This company is nothing but greedy individuals I’m in the 55 and older park in Ontario Ca I moved in 10 years ago paying $850 now I pay almost $1300 we’re all on social security now we pay for water trash security I would not recommend living in none of there parks people are moving cause they can’t afford to live here any longer the club house was remodeled during covid and raised the rent 7% that year so we’re paying for the remodel there taking our social security to line there own pockets heartless company
