Despite that we were sold a car that dis not exist in their available inventory and had to choose a diffrent oackage the real surprise came when it came for maintenance.
I chalked my tires for one alointment to see if they were actually going to be rotated during an oil change rotation apointment .My tires were not rotated and my service light not reset. This appointment cost 119 plus tax. Same apointment Burlington Mazda 63$ for oil change and 24$ for rotation .
Buds is over priced with poor service and they rip you off in service bay .

Michael was amazing. Super easy to work with, and had an incredible amount of knowledge about the vehicles that he was selling. I fancy myself as someone who does intense research before I buy something and usually know more about the product than the salesperson, not this time. Would definitely recommend Michael if you need a new car.
Earlier this month I was looking for a car to commute to school with. I test drove several other vehicles at other dealerships (civic, focus ect) before I test drove a 2012 Mazda3 at Budds. Matt Wren was my product advisor and was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience. The car itself was in great condition and was a lot more fun to drive than the comparable vehicles from the other manufacturers. I also liked the interior more and it had a lot more cool features like automatic lights and wipers, along with a leather interior. 1) Recently bought a used Mazda3 from Budds' Mazda. Had been doing homework on autotrader for couple of weeks, and finally got a very nice car with great price at this dealership . Love this car which is best for daily commuting. 2) Leigh helped me out through the whole process friendly, patiently and professionally. I got comprehensive test drive and detailed explanations for lots of questions. Thanks Leigh for this pleasant purchase experience. Service rep noticed that an additional recall was present on vehicle while I was only aware of one reason for appointment. Both corrections were made today and I was able to wait. Very impressed with Product advisor Sean Gooding, who offered me one of his chairs (all chairs being presently occupied in reception area.) Honesty and Integrity are good descriptors of this man. An engaging conversation ensued. I would trust his judgement when buying a vehicle.

Very happy with the whole process and the low mileage used Mazda CX-5 I bought in June 2020. I did a lot of research on the price range of the CX-5 and felt the vehicle at Budd s Mazda was competitively priced and the sales support from Sean was excellent.
The service department did a fantastic job on my vehicle. Fast, efficient and even under-budget! The only snag....when I came to pick up my vehicle the battery was flat, which caused a bit of an issue given their service department was closed. Thankfully they had a gentleman there late with access to their equipment for a boost, but still you don't expect that when picking up after a repair!
Under the most difficult circumsatnces in years, my service work was facilitated by Andrea in a most professional manner. Andrea takes the time to understand your particular situation and works around that. I changed from my previous car maker because I wanted the after-sale lervice and I got it. Thank you.

I own a 2007 Mazda Miata. Two years ago I bought a new key from Mazda.I never actually tried to use the manual part of the key until about a month ago as the electronic key always worked fine until then. Anyhow to my dismay the manual key would not work in the doors or in the ignition. I brought up my Mazda to the dealership. Not only did they replace the manual key but also fixed the old key ,so now I even have a spare manual key for the car.Also when I picked up the car it had been washed. When I asked was there any service charges I was politely told that there was none. The lady who took care of everything was Andrea Stathers, she was extremely professional and courteous. THANK you for the exceptional customer service. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this dealership.
Ryan , in the service department, was extremely helpful to me. I have an older model Mazda and had somehow disconnected the Bluetooth and was unable to make or receive calls. I had been able to pair my phone with my daughter s car , so I knew the problem wasn t with my phone. I had been told that my car was too old and that s why it wouldn t pair, even though it previously had been working perfectly. Ryan came out to my car and played around with it and was able to pair my phone with the car again. He was kind and courteous as he explained how he solved the problem. I really appreciated his help and expertise.
Very pleased with the service and interaction with the dealer during a new car purchase. I had already narrowed my choice to Mazda and one other manufacturer. However the closest Mazda Dealership to me did not treat me as a valued potential customer so I came to Budd's. All interactions professional, with high and obvious attention to Health and Safety during this Covid time. All of our dealing were marked with professionalism and setting / meeting all time and appointment commitments. Very happy with post sales follow-up. I really feel they want to keep me as a customer in the future and aren't going to ignore me now that they have the sale completed. Haven't used the Service Department yet (too soon) but I am anticipating continued superior experience.
The service of Budd's Mazda at Oakville is always reliable and fast. I had to wait like one and half hour for my latest maintenance and my car was thoroughly examined and well maintained. The lady at the reception was very polite and the service is very good!

