This company is nothing but greedy individuals I’m in the 55 and older park in Ontario Ca I moved in 10 years ago paying $850 now I pay almost $1300 we’re all on social security now we pay for water trash security I would not recommend living in none of there parks people are moving cause they can’t afford to live here any longer the club house was remodeled during covid and raised the rent 7% that year so we’re paying for the remodel there taking our social security to line there own pockets heartless company V Cobos

I'm a tenant of one of their manufactured home parks that they recently purchased in Utah, and I'm trying to sell my manufactured home in that park. I just learned that they raised the lot rent from the previous $550/month to $960/month! I did a quick search and the next highest lot rent in my area is $650/month, now I'm terrified that nobody is going to purchase my house because they won't be able to afford the lot rent! There are other homeowners in this same park that have had their houses up for sale for a while now and nobody is interested specifically because of the lot rent! Everybody is calling to complain but Cabrillo doesn't seem to care! I can't afford to live here anymore and I'm terrified that the only way I'm going to get out of here is by defaulting on my house and going bankrupt all because I can't sell my house because Cabrillo is greedy and doesn't care who they hurt!

Cabrillo Properties did an outstanding job selling my mother's house. The house was sold for 35K over the asking price and during the Covid-19 mandated stay at home orders. Nathan, our realtor, not only took care of all the "details" but also helped facilitate and participated with an estate sale, clearing out the house, and coordinated a full house and yard cleaning. The house was sold three days after the official listing. I would and will recommend Cabrillo Properties (and Nanthan) to anyone needing to sell or buy properties.
