When I got in everything had been transferred over to the floor sales team and expertly handled from there on by Ed. Ed was very professional and got me into my car the next day. Thanks guys!

Brought in my 2005 CTS that was having some issues since I got it a couple years ago and the service team here was great. Allen and Kerri were great in explaining what was needed to fix it. When it needed to be in the shop for a several days while waiting for parts, they offered me a loaner for the duration even though the car was not originally purchased through the dealership. Saved me alot of money with a rental I would have needed if I went elsewhere. Thank you to Cadillac of Norwood, I truly appreciate it.

Just purchased a 2013 CTS4 from this dealership and honestly they have been amazing to me. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. My salesman was Al and he walked me through the whole process with kindness, honesty and humor. The process was explained throughly in a nonpushy manner and I feel really confident in the car I have chosen. The dealership is also being super during COVID, requiring masks and proper social distancing. I doubt I'll need another car anytime soon, but when I do I definitely will come back here and visit Al again.

We arrived at your dealership thinking that we would test drive the 2015 SRX SUV and then move on to 4 other dealerships so that we could decide which SUV we liked the most. We never left Cadillac! The car was stunning and we did not feel that we would be as happy with any of the other SUV's that were on our agenda. Our sales consultant, Mike Costas, was very helpful and spent a LOT of time with us explaining the many features of the car and the "Cadillac difference" as respects quality, reliability, service and maintenance. Overall we felt that we got a fair price and we left the dealership driving our new SRX. How sweet is that?

Yet again another negative reviews for Cadillac in norwood. I went there for my oil change at 45k miles and got a multi-point vehicle inspection and it's noted that the engine filter and cabin filter needs attention/changing soon and the guy who helped me told me I need to changer them when I come in for my 50k miles service. So here I am at 50k service and per the factory service maintenance it's required to change it and guess what. It was NOT changed neither one. As I realized this on my way home I called and they tell me 'it wasn't necessary and if it was the technician would said so' well the technician who checked it at 45k miles said it would need to be replaced at 50k miles and now I'm told it doesn't need to be. I bought the car with 37k miles it now has 50k, one would think after 13k miles of driving it need to be replaced but of course good old Norwood Cadillac doesn't think so. Problem #2. I had a slow leak on my front passenger tire prior to me going in for my 50k miles service and I didn't put air in the tire because I knew they would checked the tire pressure and add air and I would know if the tires got rotated as I had requested because the leak would not be at the front passenger tire anymore because of the rotation. 2 days later I checked my tire pressure and guess where the low tire is showing.yup front passenger tire just like it was when I brought it in. So was the tires rotated? NO. I asked to have my headlight leveled because the drivers side was point higher than the passenger, I was charged $30 for this and it's called 'shop suppiles' on my receipt. Not sure what kinda $30 tool you need to level a headlight but it's two screws you gotta turn to adjust the headlight. My bill was $991 I paid but completely not satisfied with the work especially what wasn't done to my car. So I find 'Mastria Buick GMC Cadillac' in Raynham MA I drive there and they looked at the headlights and told me it needs an adjustment to level it, I ask how much at its FREE to adjust the headlights. I asked how much for wheel alignment and it's $75 and Norwood charges $99. I asked how much for mud flaps I was going to get at Norwood and he tells me they have it for $185 and Norwood price $225. Both websites show the same part numbers and the part cost are both $90. But to have it install for whatever reason Norwood charges an extra $40. I've had multiple bad experience with Norwood and looks like nothing has changed. I will continue to post my reviews online. Facebook, Instagram, twitter and Yelp. I would NRVER recommend cadillac of norwood to anyone I know or anyone who reads my reviews, as you can see from my experience Cadillac or Raynham is the better dealership/service center and I'll make sure people know about it.

Had a few issues in the beginning due to covid but Alex kept his word and resolved the issues. The service department gets a 10 out 10 from me fast, friendly, and efficient!! Hands down best dealership service experience I've ever had.