Edit: I received a cheque from Budd's a week after I put up this review - which was after 2.5 months of me chasing after them for payment. I'm leaving my review and I stand by my rating as this situation caused me a lot of stress and wasn't handled properly by anyone involved. I do love my vehicle, but will not be returning to this location.
I've been a client of Budd's Mazda in Oakville since 2014. As my lease was coming to an end, their salesperson began emailing me to come in and discuss my end of lease options. While speaking with the same employee, he promised that if I purchased another car, Mazda would take care of the final payment on my lease and I could take my new vehicle home a month early - this was in early to mid December. I agreed, documents were signed, and I picked my new vehicle up on December 13th 2018. Today is February 16th, and despite exchanging 23 emails with the employee since January 11th (in which he confirms that Mazda is responsible for my final payment), this has NOT been paid.
My leasing company has now told me that if it is not paid immediately, it will go on my credit, which forced me to make the final payment myself. I sent yet another email yesterday early afternoon (Feb 15th) and have not heard anything back. Instead, I have been dealing with over a month of stress, calling my leasing agency every week to check if the payment has gone through, and then following up with the employee myself - never once has he reached out to me first - to find out why they haven't paid. "I have done all I can from my end" isn't a good enough reply when this has been going on for two full months now. Do more.
I have heard multiple excuses as to why the request wasn't even put in until a month after my agreement was made, but to be quite frank, no excuse is good enough for potentially harming someone's credit. Had Budd's Mazda done what they were supposed to do and not forgotten, this would have been resolved and I would not have had to chase after them for one simple payment. I didn't ask for this as part of my deal, they offered, and then did not follow through. This is completely unprofessional and shady behaviour. There are plenty of Mazda dealerships, I recommend going to one that won't waste your time like Budd's has mine.

Mike Holguin helped us with our purchase - and since we needed the car pretty quickly, really helped move the process along. Mike was attentive and thorough, and closed the "sales loop" with great follow up after we took delivery of the car.

Budds Mazda service department has the best staff and service I have experienced. After 40+ years of owning cars of different makes and models my opinion is justified. This team is professional, accurate, helpful and not overly pushy (which is offensive) and not condescending like some dealers. I am greeted with smiles and great customer care. My daughter agrees. They were able to fit me in on a short notice to carry out a safety inspection and also offered to fit in a service as the maintenance icon was on. Although there was no allotted time slot for the appointment, all the work was carried out expeditiously. The Service Adviser Ganesh Ramraj was friendly and professional. The shuttle service and driver, Paul, equally excellent.
ANDREA was my service advisor when I had my 2018 Mazda CX-5 in to get an oil change and alignment on Thursday Dec 12th(all work was reg scheduled maintenance). As always car is ready and done earlier than expected.
Andrea was very pleasant and really seems to know her stuff even when hearing her deal with other customers. She helped out with me by contacting the parts department people to come to the desk as I needed to order something. 4 days later on the Monday I was there to pick up the item I had ordered. I was very impressed with the fact she remembered my name when I walked in and knew the reason I was there was to pick up the item I ordered.
I just bought a new Mazda3 from George Zakrochkine. I was looking for the perfect combination of something sporty but also easy at the pumps. This guy is awesome. From his attention to detail, selling the experience of the drive, and even running ahead of me to open the doors before entering the building, he is on point.
It is very clear that there is a level of leadership and sales through service philosophy woven throughout the dealership. Everyone was friendly and courteous including other sales reps like Mike and then Andrea at reception.
What impressed me the most was the quickness in responses to my calls/emails whenever I had a question or concern (And I was not an easy sale, trust me). George was always prompt and accurate in his replies which shows he really stands behind the brand. It also eliminated any thought of superficial intent as his after sales service continued at the same high level from before I signed the papers.
I even got a re-polish on the car when it had rained an hour before the delivery time.
If you are thinking about a Mazda, or are completely unsure like I was, let these guys take care of you - When you are making a large purchase, it should be as easy as it is with these guys.

When I first went, Paulo Gomes took me on test drive where he explained the vehicle and the features. He asked me about what I was looking for in a vehicle and was able to point out some great reasons why I should go for the Mazda. He was the swing vote in my decision to make Mazda my car of choice. I have purchased 7 vehicles from here. All but one I had a great experience. I deal with Sean Gooding, my sales rep. He is fantastic! I will shop with him anywhere he goes. However I will never buy nor bring my car back to Budd's Mazda in Oakville for service. Upon delivery of my vehicle, there were a ton of swirl marks all over the car. Like they wiped it down with a rag filled with sand. Also there were scratches along the front driver fender and the driver door. I was not pleased. They did take it back to try and correct it but their correction was just to put some wax on it and try to hide it. Needless to say, after the first rainfall, the wax was gone and all the marks were visible again. Sarah Budd did contact me and offered to have them do it again, however at this time I have lost faith in their work. Why didn't they correct it properly the first time??? I had to go to an outside company, TOXIX DETAILING, to get the paint corrected and then had a ceramic coating added to protect the car. Budd's refused to pay for it. They claimed they could do it much cheaper. So why didn't they do it the first time??? I will never shop at any Budd's locations because I feel they did not give me what i paid for. A brand new car. I lost the feeling of excitement of when you see your new car on the lot all shiny and new. They stole that from me and never did help give that feeling back to me. So very displeased with them.

