not only in your career at signature but also in life! The managers and higher ups all have your best interest in mind and will help you achieve goals that you may have thought were not possible.

I recently had one of signature solutions employees come to my door. I've never had such great customer service. The gentlemen was very transparent, had great communication and best of all made sure I was educated before he left my house. Whatever they are doing over there keep up the good work. The values your employees carry are priceless.

My experience with Signature was a 10/10!! The guy I dealt with was super informative, helpful, and friendly! I felt super knowledgeable about the product I was receiving and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Waited an hour for an interview. They bypass my to take 2 men ahead of me only to rush through the interview and didn't ask a single question aside from what do i wanna do here???? Definitely a "boys club only" environment. Smh. Waste of time!

Rob was awesome, extremely personable and knowledgeable about the company. I trained with Maddy, and honestly there's no more of a superstar than she is. I've never seen higher turnover. If you go there try to find more than 2 people (not the owners) who have been there longer than two years. I only knew of 1. They have some interesting practices which I'm sure contribute to it.

A rep from this company came to my house 3 times in one day. The first no thank you was not a good enough response they had to come back 2 more times. When I asked for the phone # to Signature Inc he told me he didnt have time for this. Thank you for harassing us today and your rude service. Not a good way to do business.

This company will constantly call you saying you applied for one of their positions when you did not. They pretend you re getting a marketing job when it s a door to door sales job that is paid 100% commission. No sales, no money. Don t waste your time with them. Any company that has to bait and switch a job is not a company you want to work for.

Best place to start new and forget about it, excitement and energy to intoxicate and change you; you'll feel like a yankee! Let the hand mean more than that of pen and paper.

I had such a great experience with signature! They are so personable and friendly. The employees I dealt with throughout the process were very knowledgeable and I felt great about the product I was receiving. They made me feel so comfortable and informed about everything!

Had a representative come to my door, he was very personable and transparent, he answered all of my questions thoroughly and with plenty of knowlege. Would tell the manager to keep up the good training!

Not only did they provide a great opportunity to me but also more than a job something i can look further into as a a career, and love coming into work.

I would've given 5 stars but one boy (I don't say man, because he's not a man at all after what he's done) is bad enough to make the entire company seems like trash. Because of the boy David Watkins. Terrible service from him, and throws people under the bus, and cast asides anyone in his way just to get to the top.

I've been working here for the past 6 months and I absolutely love it! The training program here has been so helpful and I have been networking with people from so many of our offices across the country, along with the wonderful office team I work side by side with everyday. I have been working at Signature for 8 months now and I can honestly say I have grown and learned more in that short amount of time than any other job I've had. They value Growth, development and teamwork above all. I am looking forward to the next couple of years within the company and can't wait to see what the future holds.

So, id like to start off with saying yes the negative reviews you read here are true, but I'm not quite sure looking at it in such a negative way is beneficial. This is a non hourly door to door sales position (their marketing/sales associate position). So if you don't have bills and are not living on your own, this job, or jobs like these could be very beneficial. These jobs in general aren't very respected in the industry as they tend to be labor abusive and are beneficial to people who use negative personality traits. I recorded my interviews as well as my findings on the company which ill be making a video about as their advertisements seem to target less knowledgeable people. It seems their employees like to reply to these reviews so by all mean if you are Signature Inc staff please reach out and I'd love to discuss my findings with you, but only in a setting in which I am allowed to publish our discussion.
So they'll tell you you'll make about 30-50% more income per week than most generally do, as well as they have a very quick turn-overrate. We call places like these revolving door employers. Now if your ok with being manipulative and taking advantage of the pyramid scheme (which is a scheme but when done honestly is morally ok, just teach the people you hire what is actually going on). You can rise if you stick it out and are ok knowing the people you take advantage of are those underneath you, not the clients usually. I know the ins and out of their pay system as well, and will be included in my video.
So for any person trying to make a living, this may be your sign to turn away as there is no financial security whatsoever, nor benefits (with exception of promotion and gain in company role/status). I only recommend jobs like this for young individuals trying to gain sales experience.
As you can tell, I personally do not like seeing companies use these dishonest and manipulative hiring tactics. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing their response to this or attempt to remove this. Don't worry this will be documented well. Thanks for your time.

Very fun place to learn how to build your business. I was an EMT before working here. I have always dreamed about owning my own buisness but never knew how to even start. This place has shown me everything to run and own my life.

I'm surprised this place is still business. They responded to a profile I had on a job seeking site that was clearly seeking opportunities in the Information Technology field. The person I spoke to for my phone interview sounded like she was reading a script and did not ask me one single technical question but kept referrencing the position as a IT oriented management position when I asked her technical questions. I scheduled an interview and did some digging. I found multiple people who said they went through a similar experience and when showing up for the interview they were told that the job was no longer available but were instead presented with a job doing door to door sales.

Always great meeting new people everyday and helping them out with services most importantly the office environment is great the mangers are awesome!

I am currently an account manager here at signature inc. This program has definitely been the best investment of time that I've ever made. It was a friendly young atmosphere both times I was ask in for an interview. Both times I interviewed there the front desk was super friendly and answered all questions I had. They do group interviews and are looking for door-to-door salespeople seems like it would be a great place to work if I was interested in that position

This place is a SCAM. I applied to an Indeed posting for a Customer Service/Sales Representative with "Triton Marketing Inc" in Cherry Hill, NJ. The next day I get a call from Maddy about interviewing for the position at "Signature Inc". When I mentioned the disparity on the job posting, she didn't have an answer (first red flag). This turned out to be your typical, door-to-door, pyramid scheme sales job. The guy that interviewed me was basically trying to convince us (there was another applicant present) of the company's credibility. I'm really disappointed; these are difficult times and they are falsely advertising on Indeed. Read more reviews online before you apply or waste time interviewing here.

I am a manager here at Signature. It is the most rewarding and challenging position I have ever had. I have grown so much and I am thankful for Signature taking a chance on me.

I work as a compliance manager here. Environment is very healthy, people are friendly, there's team cohesivety, and strong support here. A mix and match of different goals and dreams, with likeminded, hardworking people.

My son works there and he seems to be very happy with his job and the amount of money he makes.