Just purchased my THIRD Cadillac from Cadillac Norwood (2 SRXs and an ATS)! That in itself should speak volumes! Let me go over why I love this dealership so much and I keep coming back:
1. Maryann Picarello. Top notch saleslady. Knows her stuff and is very kind. I am a repeat customer of hers and I will continue to buy from her. She ensures that my transactions go smoothly and the car I drive off the lot is pristine. She genuinely cares about my satisfaction. I may not be her highest end client but she doesn't treat me any less. Recently my first SRX was totaled in an accident. I was completely devastated. I LOVED THAT CAR. I knew SRX was discontinued and that my chances of replacing the vehicle I had with super low miles would be difficult. Maryann knew how much that car meant to me. She helped me buy that first SRX, taught me about all the features, answered questions I had and was a resource for me throughout the time I had it. After my accident she was able to get me in the same car, lower miles and with higher trim.
2. Steve Sousa. Wonderful manager. Assisted the purchase of the vehicle and worked with Maryann to personally ensure that the car I picked up to bring home was in even better condition than when I test drove it. I even called him before purchasing the second SRX to ask him about a GMC Sierra Denali at another dealership. I didn't want to leave the dealership but at the time the SRX I ended up purchasing wasn't even in the lot and I had almost given up on finding one. Steve helped me figure out some numbers and he checked incentives for me to see if there was anything the GMC dealership may have missed. I had originally called to ask if they had a similar truck on the lot which he did not. Steve wasn't pushy, didn't try to sway my interest--he provided me with clear facts and numbers. I ended up not buying that truck because I didn't like the price point and I didn't feel the service I was getting was as good as Norwood. My mind kept going back to the dealership that has always treated me right.
3. Service department. I love bringing my car in and getting it back cleaner than when I left it. The men and women in the service department are courteous and professional. I appreciate the use of loaner vehicles. My schedule isn't the best as a single mom and a manager. To be able to keep my schedule and get the maintenance my car needs is amazing. I have never had an issue with work done to my car. The team listens to my concerns and answers my questions honestly. I never feel as though I am taken advantage of and I feel confident that my safety and satisfaction is their priority.
4. Waiting room. I love the waiting room there. It is clean, stocked with drinks and snacks. There are comfortable chairs, large tv, internet, outlets and even a quiet area to do work. It is certainly the best waiting room I have seen. So spacious and inviting. I don't mind hanging around for a while.
5. Accessibility of staff. Be it Maryann or someone in service, it is very easy to get a person on the phone. Reception is always friendly and helpful. They always know who to get for me to get the best answers I am looking for. I love that when I call the person on the other end sounds genuinely friendly and cares about my needs.

I am incredibly happy with the value of my purchases and quality of the service I receive at Cadillac Norwood. I intend on remaining a loyal customer of theirs and I would recommend them to any of my friends and family!

Buying a new vehicle from Cadillac of Norwood was the best car buying experience we have ever had. There was no pressure and we received first class customer service from every department. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase and will definitely choose Cadillac of Norwood as our first option with any future vehicle needs. I also have to add that our Sales Consultant Maryanne Picarello was wonderful! Even after the paperwork was signed and our vehicle was delivered, Maryann has made it clear that our satisfaction is her priority! This is a state of the art dealership that always affords to the customer, Paramount Customer Service, Customer Care, Customer Focus, Customer Driven . These are a few personal observations that I have noticed when I visit Cadillac of Norwood. In this writers opinion this dealership is the epitome of excellence, and always striving to enhance there already exceptional services, from Sales to the Service Department. I would be remissed if I do not speak about my most recent visit. I purchased a new Cadillac SRX on Saturday October 19th . And like always I dealt with Mike Costa. He remains to be dynamic, very knowledgeable about his product, always taking the time to understand the needs of the customer , making suggestions, promptly returning calls, and responding to emails. There is never a feeling of pressure. You always sense that Mike is glad to see you, and never forgets your name. He greets with a smile, and extends his hand for a firm handshake letting one know that he sincerely appreciates your patronage. Although Mike is Sales Management he works in concert with the Service Department thus assuring the details of the vehicle meets the customer expectation.

