Burns Honda was initially great to purchase a used Odyssey. However, when the car did not pass inspection (we live in Pennsylvania) the sales manager and salesman have not returned 5 messages or taken my calls to help correct the matter. It is unacceptable that a business will not return calls. The part wasn t that expensive. However, the sales manager promised that anything that may not pass inspection would be covered. The customer service was terrible. We will not go back!
