This place is world class!! I bought a Volvo from these guys and it was the best experience I ve ever had buying....I dread this grueling process as I currently own a 18 vehicles (for my business). It would be wrong of me not to share this
Brought my car in to have the Cadillac cue replaced and had to come back due to part being on backorder and I really didn t mind. Got a call from the dealership stating the part was in so I returned to have the part installed. The service advisor who handled my vehicle no longer works at Cadillac of Norwood so that started a little bit of confusion, I was patient and the new service advisor Derek took over the repair order. I waited for almost 3 hours but was told it was gonna only be about an hour and that I should hang around and wait for it. I walked in at the 2 hour 50 minute mark to see if the car would be ready soon and Derek tells me it s not ready yet I lp come grab you when it s done. A half hour later Derek comes out and says just wanted to give you a quick update (over 3 hours later) we got our top guy working on it and the reason he s taking longer is because when I brought the car in I also asked him about a clip on the drivers door seal that was broken off and they were replacing that as well. I appreciated the update and sat back down, 20 minutes later Derek comes out and says car is all done. I walk up to my car and open the door and I see the door seal hanging down, the door clip was not replaced they just glued the seal and my windshield has greasy hand prints all over it so I was confused and went back inside to speak to Derek. The service advisor came out and called the tech back that worked on the car and the tech stated he pulled the a pillars off because he thought he had to take the whole dash out to replace the screen but then realaised it was actually easier than that. I told them I wanted a new clip and not glue on the seal they said we were gonna tell you that we glued it because we have to order the clip so I said you should have told me right away and not wait for me to come back and ask you about it. I was already pissed then I get in the car and the A pillars are not popped in all the way, sticking out on both sides and I found a lose bolt on the floor mat of drawers my car so now I m really upset and I asked to speak to the service manager. Patrick the service manager came out grabbed the car and had the shop foreman take a look and say no everything is in place the shop foreman checked it the tech lost the screw and went to parts to grab another one so that s just extra. I m like are you kidding me?! This is a speacialty bolt and has to be ordered I know because I m an engineer! I pretended to believe him and just couldn t be there anymore but the A pillars were still popped off. He says do you want to come back another time or do you want to wait I ll have my shop foreman take the car again and take everything off and put it back together inspecting the other techs work? I said I m already 2 hours late for work I ll just wait. I waited another 30 minutes and they brought me my car I asked for the extra bolt that was on the floor mat and got in my car and left. I have to wait for Patrick to call me when the clip for the door comes in he said they ordered it. This was not a great first time experience at this dealership, the service advisor just kept saying this is not my RO this is not my RO and was brushing it off. Derek made me wait because this vehicle was not under his name and he wanted to get his customers cars done before mine and that s not fair because I made an appointment to come in. I really don t care who s RO this is! Very poor customer service and sloppy workmanship from the techs.
I take my vehicle there because my local GMC dealer is absolutely overwhelmed and it shows.... Cadillac has been very very good to me!!!! So far over the past year since I switched, I am very pleased!!!;)
I just purchased a 2020 Cadillac Escalade as a surprise for my wife. From my initial meeting with my sales associate (Carla) things were awesome! Carla was very pleasant, helpful, and most important to me - HONEST and TRANSPARENT!
Once she got the details for what I was looking for, she moved me to Alex (the Sales Manager) and he simply said what do I have to do to earn your business! .... he 100% delivered on anything and everything that was important to my wife! He simply made it so hard I had to say YES !!
Steve (The Finance Manager)... was a true professional. Transparent. Helpful. Made me feel at ease. Was patient with my questions. And got me the best rate! He also was easy to get in contact.
And finally, they accommodated my request for this to be a surprise.. they pulled the Escalade on the showroom, placed a bow on it, and truly made my family feel special! Needless to say, my wife loved it and was in tears!
There was some issues with delivery and registration due to my thinking about purchase and them rushing to complete deal for weekend delivery but again Alex promised he would take care of it.. and HE DID! Even when I returned, Tony (the Service Manager) and all his staff have been perfect & understanding! Truly great!!!
