The best flower shop in the area. I got terrific service by ordering flowers here.

I love having fresh flowers in my house all year-round, and I always come to Jacqueline s to pick out flowers and have the designers arrange them for me. They have the most beautiful fresh flowers of any other florist I ve been to in the area. The people are so nice there, they actually stand with me and help me pick out exactly what I need, and I can be very picky! I ve never been disappointed, and my friends always compliment the flowers in my home.

Great florist! Never have I gotten such AWESOME SERVICE, with HIGH QUALITY FLOWERS that LASTED FOR WEEKS! I've relied on Jacqueline's Flowers & Gifts many many times and I'VE NEVER BEEN LET DOWN!
Last time I needed flowers but didn't have time to go in and chat over a cup of coffee I used their SUPER EASY WEBSITE WITH THE SAME GREAT RESULT! (Unlike those big impersonal "florist" websites.)

Their customer service is ALWAYS ON POINT!
I ALWAYS GET WHAT I WANT and GREAT VALUE for my $$$. The girls in the back are super skilled and highly knowledgeable. Being a guy who doesn't really know too much about flowers, I ALWAYS TRUST THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS for any occasion. Never been disappointed.

Last but not least (!!) they ALWAYS DELIVER ON TIME, unlike other florists I've used in the area...won't make that mistake again, shame on me :)

Loved the flowers for my mothers funeral...they were late getting delivered but funeral home contacted them and they quickly finished them and brought over...i was ok with the mistake because everyone makes them and they quickly resolved it..lovely people working with us.

I decided that I wanted to get flowers for my girlfriend for her birthday and opted to skip the FTD online experience, which is my usual go to, in the name of convenience of a local florist and the associated cost savings.

I have lived in Cherry Hill for many years and decided to go to this shop impulsively knowing that other people had had positive experiences here, and I can say that I did too.

I walked in and was the only customer, the florist greeted me and asked what occasion I was shopping for. With her help I was able to assemble a very large bouquet of my choosing (about twice as large as the one I would have purchased from FTD online) for about the same price as FTD, $70.00. I was in and out within 10 minutes

Going here for any and all flower needs from now on.

I am a frequent visitor of this store's cafe, best coffee and crepes in the area, very friendly and prompt service, always nice music. Their slogan "Little taste of Europe in Cherry Hill" is completely true. I am proud to call the owners, Val and Olga Bakhrakh, my fellow Russian immigrants, good friends and always site them as an example of American success. Their flower arrangements are very exquisite and were the talk of the town during last year's Voorhees International Day.

This is a wonderful local flower shop, with a great cafe inside! I use Jacqueline's Flowers for any occasion. My mom and grandmothers loved their flowers this past Mother's Day. Their flowers are always of high quality and they last!

Asked for a PASTEL colored floral bouquet for my daughters graduation on Sunday. They gave a RAINBOW colored bouquet w dark purple, deep red, orange flowers. And instead of it being a presentation bouquet, it was just flowers bundled together for a vase. My daughter refused to hold it. It was beyond disappointing. They said they ran out of flowers and were v busy coz of mother s day. Yes I understand but you run a business and if you can t deliver, you should refund or at least give me credit for future use. After going back and forth, Christian (owner?) offered to fix it today. I have the pastel flowers now but graduation is so over. Very poor customer service.

My wife purchased flowers from 1-800 Flowers for her Mother, for Mothers Day....and they were never sent! On the phone numerous times with no success! Pathetic customer service...then she choose Jacquelines Flowers and received excellent customer service, and the flower arrangement was spectacular....to say the least!

I just received an absolutely gorgeous bouquet, so pretty that I could not decide which angle to take the picture from so I did all of them. The roses don't look real! Originally, I posted a bad review about flowers I received last month that were wilted and the person I spoke to about it was rude. Yesterday, I received a call from Christian, of Jaqueline's and he let me know that they are new owners of this shop as of October 1, 2017. The wilted bouquet was sent in September. He offered to, even though it was not them that sent the wilted bouquet, to make up for it and send me something else. He also apologized for the problem and it wasn't even his business at the time. I said it was not necessary to send something because it wasn't them that did it and low and behold, I receive this master piece! We lost someone last month and I was sitting at home with a sick pup today feeling pretty poorly. This total act of kindness made my whole day/month, better. So, the moral of this story is, if you didn't like something Jaqueline's did in the past, please give these new owners a try! Love them! I bought flowers from Jacqueline's Flowers for the first time last year, while my girlfriend was sick. They made a beautiful, fresh rose bouquet for her and a smaller bouquet for her mother, who was taking care of her. They both loved the flowers, which lasted for much longer than I had expected. Since that day I have made Jacqueline's Flowers my Go-To for flowers. The employees are always friendly and make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. Make sure to try one of the crepes in their adjoined cafe, while you wait. They are delicious! Although, my personal favorite is the lox bagel - if you are a fan of lox, it's a must have. The owner prepares the lox himself. Its always so fresh!

They fixed our request very quickly and they even send extra toquen. Thank you very much. I will high recommended.

My mother loved her arrangement for Mother's Day this year.

