IISER Review

Great peaceful institute for studies. The modern equipments here will always help the students or the researchers. It got a great campus, everyone can find a peaceful seats for them. It got two entrance which are guarded.
Most importantly it got multi storeyed building for dinning, above all its 24hours working. The food provided here is good, can depend on your tastes.
There is a cricket stadium almost at the centre of campus which got a gallery which can accommodate a few people.
Also got a Indrani hall for seminar or paper presentation, which is reasonably large.
The library here will be heaven for students.
All washroom provided here are clean very good.
If you want to do higher studies here my answer will be affirmative.

Beautiful and clean campus. One thing about the buildings in the campus are very big and spacious. Be it a guest house or colony. Clean campus.

It's been six months I was away from the campus.. Writing review in pandemic. After six months I am here again and what I witnessed is campus is far more beautiful than how I left . We have separate Quarantine and isolation facility we are fighting well with this pandemic. We are IISERites and will start growing again in very short time.

Awesome for research equivalent to IIT's which is there for engineering.

Best place to gain knowledge and skills environment for students is like heaven full in greenery and also have various sports ground to play with almost 98acers of campus. I like it

IISER is one of the most popular institutions in India, the campus is fantastic. For a person who wants to do a good career in science and technology field then this is the best place to be in. The overall hostel service is fantastic.

They are destroying the natural environment in the campus, cutting trees, not processing waste water. This campus needs to be audited by a third party for its compliances.

Considered to be the oldest as well as best among all the IISERs. All the faculty members are nice.

Campus is very big. I have visited a science fest there. Canteen is also very big and good service. Conference halls are very big. Buildings are Ventilated and big.

One of the best research organization of the central government...

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research is a purely research based institute offering courses like bachelor's, masters and doctorate in science. These institutes have been started by the Central Government Of India under the Ministry Of Human Resource Development. There are 7 such institutes across the country and Pune's institute is one of the finest. They have a lovely campus spread across 100 acres with perfect ambience for research studies. Since it's inception in 2006 they have produced finest of Research Scientists in varied streams for the country. I've had the opportunity to work on a International Water Management Project lead by IISER and funded by European Union. It feels proud to have an institution of this stature in Poona City.

The infrastructure is awesome. Plus well maintained. Staff is friendly.

It's a beautiful campus with great facilities for research. I was able to visit the bio and chem lab, and there are a variety of microscopes and chemicals. Each researching professor has their own lab where students can further research. Absolute paradise for pure science students.

I was experienced IISER as best infrastructure and maintenance in campus .
Green campus best maintened stadium and cleanliness in area a lot of parking area and clean environment causes I will give 4.5 stars out of 5.

Indian institute of science education and research, Pune is a wonderful place to do a summer internship.
I was here for a period of two months and experience the trials of Indian research. The labs are well equipped though probably not up to many international lab standards and they have only a few confocal microscopes but they have an efficient booking system.
The hostels are nice and comfortable. The rooms are huge and double sharing. They have long table and they have working fans.
The birds on campus are really nice. There are lots of birds. I love birdwatching. I own camera. During my stay I took photos of birds. I saw red vented bulbul. I saw so many at once. I saw red wattled lapwings. They are very noisy birds. I also saw Asian koel. They are elegant birds. I saw green bee eaters which I have not seen in the city. You should come to campus just to see this. Very worth it. I got photos of this also.
Crows are very large here. They are jungle crows not normal crows. The campus is connected to National Chemical Laboratories, NCL, Pune. That area has lots of biodiversity. Rich in fauna. Rich in flora also.

Great place for doing research at undergraduate level in India.

I was there for science exhibition, it's a great place with all of the science stuff. It was great attending the science fair there lots of speakers from world came there to speak. The place is also good no problems of traffic nothing just a place with lots of trees you can't find it easily in pune. It's close to the Shivajinagar too.

The visit was made by SKYSciQ Institute to visit IISER in connection with Maharashtra State Level Compression-Best Out of Weast management. In addition to the experiments in the textbook, several other experiments were shown to enhance the student's curiosity, imagination, scientific perspective. After that, he visited Agrogas Plants and explained the importance of machanism.
It was a truly unforgettable day in our lives.
I understand the need to expose rural students to this matter

Good place, all facilities available. I have been there for 3 day and i never get trouble. I enjoyed well. There are very large quantity of building there for classes and hostels and labolatry. There are playing ground for every one. There are many hostel for boy, girls, faculty and for other. Naturally good place is this relley like this place.
