Not a good experience for me. I originally brought my 2010 SRX in for an oil change and to address the recall notices I had been receiving. I left the car there all day and when I went to pick up the car the oil change was done but the service manager told me that they didn't have the parts for the recall items that needed to be corrected. I found this odd since I scheduled the appointment for this exact reason. I then waited a few weeks and called and left a message for an appointment to address the recalls again plus now I was noticing corrosion on the vehicle which was under warranty. The call was never returned. I called again this past week to get the recalls straightened out along with the corrosion issues and window problems. Now they tell me the warranty expired last month for the corrosion and that they want 463.00 to replace a regulator for one of the windows. Although I explained in detail that I had been calling to get the corrosion issues addressed they offered no explanation for not returning the call before the warranty expired and simply said that I wasn't covered. It seemed as though they were happy to "beat" me to the expiration deadline. Needless to say I will never go back to Cadillac of Norwood again.
