A great, warm place for breakfast. I had the Colorado Scramble with Cheesy Grits and it was tasty, but somewhat bland. It would be delicious with some avocado or guacamole and salsa. I'll be back, though.

We ordered the Yakima Valley Polenta, the French Dip Sandwich and yam fries. Everything was incredible! We cleaned our plates. Food was delivered quickly, and wait staff was attentive. This is a great place for healthy, locally sourced, vegetrain/vegan/gluten options! So glad to have been here so I know another great place to come for dinner!!

Best dishes? Portabella Wellingtons and the Southern Breakfast Platter definitely come to mind. Service isn't the fastest, so prepare to make an event out of it, but if you can eat in the atrium, the ambiance alone will make you swoon! Also, pick up a copy of their cookbook. It makes you appreciate how much work they put into every dish!

This is hands-down my favorite brunch experience in Seattle. Everything I've had there is delicious and friendly to vegetarian or vegan diets. We go twice a year for birtndays, for the last decade. I recommend the pancakes, the biscuits and gravy, or the huevos rancheros. They do change their menu seasonally. They probably have good lunch and dinner too, but I'm obsessed with the brunch.

Went back to Cafe Flora for some delicious Brussels Sprouts. They do a great job with social distancing in the restaurant. However, after sitting down for an hour, I was asked to leave because there were other people waiting for a table. After buying a full meal, coffee AND tipping 20% to the servers, I was asked to leave a restaurant because I was lingering. Unacceptable. Most people are not dining out often during Covid. So to be asked to leave a restaurant during your one weekly outing is not a great feeling. I may return for the Brussels Sprouts, but I will get these to go, so I don't have to deal with the terrible customer service.

Good drinks, great atmosphere. The food is a tad underflavored. The egg scramble is overcooked and bland. The potatoes are mushy and way over salted. Not bad for happy hour, but brunch not worth it.

Very busy and there was a wait but I see why! Great place to have brunch. The breakfast enchilada might be one of the best things I've had in Seattle! Whatever sauce they used was delicious. The kids pancakes were also great. My son loved them. 10/10!

So conflicted... went here tonight to celebrate my birthday and support a local business. Just me and my husband. Online the patio looked pretty enclosed so we asked to see it before we ordered and paid. FYI- They make you order and tip at the front cashier before you are seated on the patio. We figured we would either eat there or take it to go, depending on how safe the patio seemed. The hostess took great offense at this and was extremely rude, refusing to meet our eyes for the remainder of the interaction. I was pretty surprised because I ve always had great service there and hey, we re in a pandemic. Is it really strange to want to know about how close people are seated, and if, in fact, the patio is just as enclosed as being indoors? Just don t know what to think.

Food was excellent! However We felt very unwelcomed by the waitstaff the minute we walked in the door. Bartender was very rude and unfriendly. It felt like the staff did not want to be there. Thank goodness the food was excellent but unfortunately we will not be back or recommend this place to friends.

Great vibe, very attentive staff, and super tasty food! We arrived around 10:30 on a Sunday morning and the place was quite crowded - we were told to expect a 20 minute wait, but luckily we were able to snag two seats at the bar instead. We ordered the pear and date muffins as a starter- while not exceptional, they were still super tasty and I would consider ordering them again. Then I got the green eggs and yam made vegan for my main and oh my gosh it was so good. My non-veg friend even commented on how much she liked it. She ordered the avocado toast with eggs and was also super happy with her meal (having tried the avocado toast myself, I can also vouch for this). Throughout brunch, we kept peeking at what our neighbors were eating and let's just say...we will have to come back The atmosphere of Cafe Flora made for a great meal too. The place is surprisingly large, but it felt a bit smaller and more intimate based on how it was arranged. Plus everybody was friendly and - last but not least - frequent coffee refills were clutch. I would definitely come back for brunch again and would like to stop in to try dinner at Cafe Flora too.

As a vegetarian, I love seeing ANY restaurant have options that are available to me. So, naturally, I absolutely LOVE that Cafe Flora has not only vegetarian but vegan choices as well! Not to mention, the food itself is so delicious that non vegetarians won't even notice the minus of meat in their meals because they are so distracted by the other amazing flavors happening in their mouths!

I can see why this has great reviews. The list on Sunday morning was very long. We loved the corn bread, but the breakfast platter and heuvos were just okay. There wasn't any flavor and we thought we should have ordered somehing more fancy. The restaurant is pretty big spacious and service was excellent. I wish we had liked the food better because it was a pretty chill place.

The food was great. Limited selection of vegetarian and vegan items for brunch. Wait times on weekends could be ridiculously long. We waited for 1.5 hours to get a table. Parking is hard to find around the restaurant. It s only street parking. No accessible entrance.

Loved this place. Went here with the family. Everyones meal was amazing. The atmosphere of the restaurant was unique and interesting. It was very busy when we went but the wait wasn't unrealistic. Parking can be tough. Drop your party off at the door while you look for street parking.

