Matt Wren and the entire team at Budd's Mazda were really great to work with. They helped us find the best pre-owned vehicle that fit our budget. We didn't once feel pressured and each of our concerns were heard and dealt with in an efficient and caring manner. The pre-owned vehicle we purchased was sold to us in a perfectly clean state with all surface damage fixed. I highly recommend them and Matt. While I hope it will be a long time until we need to purchase another vehicle, I know we'll be returning to Matt and Budd's Mazda when we do.

Had a bad experience at the mississauga dealer so i switched this time to try Budds Mazda. Budds Mazda team has processes in place to ensure social distancing. I had an oil change and some winter tires swapped yesterday morning. The team had it done quickly and the entire process had a no contact policy. Highly recommend this dealership! We have been taking our CX7 for service to Budd's for years. Their service is amazing (we didn't buy the vehicle there; the sales team could really take some lessons in customer service). Always a smile, complimentary car wash when they have the time, happy to accommodate time requests and just generally a pleasant and can do attitude. Their wintertime selection is not the best but the CS team rocks.

There is a reason I drive 40 mins to Oakville to get my Mazda 3 serviced at Budd's Mazda. The staff is polite and helpful, both in person and on the phone. And they do not try to sale you bogus maintenance programs just to cash in. This is my first Mazda and it wouldn't be my last. A relationship with your car dealership can be a pleasant or you could go to Gyro Mazda and experience a nightmare. Gyro Mazda is 2 mins from my front door but they will NEVER see my car again!!
Had my vehicle serviced here for an oil change and tire rotation. I was late for my appointment and they were still very accommodating! I received a call that my car was ready for pick up, and before I even got to the dealership I received the invoice and report on my car via email. Everyone was very friendly, and even though I was in for a small service, the care and small details means I will be back here again! Thank you!

Oil change for RX8 done in 15 minutes and price was reasonable. Prefer to use dealer especially for a unusual car (Wankel) and they are competitive price wise.
After bad experience at Dixie Mazda, I tried this location and could not be more pleased. Have been here at least 5 times now and am NEVER disappointed. They are honest, don't suggest unnecessary work and actually try to save you money. I've been quoted prices for work and have been pleasantly surprised when in actuality it's less than I expected to pay. I won't go anywhere else!!
Great service. Andrea and other staff have given me detailed orientations about how to keep social distance, drop and pickup my car. You can complete the whole process without physically meeting anyone. I did the maintenance here last year and hope to stick to them in the future if there isn t a big price difference :)

I was looking for an appointment to have a test drive at Budds Mazda in Oakville. I got the appointment to meet with Mohamed Kora, one of the sales representatives. I knew about what I was looking, but he was able to give me and my wife the essential information by which would help us to make an informed decision. We tested 3 different cars and he gave us a quote for each of them. After we left to shop around more, he contacted me for a follow up but he was not pushy. We finally decided to lease a Mazda CX 9 signature. He took care of us perfectly and professionally. We are very happy and satisfied with his expertise and attitude. I purchased my CX5 7 years ago from Budds Mazda Oakville. Have always enjoyed my SUV and have had only a few problems. The service that that I receive from Katie and Andrea is always outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and always try to accommodate you.
After shopping multiple brands I decided on a Mazda then started shopping several local, and a few not-so-local, dealerships and Budd's was by far the best experience I had. Pat Mosca was very friendly and knowledgeable and got me a great price on a new CX-5. There was absolutely zero pressure and out of all the brands and dealers I shopped this was the ONLY one that did not pressure me to buy at any point; It was very refreshing to shop for a car without having to constantly be prepared to shoot down sales tactics. All-in-all a great experience, I look forward to continuing to deal with them.
Update: Dec 30, 2018: OK, so I visited the showroom a few times due to my sensor issue. I found the service guys to be courteous and respectful. While my problem is not fully solved (probably due to Mazda design deficiencies), I will not hold the dealership responsible for that. They seem to be genuinely interested to help me and are very professional. I may be reluctant to buy a Mazda product again, but the dealership is still a very good dealership and the people working there definitely try their best. I have no reason not to give Budds Mazda a 5 star.
I think it is very fair I write about the 'sales' experience, the 'finance' experience and the 'service' experience separately. Firstly to begin with, the sales experience was terrific. Jason Rebelo is a very knowledgeable salesman (I can say the most knowledgeable once I have ever experienced). Jason also gave me all information and was honest and truthful in everything he told me. It was a very comfortable and pressure-less experience. So 5 stars to Jason and Budds Mazda here. The 'finance' experience was also good. Carla was very professional and explained things to me clearly and most importantly she treated me as a valued customer and was very prompt with all her communication. So 5 stars for that that.
Unfortunately for me, I had some technical irritants with the car and the service department so far has been very 'Careful' about saying anything. Also my brand new car has some problems with the sensors (yes sucks, but this is life and things happen). I have to take it back to the dealership under warranty. I am leaving it at 4 stars now, Once I have a first hand experience the 'service' department at Budds Mazda, I will update this review
worst customer service ever.once they make deal and after said to me i have to talk with my used car manager and then never call me back and when i call for the car guess what they say its sold out...horrible people