I will always be a committed, and lease renewal customer to this dealership and moreover Mike Costa! I would personally refer, and highly recommend anyone that is looking for a Cadillac, and a great dealership experience to visit Cadillac of Norwood. You will not go wrong.

Making sure what his wife wanted for him was going to happen and it did ! They both went up and beyond with all the extra perks, but mostly just being themselves not being pushy salesmen trying to make a sale, that is one of the greatest treasures a sales person can do by letting the customer enjoy the moment in purchasing such a beauty of the Cadillac Car. Upon arrival there, all the guys at dealer were just AWESOME!!!!!! they were quick, made arrangements to put me in a car to go to downtown for few hours while my car was getting finished up in a shop!!! I RETURNED THE CAR THE NEXT DAY AND ASK FOR THE MANAGER JUST TO TRADE THE CAR. HE WAS RUDE AND ARROGANT. SINCE THEN MY CAR HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP 6 TIMES FOR VARIOUS LIGHTS COMING ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE LATEST 2 WERE THE SERVICE TRANSMISSION LIGHT. Amazing! Nicole was incredible to work with and she went above and beyond what we expected! We drove 2 1/2 hours from Maine and it was worth every minute. We purchased an Escalade and we had been looking for over two years for just the right one. Fair trade value for our Tahoe and the Escalade was under book value. The Escalade didn't have fob keys and Nicole ordered them and got them to us so fast! They sent a runner to Maine to assist with registration and to get the taxes settled. We were also owed a refund for overpayment of taxes and Nicole updated us the day the check was signed and put in the mail. This entire experience was excellent, right down to the Cadillac keychain we wanted. Thank you Nicole!!

I would like to start off by saying I have delayed writing this and the only reason is because I have been enjoying the great truck in which Steve Sousa made purchasing a pleasure not a nightmare which was the norm for me in dealing with any past Car dealerships and or salespeople. Steve Sousa and everyone else I dealt with at Cadillac of Norwood were polite and professional. No "high pressure sales" which I honestly believed to be the industry norm. Steve is the only guy I would ever consider purchasing another vehicle from. The service department were courteous and friendly and willing to hear me and my suggestions as the customer.
If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you Steve Sousa and everyone else at Cadillac of Norwood.

I must emphasize, buying a car is as important of an investment to me as buying a house. My car is my best friend and is considered part of the family since I m typically on the go and I need a vehicle that complements me from my personality to my needs. My experience on 9/21/2020, at Cadillac of Norwood, was absolutely fantastic. I drove away safely in a gorgeous Cadillac Escalade (Black on Black-sexy as hell) which I named Crusher - a big dream come true. RIP to Blacky, my BMW we had to lay to rest.

Knew exactly what kind of car I wanted, so I can't attest to the shopping experience, but Manny the salesman was really friendly and easy to work with. There was a bit of confusion on my part regarding the fees, but the folks here went above and beyond to make sure I understood the contract and that I was satisfied with the transaction, even after I had the vehicle in my possession.

Will not go back. My service advisor, who I'm not going to say his name "Paul" lied to me. I brought my car in for a manufacturer recall. I knew for a fact that my check engine light was not on when I dropped it. When I picked up my car the check engine light was on after they had worked on it. When I brought the car back he told me that the light was on when I dropped the car off. They did a check on the vehicle there was no mentioned of the check engine light being on when I dropped it off. The light has been off for a few days now, hope it doesn't come back. Honesty goes a long way, just wish his team was honest.

Not impressed with the sales department. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and our appointment went downhill from there. There were 2 salesmen involved with our visit. One never spoke to us and walked past us without acknowledging us. This pompous salesman certainly seemed full of himself, but his treatment of customers was deplorable. After an extremely brief glance at the vehicle we brought in for sale, the only salesman that bothered to speak with us during our appointment passed us a low offer on a piece
of paper that I believe he was too embarrassed to announce out loud. The offer was disgracefully low, we were insulted by it and left immediately. It would have been perhaps a better business practice to decline making an offer rather than insult a customer willing to make a purchase in a few months. This was our first and last visit to this dealership. I ll take my business to another dealership as Cadillac has left a bad taste in my mouth.