By far the best vegetarian restaurant I've been too. I have a few non-veg friends who I've taken here who have since fallen in love. Its just great food. They also have a lot of great, clearly marked, vegan options. And the servers normally even ask if you want to make your meal vegan (if that is an option for the particular dish).

Great food, great drinks, friendly service, INCREDIBLY slow service. Didn't get our dinner order to the kitchen until ~45 minutes after we placed it. Gave us some free bread and butter and were super friendly about it, but still not a great experience. Slow to box extra food, delayed in bringing the check. Want to love the place and leave five stars, but can't quite based on the most recent experience.

The menu is getting a little long in the tooth, but the quality is good. Don't forget there is a small parking lot just a few buildings down from the restaurant that has a few extra spots reserved for the restaurant.

I'm a devout carnivore, but I went to this vegetarian/vegan restaurant with a vegetarian. There is a small free parking lot, other than that, there is street parking. The interior is very well decorated and upscale. They have a good wine list and some great sounding cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails. They offer a great selection of appetizers, all sounded great. The pickled beets and avocado toast with pistachios was very good. The entree menu is very small and doesn't change over time. I had the Spaetzle with smoked mozzarella. It was very, very good. There is also some great dessert options. The chocolate tower was rich and decadent.
The service was good. Server was knowledgeable and menu suggestions were good.
Prices are a little high. Overall a very tasty meal, good service, very good experience.

This is a great restaurant and it is also vegetarian. Everything on the menu is great, the service is wonderful, and there is a nice-sized drink menu that includes craft cocktails and some great alcohol-free options. The real highlight for me is the greenhouse-like interior decor making this a truly unique space to enjoy a meal.

This is yet another place that I love, love and I'm guilty of not patronizing often enough! We love Cafe Flora and last night was no exception. Humus starters, polenta and squash blossom pizza, kids cheese pizza and pasta, a delish golden milk, rosemary lemonade, apple cider, rose drink, topped off by icecream sundaes and chocolate tower should push anyone into their happy place! The service was amazing (as always) and so was the food. I love the little kids nook that keeps little hands busy until the food shows up (every restaurant should have one of these lifesavers!!) I cant wait to come back!

The hummus platter was really good. I also had a vegan pizza which was super yummy. My server was really attentive and nice. The host, however, was not. I came in and they were sweeping. They looked at me, and finished sweeping before greeting me. I get it, we all have our bad days, but don't throw attitude at customers. It's not a good look. You don't know what my day was like, and all I was hoping for was someone to be friendly to me. Expectations are a killer I guess...
Other than that, the inside looks like an atrium, and is very open and inviting. I'll be back for more pizza.

Had a wonderful birthday brunch here, which was delicious and more substantial than I remember. The only problem was the very long wait. They may want to review their policy for folks on the wait list by using texts or pager/buzzers. Gets very cramped in there waiting.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years. I discovered it while I was attending Seattle University. I started there in 1992, so I imagine that s probably around the time that I stumbled upon this phenomenal restaurant.

I don t live all that close by, so I ve probably only been a half a dozen times over the years, but after brunch today, I realized just how delightful this place is. Fantastic food and splendid service.

Good food but waaay overpriced, we felt rushed by our waitress to order our food in 5 minutes like she had better things to do than to take our order. $14 for a simple salad, $17 for small tacos, took almost an hour for the food to come out and 20 mins to find a waitress for more water. The waitress seemed annoyed with the fact we even asked for a water fill. I will not be returning.

I ve never been pre-charged for dine in before. Is this normal for this particular establishment? I don t like prepaying before actually dining because you include the tip, which the lowest preset amount is 18% as opposed to 15%. You could select other , but you always hope for good service, but I digress.

I was not checked up on or asked how my meal was. I would have liked to order dessert, but no one asked or followed up. I also would have liked a to good container. A yellow flag should have been when my server brought me two empty glasses and not water. We all have spacey moments or bad days, but if that s the case could you tell your partner, so that s/he could cover your lapses? Also, would this even be an issue if you didn t have to prepay? What incentive is there for someone to do well if you have to prepay for the tip? After waiting for a while I just decided to flag down someone.

The food was okay. I like ketchup for my fries and when I requested it, I was given cold ketchup, which I understand. It was in one of those plastic 2 or 4 ounce condiment containers. Things like this and not being checked on is not 18% tip worthy service, in my humble opinion, but they already took the money.

I had the French dip - 4 stars. All the above mentioned just overshadowed the food though.

One of the cutest, sunniest, and most breezy brunch/dinner places in the Seattle area. The restaurant vibe is impeccable, the waitstaff is both one of the friendliest and queerest of any place I've been in the city.

The food is all vegetarian but as a meat-eater I've never felt I was missing anything. Breakfast is especially wonderful here, sometimes I feel the dinner options are a little lacking in variety or attractiveness. Lots of drink options.

Protips: Try to park in the little parking lot next to it if possible. Also, expect a wait during peak brunch times.