My most recent service visit to Budd's Mazda was outstanding. My service adviser Andrea greeted me by name and carefully walked me through the items to be addressed as part of my scheduled appointment. Andrea gave me information on additional service items that were recommended as well. I was given an approximate time for completion and the service was completed earlier than anticipated. I was given an excellent detailed report regarding my car and its operational state at this time and I look forward to my next visit!

I am very happy with my last service visit for seasonal tires change over and some regular maintenance. The work was done on time and well. The service advisers at Budd's Mazda are excellent.
Among local Mazda dealers we chose Budds' because of its positive reviews and reputation. We were looking for a new compact or mid-size SUV, and after reading reviews, we narrowed the range to Mazda, Honda, Toyota, and Subaru. When we made an appointment at Budds', the salesperson assigned to us was Mohamed Kora. It was a very good fit. He knows his cars, and is also very good at figuring out his customers' priorities, and he was also personable, gracious, honest, dependable, punctual, and always glad to help. (Incidentally, he was also the only salesperson at the four dealerships we dealt with who was always careful about his face mask!) We wound up picking the Mazda CX-5 as our #1 because of the car, but if we had chosen a car because of the salesperson, we would have chosen Mohamed. If that makes it sound as if Mohamed didn't make a difference, that isn't quite right: if Mohamed hadn't got us a good price, and if we hadn't had confidence in him, we probably would have moved on to our #2 pick. After the sale, he continued to be helpful, giving us little instructional sessions when we asked, because the CX-5 has a LOT of features.

My wife and I just bought a 2008 Mazda 5 from Budds Mazda. We dealt with Rahul in sales. I had emailed him through autotrader and he immediately responded. We agreed on a time and went to see the vehicle. The dealership is very nice and clean and the staff are very welcoming. No attitudes and I felt comfortable immediately. Rahul was awesome. He took the time to answer all my questions, we went for a nice test drive and afterwards I informed him that I d like to bring my wife to see the vehicle. Rahul was never pushy. Worked with our schedule, not his,and was very professional. I brought my wife back the next night and he happily gave us the keys and sent us on our way. Fantastic! We loved the car as it was in amazing condition(and it s a Mazda) and then we sat down to hammer out a deal. No silly games. He brought his manager Pat and we quickly agreed on a price. Pat had also done his best to get a decent value on my trade in. Fantastic experience. This was the best dealership experience I ve ever had and I highly recommend Budds Mazda. Budds did a fantastic job assisting me with my car purchase. Their genuine and sencere nature was demonstrated through numerous actions. John-Michael did not pressure me for an immediate sale. Off the bat he offered me the best rate I could get (even as an employee of a large bank). Pat got me an extremely generous offer on my trade in (70% more then I expected on a beat up 2004 201k Highlander). Both worked diligently and eventually they were to get the car I wanted within my budget. I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-3 at the end of March. And I'm extremely satisfied with their service

After a very bad experience with a used vehicle that I purchased from another Mazda dealership I decided to contact Budds Mazda where I met with Mike Holguin. I explained the predicament I was in at the time where I only had the used vehicle for three months and had various problems with it, which was very expensive to fix. I therefore wanted to get into a newer vehicle with full warranty which the other dealership did not have a problem with, but they were giving me next to nothing for my trade-in. Mike was very helpful and patient and went over various options with me. After a number of phone calls (very many) and a few meetings with Mike, where I had umpteen questions, which Mike was able to answer, I felt comfortable making a decision and was able to get into a better/safer vehicle, (2014 Mazda CX5) and even saved a great deal on my insurance due to the safety rating on this particular vehicle. I also got a better trade-in value for my used vehicle (approx. $5,000.00) more.
Mike is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job in making the whole process problem free and easy. It was truly a refreshing change from what I had previously dealt with. Thanks Mike for all your support, patience and advice in assisting me with my purchase. In closing, I wanted to send an accolade for Mike and consider him to be a tremendous asset to Budds Mazda.
