Cabrillo Properties has been managing my 3 units for over 2 years now. I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. I don't have to worry or think about tenant issues anymore, as everything is always taken care of by them. I also enjoy how everything is electronic and the systems they use are all very user friendly, for both myself and my tenants