I will DEFINITELY be back to Cadillac of Norwood! They have made me a believer and earned a lifelong client!
I bought my 2013 Cadillac Escalade platinum from this place last month I loved it until I drove home I noticed that my dvd headrest unit driver side doesn t work, brake pedal squeeks, drivers door creeks when open and closes, passenger tail light came off when I opened the trunk, no remote or headphones provided when purchased, brought it into service 2 weeks later they could only fix three out of five they threw in a used remote that wasn t working open it to try to replace the battery which was leaking battery acid and they said they had to wait for a trade in to replace the dvd unit and the brake pedal still squeeks, it s driving me nuts, Basically what they re telling me is that the car is out of warranty and I m screwed
My first impression upon arriving at the service center was professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Derek, service advisor, was very polite, succinct & professional. He made my visit very enjoyable - oriented me to the dealership's amenities. He provided a very welcoming environment. Upon completion of my service, he reviewed the work ordered & had my vehicle waiting for me - washed & vacuumed. I was very impressed with the quality of work performed & attention to detail.
Not a good experience for me. I originally brought my 2010 SRX in for an oil change and to address the recall notices I had been receiving. I left the car there all day and when I went to pick up the car the oil change was done but the service manager told me that they didn't have the parts for the recall items that needed to be corrected. I found this odd since I scheduled the appointment for this exact reason. I then waited a few weeks and called and left a message for an appointment to address the recalls again plus now I was noticing corrosion on the vehicle which was under warranty. The call was never returned. I called again this past week to get the recalls straightened out along with the corrosion issues and window problems. Now they tell me the warranty expired last month for the corrosion and that they want 463.00 to replace a regulator for one of the windows. Although I explained in detail that I had been calling to get the corrosion issues addressed they offered no explanation for not returning the call before the warranty expired and simply said that I wasn't covered. It seemed as though they were happy to "beat" me to the expiration deadline. Needless to say I will never go back to Cadillac of Norwood again.
Give yourself anywhere from 2 or more hours before you go. Everything is ok here but the time it takes away from your day is not. Clear up your schedule before you go.
I love my car but was disappointed that i had to return a week after purchase for two major System updates(gas throttle issue, bucking kinda dangerous) and supposedly my car was given an oil change but the tech forgot to update the system. One would think they would have updated the system before selling the vehicle.
This place is awesome .. as a woman I hate buying a new car as you are not taken seriously but not here walked into explained why I wanted and needed Eddie my sales guy was so efficient and George my finance guy well he was just a help .. they went above and beyond and I even left later that day with the car with no games just exceptional services .. thx u I will be back when it s time to trade it in
A few years ago, I went to the Cadillac Dealership in Norwood to get my CTS coupe serviced. I was sold a Tire and Wheel Protection Contract (TWE00930771) for $1,000. This was supposed to cover my wheels and tires for 5 years. Allstate Insurance managed this contract.
Fast forward and 3 years into the contract, I had some issues with two tires and I went in for servicing. Allstate later claimed that my coupe is not covered under warranty because my wheels were not OEM. They continued saying that OEM wheels are 19 for my year, make, and model and mine were 20 . I confirmed that these wheels were the wheels that were on my car when Cadillac sold me this contract.
Allstate concluded that Cadillac needed to refund me $1000 for the mistake. I spoke with Steven from Cadillac about getting the refund. He confirmed I would be getting this in 6-8 weeks. I received nothing. I called and left voice messages. No return call.
Excellent costumer services from sales to the service department. I brought in my mother's car to have it service. The service manager was great and helpful. The loaner manager was friendly and their cars cleaned and sanitized. He had me in a loaner car without much of await. Sales Manager was extremely helpful too, we ended up traded in her old car and bought a new one. Due to COVID-19 I was worried about how the process would go buying the new car but it was delivered to the house hassle free. Overall great experience thanks to George, Alex and Tony.

