Went to look at a car at their used car lot and did not make a purchase mainly because of their arrogant sales associate Craig Pfeiffer. The guy needs to learn how to talk with his customers, don't know how he managed to work there for the last 12 years. His famous phrase i am doing it for sooo long then stop if your so tired of selling or dealing with your customers.
