Doesn't care about their tenants
I'm a tenant of one of their manufactured home parks that they recently purchased in Utah, and I'm trying to sell my manufactured home in that park. I just learned that they raised the lot rent from the previous $550/month to $960/month! I did a quick search and the next highest lot rent in my area is $650/month, now I'm terrified that nobody is going to purchase my house because they won't be able to afford the lot rent! There are other homeowners in this same park that have had their houses up for sale for a while now and nobody is interested specifically because of the lot rent! Everybody is calling to complain but Cabrillo doesn't seem to care! I can't afford to live here anymore and I'm terrified that the only way I'm going to get out of here is by defaulting on my house and going bankrupt all because I can't sell my house because Cabrillo is greedy and doesn't care who they hurt!