Excellent online service! I ordered, but before I did, I called to ask questions. She was VERY helpful on the phone and then when the flowers came in (which we never saw), our friend, who had just lost a loved one, raved and raved about these flowers. We spent just about $100 and it was apparently the best bouquet at the service, but also nice enough to be the centerpiece later at the reception. Can't say enough good!

I used Jacqueline s Flowers for my wedding. Christian is amazing. He knows his stuff, is very detailed, and organized. When I asked him for his feedback and expertise, he gave it to me honestly. He didn t just tell me what I wanted to hear. I felt like he truly wanted everything to be perfect for me. I found a huge beautiful, detailed bouquet on Pinterest and he nailed it! Not only my bouquet, but everything was fabulous! I was supported to look at everything the day before the wedding and with everything going on I forgot. I was so nervous. When I saw everything for the first time at the venue, I was blown away! I got so many compliments! Thank you!!!

We used Jacqueline's Flowers for our wedding and loved the flowers! Our floral arrangements were exactly what we were hoping for and helped to make our wedding more beautiful. Jacqueline's was flexible and willing to work within our budget. Not only did they deliver and set up the flowers but they made an extra trip to our venue to make sure we had the bouquets/boutonnieres in time for our pictures beforehand. We would highly recommend Jacqueline's and would definitely use them again.

My husband and I used Jacqueline s Florist for our wedding flowers in May 2013, and we couldn t have been happier. I don t know much about flowers, but when we met with Olga she took the time to get to know us and what we wanted our wedding to look and feel like. She was able to recommend some wonderful options, and besides looking through books, she brought flowers out to us so we could see the different shades and varieties and know exactly what we were getting. She worked within our budget, giving us the most for our money while not sacrificing quality. Besides the bridal flowers, we wanted to have a remembrance table, and she picked out the most beautiful long stemmed white roses to use to remember our loved ones. It was also important to me to incorporate lace from my mother s wedding dress into the bridal bouquet, which Olga easily did. The day of our wedding, the delivery was right on time, and the flowers were more beautiful than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Jacqueline s Florist if you are looking for wedding flowers, or for any flower arrangements, for that matter. They are pleasant to work with, deliver what they promise, and are an amazing quality for the price.

Totally recommend Jacqueline's. I've been their customer for the past couple months. Everytime I get flowers from them, the arrangement is always nicely designed and flowers stay alive "forever". Recently, they did flowers for my grandmother's funeral 3 weeks ago. Every piece they made was beautiful and looked how me and my family expected. We got many compliments about the flowers that day.
Today I decided to walk in and order a centerpiece for Christmas Dinner. The stuff was as always kind and helpful.

Jacqueline's Flowers is also connected to super cute coffee shop called Cafe Flora. Their crepes and waffles are out of this world.

Wonderful customer service and beautiful floral arrangement

Olga is Amazing! Sweet, kind, caring and patient. I was very happy with my flowers on our wedding day.

On two separate occasions, I visited Jacqueline's Flowers & Gifts. My first visit was about a year ago, there was an older woman at the front desk. She did not acknowledge my presence until I actually said something to her. When she looked up, she got off the seat, went to the back and a tall gentleman came out to help me.

I explained that I was looking to get a large peony and rose floral arrangement delivered on a monthly basis. He explained the difficulty in obtaining peonies during the off season and went over my budget. I had done my research prior to coming to the florist shop so I was not put off in the least with the prices I was quoted. The price was not the issue. What is the issue is the tone and how repeatedly would remark it will be really hard to get them or it will cost you about XYZ. Is this what you wanted to spend? I didn't get the feeling that a) he thought I was a serious customer or b) I could afford it or both a and b.

The second time I was at Jacqueline's was on Sunday 7/7. My husband and I grabbed something to eat at the eatery located in the front of the house. While waiting for our food (which was phenomenal and the servers were pretty AMAZING. I noticed that the sign to the florist shop showed "Opened." I thought, maybe I'll have a different, more positive experience. I try not to let one bad experience stop me from not giving a store a second chance. I checked the door to see if they were opened and I was in luck -- the sign said "Opened". I stopped in and inquired if I could get a peonies arrangement this time. There was a different man working at the front desk. He was doing paperwork and didn't acknowledge me (I was standing there just looking at him and yep, it was pretty awkward). He looked up and by his expression and the tone in which he said "How can I help you?" I realized something was wrong. My perception (and I will make the caveat that I'm a pretty educated, common sense person and I don't make assumptions that just because I perceive something to do one way that I'm right. I realize I can be wrong). I thought by his tone that I was disturbing him but then I realized I bet they're closed and he must've forgotten to turn the sign from "Open" to "Closed". I asked the gentleman with the beard if this was the case, and I said, "Excuse me, I didn't realize you were closed. I can leave." And although the gentleman did not ask me to leave, he did answer my questions but it just appeared to me by his curt and short responses that I would probably seek floral arrangements somewhere else.

This was my second and last attempt to go into this floral shop. It's too bad. The flowers and the arrangements they make are stunning and I would have liked to do business with them as I am looking for a regular monthly floral arrangement for a new home my husband and I purchased and will be moving into soon.

