We had a fantastic stay at Paradise Stream Resort. Upon arriving, our room was upgraded to one of their nicest sweets free of charge. The staff is very welcoming and genuinely trying to ensure an enjoyable stay.

When I was checking out I accidentally left my Yeti bottle in the lobby, which I hadn't noticed until we were half way home. I called the front desk and the man who answered was extremely nice, saying they had found the bottle and would ship it to me free of charge. Only a few days later the bottle arrived at my house safely packaged.

Would highly recommend staying here when in Mt. Pocono!
