I want to thank you all once again for helping to put me into a wonderful vehicle. As Al and Mike both know, I haven't had the best of luck with my cadillac experience but I certainly never held the dealership responsible. Infact, the reason I am still a Cadillac buyer is BEACUSE of the great service and people at Cadillac of Norwood. From Paul in service, one of the best as far as I am concerned, to you, Al and Mike and now Steven Lander, this recent experience has been one of the best all around car buying situations I have ever had.
Mike, I have to compliment you on Steven. He was great. He walked through everything with me item by item. He was a joy to work with and I hope you keep him there because he was certainly the best finance person I have ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle.
Steven, thank you for your time and being so clear on everything. A rarity these days in ANY industry.
And of course, Al. Al, you have always treated me wonderfully and it is always, always, an absolute pleasure to work with you on anything there at the dealership.