My experience with the staff of Cadillac Norwood was phenomenal. The representative Mary Ann alongside supervisor Steve assisted me above and beyond to receive my newly purchased vehicle. DO NOT BRING YOUR SAAB HERE. Finding someone to work on a Saab nowadays is tough, but I was told that two Saab Certified Technicians work here.I brought in my car and after 1.5 days of them running tests, they gave me a wrong diagnosis that would have cost $4,000 to fix. I decided to try and fix it myself and used a pocket device (FixD) to get the correct diagnosis in about 30 seconds. For about $250 I fixed the car myself. It is discouraging that two "Saab Certified Technicians" took 1.5 days to come up with a wrong diagnosis and were willing to charge me $4,000 dollars for it. I urge anyone trying to get their Saab fixed to look elsewhere.

For a Cadillac sales person I am not a "big fish." The car I was interested in was a used Suzuki under $12k, sticker price. Still, Cadillac of Norwood treated me with the respect of a customer purchasing a new high end vehicle. This, coupled with their willingness to provide superior service convinced me that I will shop here first when purchasing a vehicle.

Typical car buying experience!. Buyer beware. My wife and I purchased a 2017 XTS from Cadillac of Norwood and we're not impressed with the negotiations. We agreed on the term and monthly payment with the Salesman. The fun began when we went in front of George in the Finance Dept. and he tried to raise our monthly payment by $20 per month!. I immediately responded that I was not going to play his game! . He looked very surprised and said " what game"! . I have purchased many cars in my life and I love when the " bait and switch" is tried on me. I told him that I wanted my down payment back and I would take my business elsewhere if he didn't come in with the agreed upon price I had from my Salesman. He then had to go see the GM and blamed the sales department for the mistake. Thankfully I did receive the agreed upon price and I don't have to bring my caddy for service at Norwood as I live in RI. Sad knowing people give into this tactic!

I have Leased lots of cars for the last 24 years since I moved to this great country ,1 for myself and 1 for my wife usually in alternate years , i 've met great salespeople and some not so great ,but none has been a pleasure as the last one i just got from Norwood Cadillac , thanks to kevin and the owner Michael X idea

Purchased a used XTS yesterday and traded in my 2010 CTS. The dealership is upscale, clean and well organized. The people I dealt with, Al Piacitelli and his manger Joe, were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. They gave my a fair price for my trade and a good price for my new car. The transaction took place late in the day, so my insurance company was not able to complete it's paperwork so I could take the car home that day. Since I live on Cap Cod, the dealer offered to loan me a car to drive home, and is having someone drive my new car and meet me on the Cape for delivery. That is high end service in my book that your typical dealer would never offer. I was very happy with my experience with Cadillac of Norwood.

Do not try to purchase a vehicle here if you're not from MA.
Our situation was different, we are not the average buyers as we are also licensed car dealers. We called ahead to make sure everything would work out for our purchase and were met with nothing but an annoyed attitude from Steve in finance. He was supposed to get back to us on Saturday with answers before we made the 4 hour drive Monday morning. We did not get a call back. Once there, we witnessed two salesmen arguing about "whose turn it was" to take us on the test drive. We tried to deal with Nicole as she was very nice, polite and professional throughout all of our emails, but were quickly handed off the Steve again, who still had the bad attitude from Saturday. After all of this, we're told there's nothing they can do for us, citing some MA law that no one has yet to produce to us and nobody from our banks, or insurance company has ever heard of.

Just purchased a vehicle this past week (Sep 2020) and service was great. The staff was welcoming and made the experience an easy one. Carla and Steve were attentive, easy to negotiate with, and I would say it was the easiest car buying experience I have had in a long while.
