Budds companies are always the best to deal with. They are friendly and knowledgeable and get car repaired in a timely manner. They are not overly priced for a dealer, just do your research first. I prefer dealing with a dealer only because you usually will get better customer service, and the waiting area is ALWAYS cleaner than your local mechanic shop. Courtesy cars are always available for me and they are always clean.
I only give 4 stars because I don't like how they call every few months to ask me if I would like to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new one. It is actually very annoying.
That said, both our cars come from Budds dealers, one from Budds Mazda and the other from Budds Mini, and we will continue to deal with them for their customer service levels alone.

I bought my CX-5 from him about three years ago What a pleasurable experience it has been all the way from the first test drive to where it is today. He listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect vehicle to fit all of my needs and my budget. The car today drives as if it just came off of the lot. Also, you can see how Jason cares about all of his clients he deals with He checks in periodically with all of his clients, to see if there are any questions or concerns, and it has been > 3 years !!! :). For a while I have been pursuing the install of Android Auto, and Jason just put together a sales package that I just could not refuse. I have never used this location for any of my regular service since it is far out of my way, but for warranty purposes, was required to use this location, and I couldn't be more pleased that it happened.
Getting to meet and interact with the service team as well as see what care they put into the work I had done on my car was extraordinary! They lent me a car so I wasn't put out by the service time, they cleaned the outside of my car, threw out the garbage that was inside my car, and even took the time to clarify and assure me of several concerns I had along the way.
I know in todays age the dealing with car dealers or any mechanics for that matter can be stressful and uncertain, however, you can rest assured in the work that this team does and walk away feeling safe, clear, and have trust in what is happening.

As for suggestions as requested:
1- should wipe cars down with a chamois after wash - only takes 5 mins but makes such a difference and most other dealers do it.
2- perhaps update the lounge area - some snacks/ cookies/juices/ daily papers etc.
Other than that - you have the basis for an excellent guest experience!

During this time, customers are not permitted into the service department. My car was ready the same day. The payment process was easy, through a link through text. I went to collect my car, and was very impressed with the work completed. I had been having work done at another dealership and decided to change to one nearer to my home.

On a Thursday I make an appointment with "Rayal"? to test drive and ultimately purchase a $50,000 vehicle the following Monday at 9am. I arrive at 9 and am told Rayal will be late as he doesn't work mornings. So the receptionist suggests I wait 15 minutes. I do and then ask for a different salesman. I am then told that the sales manager took the car I wanted to buy home the night prior and hes not in till later. At this point, if it were not the exact car I wanted, and there being so few of them on the market, I would of left. I thought these guys clearly don't give a dam. Then Sean came out and appologised stating the manager was on his way with the vehicle as fast as he could. at 0950, the car actually arrived and the rest was smooth sailing. If it were not for Sean, this would have been a very very negative 1 star review. The rest of the customer service I experienced has been truly excellent.

I still remember purchasing my Mazda3 here from Sean Gooding back in 2015. I came in to buy a used Mazda to get me by the college years. Ended up purchasing such a reliable and great looking brand new Mazda3. I was in love with my car from the moment I sat in one to receiving the keys I was so excited.
Sean didn't pressure me at all. I felt at ease talking and asking him any questions. He even stayed till past 10pm that evening with me because I had to wait for the finance guy to clear up with the customers prior to me. That is some true customer service.
Fast forward few years later I still go back for maintenance here and there. Their service department is one of the best I've been to. Well organized, knowledgeable and friendly. They don't push you towards unnecessary products and services. And from time to time I hear back from Sean asking how I'm enjoying my car etc. He doesn't make you feel like you were just a commission as other sales rep would.
Everytime my family/friend/colleagues asks where I got my car or if they're looking for a Mazda, I always refer them to Sean and Budds Mazda.
P.S. The unlimited warranty is superb. I've only had to use it once to have my horn fixed.

Went to Budd's because of the good reviews. Left extremely disappointed. Salesperson Matt used typical pressure tactics like he was reading them out of a book. Even used the cringeworthy line "what can I do to get you in this car today". Had the nerve at one point to say that this is a pressure free dealership. That was laughable. When I told him we were on a different page price wise he has the nerve to rip the contract over and over into a million pieces. How professional and mature. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to someone I don't like, let alone someone I do. Stay away.

I originally contacted Budd s by email and was responded to within the hour. We met with our rep (Pat) who was a wealth of knowledge and was able to answer all our questions competently, helping us to come to our decision to purchase from Budd's. We felt the customer first culture in Budd s from the initial contact right, in our experience with Pat, to dealing with the tech who got our vehicle ready and through to the administrator taking care of the paperwork for transfer they wrote the book on positive customer experience. Mazda s attention to quality in its vehicle manufacture definitely extends through the whole purchase experience there.

made an appointment to see a car here two days ago, when we arrived. The sales person we had appointment with were not in store. waited a few minutes he came back and set us up for test drive. after the test drive, we went back into the office and starting to talk about the purchase detail. He told us to have a seat and wait for him when he walks away to another desk to talk to another customer. we waited and he came back ask us how do we like the car, we asked if the shop can get the stone chip on the windshield to be fixed before delivery, he said he will have to ask his manage and walked away again, straight to another desk and sit down to talk to another customer. didn't even go to his manager. then I went to him and said he seam pretty busy with other customers and I can come back later as I have other cars to check out. He then apologized and came back to our desk right away starting to put number together. then he present me a low-ball trade-in value for my car and showed me the number I have to pay on top of my trade in. I review the paper and noticed the number he presented us is about $5000 more than what it should've been, I questioned the number he looked at it again and blame the computer making the mistake. I then made my offer and he walked away to ask his manager then came back and refused my offer without counter offering and I said thank you and walked away from this dealership. This is my first time considering a Mazda and the cars are good we did want to purchase the car we seem but the service is just wrong. To be fair, he was always polite when talking to us, it's just he is too busy and maybe double booking the appointment so he can't focus on providing service to us. while we are sitting there and waiting for our salesperson, we also notice that other salespersons are definitely providing great service to customers as we can hear the conversations being very friendly and professional. I have own many many other cars in the past, I have dealt with Budd's BMW, Budd's Subaru in the past and never ever once be treated like this as a customer. I left the dealership and went to Volvo, which we didn't even have an appointment with, we were treated professionally there and the experience was much better and we bought a car there that day.

I have used Budd's Mazda for more than 7 years and they have diligently kept my vehicle (with almost 300k now) up to date and working in good order.
The staff are very well informed and always try their best to deliver quality service and make my experience a good one.
Recently I had to have some emergency work done and did not give them any notice to arrange a loaner. They came through with one and had the car ready the same day.

Very nice friendly service, my sales lady was Deborah Blackburn. Probably the best sales experience I've ever had in my life, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I can't stand agressive and pushy sales reps, but at Budds they always keep it real. No hidden costs or secret stuff.
I bought a preowned Mazda 6 and it drives beautifully. Very happy with my purchase. Great warranty too.

I didn't purchase my Madza here but I wish I did! I took my CX-3 in for the annual service and Andrea was awesome. Service was great, everyone I met was lovely. MUCH better than the dealership I purchased my car from. I considered only giving 4 stars because it was my first time there so really have nothing else to compare it to, but I will definitely be bringing my car back there for service so 5 it is!
