made an appointment to see a car here two days ago, when we arrived. The sales person we had appointment with were not in store. waited a few minutes he came back and set us up for test drive. after the test drive, we went back into the office and starting to talk about the purchase detail. He told us to have a seat and wait for him when he walks away to another desk to talk to another customer. we waited and he came back ask us how do we like the car, we asked if the shop can get the stone chip on the windshield to be fixed before delivery, he said he will have to ask his manage and walked away again, straight to another desk and sit down to talk to another customer. didn't even go to his manager. then I went to him and said he seam pretty busy with other customers and I can come back later as I have other cars to check out. He then apologized and came back to our desk right away starting to put number together. then he present me a low-ball trade-in value for my car and showed me the number I have to pay on top of my trade in. I review the paper and noticed the number he presented us is about $5000 more than what it should've been, I questioned the number he looked at it again and blame the computer making the mistake. I then made my offer and he walked away to ask his manager then came back and refused my offer without counter offering and I said thank you and walked away from this dealership. This is my first time considering a Mazda and the cars are good we did want to purchase the car we seem but the service is just wrong. To be fair, he was always polite when talking to us, it's just he is too busy and maybe double booking the appointment so he can't focus on providing service to us. while we are sitting there and waiting for our salesperson, we also notice that other salespersons are definitely providing great service to customers as we can hear the conversations being very friendly and professional. I have own many many other cars in the past, I have dealt with Budd's BMW, Budd's Subaru in the past and never ever once be treated like this as a customer. I left the dealership and went to Volvo, which we didn't even have an appointment with, we were treated professionally there and the experience was much better and we bought a car there that day.