He actually took the time to show me a vehicle and then once I knew what I wanted, he turned me over to Maryanne who completed my deal. I picked up my new car today and I could not be happier--in every aspect from start to finish of the sale! I had a great salesman--Eddie, he listened to my wants and delivered on it. My car (the XT6) is everything I wanted and more! Eddie took the time to show me all the features---and continuously reminded me that if I needed anything to not hesitate to call. I also had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Mike--who was so kind to check in upon my arrival and was so appreciative of my business. The overall process was seamless and I drove away a happy customer.
It was a fine experience purchasing a new CT6 from Cadillac of Norwood. No hard sell of existing inventory or loading up a vehicle with extras. Our Sales associate, Ed McMullin, was very professional. He listened and discussed with us what we wanted in a new CT6 and explained about the options that we requested. In addition, he made us aware of the multiple owner benefits that are included with purchasing a new Cadillac. We placed an order for a new CT6 and Ed kept us informed as it went through the assembly/delivery procedure. When our vehicle arrived, it was everything we wanted and more. The paperwork associated with the sale and transferring of registration went very smoothly and I was on my way in less than 2 hours. However, I had one concern and that was the very steep Documentation Preparation fee.
Great experience, all around. The service department has always been transparent and explains all of my options before going forward with any work that needs to be done. During my most recent visit I decided to forego the needed service and ended up buying a newer car, instead. They showed me more than I expected on my trade and gave me a great price on my newer vehicle. I will always recommend Cadillac of Norwood to my friends and family.
I recently purchased a 2008 CTS from Cadillac Norwood and came away very impressed! Ed McMullin in sales and the 2 Al's in MGMT & Finance did a great job getting me in what I wanted and more importantly what I could afford. This is a great establishment that will be receiving much more business from me. The service department is excellent and we couldn't be more happy with our purchase! We had a wonderful experience so far. We are traveling and had a transmission issue. Norwood was able to get our car in for service evaluation right away. We will take it in tomorrow for repair. They even washed it for us. Awesome customer service.

Nice service department and great customer service. However, when I got my car back there was grease smudged on the inside of the windshield from the mechanic. It was right in the line of sight for the driver - very sloppy to say the least. Nice people though, if I need specialized Cadillac work again I ll take my car here as it s the best Caddy dealership I ve been to so far in the greater Boston area.
My service advisor Stephen was very fantastic, keeping in constant contact regarding my vehicle repair status. The rental manager George is top notch. Its amazing to have a loaner that is the same quality and caliber as your car. Bringing your car in for service in general isn't usually fun, but the team at Cadillac makes it an easy and pleasant experience.
Stopped by to check out a used car last week. Al was completely accommodating and very informative considering all the limitations due to covid. Great service!
If you have a $100 off coupon, don't tell them about it until you are going to pay. Not sure of their intentions but when my wife went to pay and presented the coupon, the cashier was upset that the coupon was not presented before the work. Also my wife did not want to go back here because the person that was helping her originally made her very upset and she is a reasonable person. I was told he was abrasive. This occurred about a year ago.
Alex Gomes and Michael X gave me a great deal on a car, beating every other competitor on the auto mile. Great selection of cars in the lot, and very friendly service. Will buy again from them.

I wanted to drop you a line to say what a valuable asset you have in Derek Ellenberger as a service advisor. He helped me file a claim with Allstate on a policy that I purchased with my XTS back in 2014 and went well beyond what I would have expected in negotiating with Allstate and making sure that I left satisfied and safe with my new wheel and tire mounted anticipating the inclement weather.
Drove 75 miles to have 1/2 the job done because they didn't have a part AND they called me the day before to confirm appointment. Poor communication, lack of follow up and absence of service recovery from Pete Fitzpatrick.
