I've never written a Google review before but I picked up my brand new Mazda 3 GT from here almost two weeks ago. My salesman was Rahul Siddhu and he was by far the best person to speak to from any dealership I went to see. I'm a younger guy and most of the other dealerships I went to see would blow me off when I said I was looking for a new car. Rahul took me seriously and actually got excited to find out I was getting my first car. We were out test driving cars within the first 20 minutes. He gave me his cell number and any questions I had throughout the buying process at anytime he would answer. He still remains my main point of contact with the dealership and answers all my questions quickly and effectively. I didn't deal with many other people at the dealership but everyone I met in there was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

They even put an extra rush on my car and found it in London, got it to Oakville, detailed it and did all the paperwork in under a week because they knew I needed to get it quick.

Along with being painless and efficient, the purchasing process is extremely transparent as well and I got the perfect car. Great experience, I would and already have recommended this dealership to my friends and family.

The work carried out on my vehicle was up to expectation.
It is a shame that I was told the dealership does not do car wash any longer.

I just purchased a 2016 Mazda CX5 from Budds Mazda. After reading some reviews on smaller SUVs, Mazda was always at the top of the list. Never having owned a Mazda, I decide to test drive one. I immediately knew I wanted to buy it. I loved the look both outside and inside and how it drove. Mohamed K our product advisor was great, very informative and there was no pressure. I wanted to test drive another vehicle (Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk), which I did that same night and knew that the Mazda was the vehicle I wanted to buy. I called Mohamed back that same night and gave him a deposit to hold the car. Carla R the Finance Manger was also great and very heplful. Once again, no pressure, she explained in detail what was covered under the extended warranty which we took home to read over. She answered all our questions and we decided that since we own our vehicles for a long time it would be best to buy the extended warrany. Five days later the Mazda CX5 was sitting in my driveway. I love my new car and I am so happy with the exceptional service I received at Budds Mazda in Oakville. Thank you Mohamed and Carla.

well, when Budds make it a point that you must show up on time or leave your car for the day; then i expect the same promptness back so when i do have an appt. at 10am it is for that time and there is no scrambling to find my tires last minutes. Also i noticed the price of storage has gone up substantially for the 6 month storage fee; so when i come to have my winter tires on later in the year, i will be taking my summer ones home and finding another place to store them that isn't as costly. Staff is friendly and that is fine but i would expect better service from Budds. Regards, Janet Allen

I ve been looking for a while to buy a used car when my son had recommended that I go to Budds Mazda. We went in to just check out their used mazda3s. I ended up buying a used Mazda3 from Leigh that day. I was very impressed at the level of service there. I definitely recommend going to Budds Mazda. And be sure to ask for Leigh, he takes great care of his customers.

I recently bought a 2012 Mazda 3 Sky active from Andrew at Budds Mazda and have had nothing but issues. To start when they delivered the car they did not include the autodimming mirror or the winterfloor mats that were agreed apon and also did not tell me that they didnt have them. I had to look and go after them. The winter floor mats came in 3 weeks but it took three months!!!!!! of hounding, calling, and texting andrew to get the mirror installed.
Also I traded in my truck. They kept both sides of the ownership and refused to pay the $10.00 fee to get a new one printed out so i could return my old plates until i went up the chain. Finance department also put in the load as a monthly payment not by-weekly like we talked about which ended up in a $45.00 NSF charge at my bank. They finally reimbursed me after hounding them for another MONTH!.
Also included is the first oil change free which supposivly was not added to my account when I went to get my first one done.

WITHOUT DOUBT this is the worst experiance i have had with a dealership.

My brother also bought a Mazda 3 from Andrew and had the smae bad experiance with the whole dealership. Everything is a fight so unless you want to call/text/visit the dealership for 4 months after you purchase a vehical - STAY AWAY.

My wife and I decided to drop in to Budd's Mazda to take a closer look at the CX5. Michael Ramalho immediately greeted us and was about as professional as you can get. Smooth, funny and knew the packages of the vehicles blindfolded. Never once did he pressure us but was tastefully assertive in trying to figure out what our needs were in pricing/features/financing etc. I've never been exposed to the "Budds" brand but I came away incredibly impressed. Lastly, his passion for the brand he represents was refreshing and genuine. #1 If you're looking for a Mazda, Mike is definitely your guy. #2 If you're Budd's, I'd make sure this young gentleman is taken care of. This is the exact type of talent that competitors will be chomping at the bit to steal to bring their business to the next level.

The Service department must not be interested in generating revenue for this business. I moved to Oakville in October last year; I called Budd's for an entire week at different times throughout the day and each time I was told "Service is busy can I have them call you back". I was hesitant to leave my number because I work during the day; I figured by the time they called me back I would be in a meeting. I finally left a message and no one called. I was annoyed so I just took my car to Mississauga.

Last week I decided to give Budd's another chance since it's the close to my house. SAME EXPERIENCE. I called throughout the week and was told "service is busy". Either the service department is avoiding calls or they don't have enough staff to answer the phones to book appointments. Either way, I'm taking my business to Burlington or back to Mississauga even though they are not as close. I'm also planning on purchasing a new mazda within the year, so you have not only lost my service appointment revenue, but the sale of a new car.

**IN REPONSE TO THE OWNER** NO, messages are not ALWAYS returned as I would've gotten a call back in November when I did leave my number. As indicated, I tried calling various times throughout the day during business hours and was repeatedly told "service is busy"...this occurred in November and AGAIN all of last week (however last week I didn't leave a message because I wanted to test if service ever answers calls). Ask your receptionist how many times she said service is busy last week. You will not be getting my contact info as you've lost my business. If you read my review then you wouldn't be confused as to why my contact info isn't in your system. Rectify the matter by having service staff answer calls and a better tracking protocol for when someone does give their number for a call back.

I also think a lot of the 5 stars reviews are from their marketing team. I have been reading the reviews, and as soon as a bad review is posted, multiple 5 star reviews are posted within 24 hours.....

Sorry Sarah, I wasn't aware that you represent the entire public and are able to determine for everyone whether my review is useful or not. IF you properly read my review then you would comprehend that I am no longer looking to be contacted by Budd's because I have no intention of using your services. MY review is to inform the public of MY EXPERIENCE in trying to book an appointment. I'm guessing a bunch of "5" star reviews should pop up shortly...

I love Budd's Mazda located near 3rd Line and the QEW. Budd's always had what I needed for my Mazda 6. Andrea and the other service staff are top notch. I am retired now so my Kms have dropped by 70%. Budd's have modified my service plan to reflect the lower Kms as there is reduced wear on the vehicle and that saves me some money. They have my back and they have my business!
