The staff here went way above and beyond to help me this evening sending a very large, urgent fax! Really very happy and will definitely recommend and use again in the future! Thank you!

I was asked 4 times if I were OK or if o need any help in 2 minutes. Seriously who needs help to buy a marker?. And at the moment to pay the tried to put another guy in front of me. They make me feel very uncomfortable so I will rather buy in other place. Sorry.

Wanted to send a simple letter from their dhl service. It took me 2 hours in total as their system kept crashing and as they were super inefficient. Andre the staff member there was incredibly unprofessional - too curious and chatty in an off-putting way, even asked me to do some of his job on their computer that kept on crashing and had an attitude. But what really put me off is how defensive he was when I called him out on something. Really not the customer service anyone would appreciate.

I was going to buy so many things from there but the shop assistant was absolutely rude with me and didn't help me properly to find the things I wantes to buy, but this is not all, because in addition, when I was going to pay they told me that contactless is not accepted and I had to go home without all the things in which I spend almost half an hour finding.

The slowest service I ve ever received. Two stars is not only because their service, it is also because the overpriced goods policy. The printing service in the back side of the shop is the worst. If I could have a chance, I would change the place that I receive the binding service.