Recently took my car in for an oil change and inspection sticker. Service was great. The waiting room is very comfortable and the coffee and bagels are a nice touch. Both the dealer that sold me my car, and the dealer that sold my Mom her car came over to say Hi to me. They both asked how my mom was doing and told me to give her their best. It is great that the dealers remember you. Getting to see both Al and Alex is starting to feel like seeing an old family friend. Al (who sold my Mom her car) remembered that my Mom had told him that I was getting married, and he even asked how my wedding plans were going. Everyone is so personable, nice, and they all really do take the time out to make you feel special. As for service on the car... everything was fantastic. I was told to estimate about an hour and a half for the oil change, tire rotation, and inspection sticker......and the car was done early! I really liked that when I made the appointment I was given a time estimate, because it allowed me to be prepared, and I brought my laptop with me to do some work. Overall the whole dealership is great to work with. I bought my car there 2 years ago, and loved it and bragged about it so much that just a year later my Mom went and purchased the exact same car. I actually just had someone tell me he was in the market for a luxury SUV, and that he had been test driving some German engineered cars, to which I replied, "Have you test driven a Cadillac!?!? If you haven't, before you buy a car, go to Norwood! Try the SRX- You'll love it!"

Best car buying experience I have ever had! The people at Cadillac of Norwood are wonderful and so knowledgeable about their product! I had been shopping in Connecticut for a car and then a friend referred us to this dealership. I could not have been more pleased! The two dealerships in Ct that we went to knew very little about the car, one salesperson even went as far as telling us the vehicle we test drove was a 2018, but it was actually a 2017! That makes a big difference in price! The customer service at Cadillac of Norwood is the best I have experienced. Alex Gomes took excellent care of us and kept us informed regarding when our car would be ready and what to expect at DMV when I had to register the car. All of the paperwork they sent was meticulous and made the registration process so easy. The sales manager, Steven, is also wonderful! He answered all of our questions and was available whenever we called. Everyone we worked with from the minute we walked through the door was a pleasure! I highly recommend!

I had a GREAT experience with Cadillac of Norwood. From the moment I walked in to buy my 2016 Escalade they took great care of me; all the way through the process. NO pressure at all from any of their employees. It was nice to feel relaxed and truly enjoy the car buying process. I had been to 2 other dealerships prior and I can honestly say I had the best experience by far at Cadillac of Norwood. They were the furthest from my home but it was worth the trip down there. They gave me great fair market value for my trade in and didn t try to play any games. I worked with Maryanne & Mike and truly appreciated their service and laid back approach to selling me my vehicle. They did everything they could to make sure I was truly satisfied. I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know looking for a Cadillac.
I bought an Escalade a couple of years ago from Norwood and had an excellent experience. Today I went back for service, oil change and tire rotation, and once again experienced excellent service, which I expect from Cadillac. From the moment I drove into the service bay right up to the time they came to tell me my car was ready to go, I had great service. Kerri, the woman who sets up the appointments for service, is great, so pleasant and accommodating. George helped me out with a couple of things I forgot the vehicle could do, lol, and he was just great, so patient, kind and helpful. I wanted to do some shopping in the area and he not only gave me some great places to go to, but he took the time to put the information into the Navigation for me. Excellent customer service. Side note, we're still in Covid-19 mode here and the building was perfectly clean and sanitized, from the bathrooms to the waiting areas. Thanks for keeping everyone safe!
Cadillac Of Norwood changed my opinion of car dealerships! My salesman George Belovitch was extremely professional and willing to help with my concerns about making a purchase, he was extremely friendly and I loved that he appreciated me as a customer which was a great feeling, rather than just another sale! The Sales manger Steve Sousa had to be one of the nicest managers that i have ever met and he was definitely willing to work with me on the numbers for my trade which i really appreciated! He was very friendly and showed me around there dealership! The Business Manager, Courtney , made sure i got a great rate and helped explain the warranty on my Escalade which was confidence inspiring. She was very non aggressive about adding protection packages for my new truck! Lastly I was able to meet the General Manager, Mike X who showed me around the dealership which was cool considering I have never seen the back rooms of dealerships. All in all the store they have is extremely clean and tidy, and all of the staff members i dealt with made me feel comfortable about my purchase! I will definitely do business with them again, and in the meantime i will enjoy my new Escalade Thanks the Cadillac Of Norwood!
