Brought my car in to have the Cadillac cue replace...

Brought my car in to have the Cadillac cue replaced and had to come back due to part being on backorder and I really didn t mind. Got a call from the dealership stating the part was in so I returned to have the part installed. The service advisor who handled my vehicle no longer works at Cadillac of Norwood so that started a little bit of confusion, I was patient and the new service advisor Derek took over the repair order. I waited for almost 3 hours but was told it was gonna only be about an hour and that I should hang around and wait for it. I walked in at the 2 hour 50 minute mark to see if the car would be ready soon and Derek tells me it s not ready yet I lp come grab you when it s done. A half hour later Derek comes out and says just wanted to give you a quick update (over 3 hours later) we got our top guy working on it and the reason he s taking longer is because when I brought the car in I also asked him about a clip on the drivers door seal that was broken off and they were replacing that as well. I appreciated the update and sat back down, 20 minutes later Derek comes out and says car is all done. I walk up to my car and open the door and I see the door seal hanging down, the door clip was not replaced they just glued the seal and my windshield has greasy hand prints all over it so I was confused and went back inside to speak to Derek. The service advisor came out and called the tech back that worked on the car and the tech stated he pulled the a pillars off because he thought he had to take the whole dash out to replace the screen but then realaised it was actually easier than that. I told them I wanted a new clip and not glue on the seal they said we were gonna tell you that we glued it because we have to order the clip so I said you should have told me right away and not wait for me to come back and ask you about it. I was already pissed then I get in the car and the A pillars are not popped in all the way, sticking out on both sides and I found a lose bolt on the floor mat of drawers my car so now I m really upset and I asked to speak to the service manager. Patrick the service manager came out grabbed the car and had the shop foreman take a look and say no everything is in place the shop foreman checked it the tech lost the screw and went to parts to grab another one so that s just extra. I m like are you kidding me?! This is a speacialty bolt and has to be ordered I know because I m an engineer! I pretended to believe him and just couldn t be there anymore but the A pillars were still popped off. He says do you want to come back another time or do you want to wait I ll have my shop foreman take the car again and take everything off and put it back together inspecting the other techs work? I said I m already 2 hours late for work I ll just wait. I waited another 30 minutes and they brought me my car I asked for the extra bolt that was on the floor mat and got in my car and left. I have to wait for Patrick to call me when the clip for the door comes in he said they ordered it.
This was not a great first time experience at this dealership, the service advisor just kept saying this is not my RO this is not my RO and was brushing it off. Derek made me wait because this vehicle was not under his name and he wanted to get his customers cars done before mine and that s not fair because I made an appointment to come in. I really don t care who s RO this is! Very poor customer service and sloppy workmanship from the techs.