Please try to train your staff on customer service, to smile and acknowledge everyone who comes through your door no matter if you know them or not (you see, one my first visit, several "regulars" came through the door and I noticed the distinct difference in how you treated them vs. me). I didn't mention that in the beginning of this review but remembered it later on.

And if a customer comes to the door and you're about to close or already closed - we know you're tired but that last sale could've made the difference in the # of sales.

Ultimately, I decided to go to another floral shop. I left disappointed because I saw the type of floral arrangements that you have created for other customers and I wanted one of your creations in my home.

I love, love, love the eatery and want to thank the kind young man and woman who worked there on Sunday, 7/7 around 3 pm. Because of the nice service my husband and I received from your staff, I gave you 2 stars. The food was great, they were kind and gave us great service.

This is the second time in about 2 years I have used Jacqueline's Flowers to send a bouquet to a friend who is recuperating from surgery. Since I live on Long Island, NY and the flowers are being sent to Cherry Hill, NJ I am particularly concerned that the flower arrangement is amazing. For the second time I received a phone call about the beautiful arrangement. 2 years ago they sent me a picture and I was overwhelmed with the care they took to arrange a gorgeous bouquet. Yesterday my friend called me and said this arrangement is so lovely it belongs in a wedding. The woman I spoke to on the phone when I placed the order couldn't have been nicer. I totally recommend them.

Indu Singh, I told you I would have loved to help you if you would have told me about the problem before her graduation. There really wasn't much I could do after the event. Sometimes, it isn't poor customer service... as a small business owner, we can't possibly make everyone happy, when faced with impossible situations. I can not turn back time. As, you can see from all the previous posts... poor customer service is not something that we provide. You had plenty of time to ask us to fix the problem before the graduation. Asking us to give you money back after you used a bouquet for an occasion is in poor taste and we are raising our family with this business, we can not just return money to people every time a request is made. You said the bouquet was the wrong color and it broke your heart and the colors disgusted your daughter to the point that she wouldn't carry the bouquet. Those are by far the most extreme feelings towards such a beautiful natural product like flowers, that I have ever heard in my life. And the saddest part of this is... it all could have been easily fixed if you would have just asked us to fix the problem when you picked up the flowers. It was the busiest day of the year and mistakes are made by humans in far more serious situations everyday. I appreciate you trying to ruin our reputation with your post. Take care.

I live out of state so knowing that I can order flowers for my mom, sister and nieces and that they'll be amazing is a huge relief. I went through many other florist before I found Jacqueline's Flowers and I love their work, promptness in delivering and professionalism. I never have to worry about getting my money's worth or my family not getting their flowers on time! Great customer service, Beautiful arrangements and Genuine Kindness!! Jacqueline's is located in the back of Cafe Flora, and they're both very well run businesses. The flower shop employees and owners are very personable and care very much that you have a good experience in both of their establishments. The flower shop's prices are a bit expensive, but you really get what you pay for. Beautiful, quality product is obviously a big importance to the flower shop's management and it really shows when you receive your order. You won't be disappointed with this establishment. Also, the white chocolate mocha in the cafe is one of the effing best you'll find.

What a great local flowershop. There is a cafe attached to it which is fantastic and has really yummy food. The staff is friendly and environment is nice.

Cafe Flora: the best European cuisine in NJ. I love it for a wide choice, pleasant service and so tasty food. I often see the owners there, very nice and lovely couple.
Each time I am in New Jersey I go there for a breakfast every morning.
Especially I adore their croissants with salmon and coffee latte umm

The folks at Jacqueline's are really great! I ordered online and accidentally selected the wrong delivery date. When I called they fixed the delivery date immediately and I even got a new order confirmation with the changes. Their delivery was super fast and early in the morning which was great because I was so anxious for my SIL to get her flowers and we didn't have to wait all day :)

From initial meeting to delivering my flowers on my wedding day, Christian was absolutely amazing. He listened to everything I had in mind and took detailed notes so he didn't miss a beat. He asked that I visit the shop some time before the wedding to take a look at my bridal bouquet, (which was great we got to review beforehand!) It wasn't exactly what I had in mind, but we talked and he did everything he could in a short amount of time to make sure I got the bouquet of my dreams for my wedding. He was SO accommodating and attentive and really did everything he could to make sure my vision came to life. The design of the bouquet ended up to be 110% perfect... They really went over and beyond what I could have imagined, and it really made me feel beautiful as I married my best friend. I'm not from the Cherry Hill area, but I would (hands-down) drive the hour to buy from them again. One happy bride here!

Just like the picture on their website! Only better because to brightened my aunt s day on her 85th birthday. The flowers were so pretty and it came with a reusable pumpkin container which was a bonus! The service was reliable, on-time and respectfully delivered to an assisted living facility during covid. Beyond Beautiful! Jacqueline's Flowers never ceases to amaze me. My dad always orders me flowers for my birthday from this flower shop and they are so amazingly beautiful I post them up on facebook right away! It is so nice because if you are a guy (hint hint!) you can go in and make a custom bouquet for your special someone. My boyfriend does that for me sometimes and it is so thoughtful. The florists are always so helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