Even though the circumstances which had me looking for a car were unexpected, with a recent accident From the moment I entered your facility and In dealing with your Sales Advisor Jason Rebelo, it was an excellent experience. Jason worked very cooperatively both in terms of providing what I needed to make my decision, but also in working with my hectic schedule; and ultimately making it all happen. Jason was very pleasant, personable and respectful of my circumstances. I can honestly say that it is nice to deal with a sales person who can get things done, and not have to deal with the hard sell tactics and pressure that one often finds. He topped it all off last night by picking me up from my rental car drop-off and returning me to pick up my Mazda 3, above and beyond the call of duty! Of course, very much appreciated.

This was my first visit at Budds' Mazda, which was not planned to be honest. While driving on my way to work, the "check tire pressure" icon popped up unexpectedly on my dash. I drove over to Budds' as I was currently in the Oakville area, hoping that they could provide me with some answers. Andrea S was very welcoming at the service desk and she immediately called one of the technicians (Tony) over to take a look at my vehicle. Turns out there was a nail in my tire, that they were able to repair in no time! They even completed my oil change for me when asked, which saved me a trip to my regular dealership the following week. I really appreciated the high level of professionalism and priority that I received at this dealership. I will definitely recommend Budds' Mazda to friends and family and I look forward to returning to them in the future for my next service appointments.

Never let your leased car be grounded and repaired by this dealership!!! My wife has been leasing cars at this Mazda dealership for over 10 years and unfortunately this last lease will be our last. Our sales representative Deborah Blackburn and General Sales Manager Mehran Arabpour walked around her car and said the small dents and scratches would only be a few hundred dollars. We received another quote for $550 for repairs to the entire car and had it scheduled to be fixed the next day. Because they wanted to make the sale and get us into a new leased vehicle (A MONTH EARLY) they told us the price Mazda Canada would charge would be comparable. A few weeks later we received a bill for $2677. For a few small dents and scratches!!! I have been in a full on accident and the insurance company paid less than the repair bill for normal dents and scratches!! After pleading with them that we can't afford this because we have a two week old baby, my wife is not working and we are a loyal customer they reduced the price by a measly $300. They didn't give us the option of a wear and tear package like we have purchased on the new car, that would have saved us thousands if we were given that opportunity. I don't know how they can get away treating loyal customers like this, they should be ashamed of themselves!

My entire experience at Budds' Mazda began on a whim. I had just finished a test drive for a vehicle I had become really attracted to, but wasn't quite sold on. I decided I want to try one more car out that day, and stumbled over to Budds' Mazda. Best decision I made in 2020 I even proposed to my girlfriend in 2020, so yeah.
This Ford (2013 Ford Edge Limited) had, apparently, just made its way to the team at Budds and I got to test it out. I immediately fell in love with that vehicle. I could tell Mr. Gooding could notice that I wasn t ready to pull the proverbial trigger on his vehicle just yet, but he could still notice my desire for the vehicle. I greatly appreciated the respect he showed me while I was contemplating what massive decision I had to make. I was being bombarded by multiple sales representatives for my inquiries into their vehicles. Sean's ability to hold onto his patience with me resonates with me still, to this day. Mr. Gooding doesn t let his very smooth tongue do the talking. No, he allows the vehicles to speak for themselves. It began with my inquiry into the Mazda. It was carried over, equally, to the Ford Edge. At the end of the day, this motor vehicle was the best bang for my buck and I decided I did not want to lose out on the opportunity to own it. Sean could then notice my anticipation to own the vehicle and did not stop short of ensuring that I got the vehicle.
Once signatures went onto the appropriate dotted lines, we were anxiously awaiting the arrival of our previously loved (used) motor vehicle. Once I received word from Mr. Gooding that the vehicle was not going to be prepared in time for the scheduled appointment we had arranged, I was understandably gutted. My current motor vehicle was gifted to me, and was very much on its last leg. I was concerned that it would not survive long enough. Of course, when something totally unexpected happens it sucks. However, Mr. Gooding, and the team at Budds Mazda, helped encourage me that the wait for the vehicle was well worth the patience I had to provide. Ironically, I now had to apply the same patience Mr. Gooding applied to me earlier. This was a valuable lesson, and I appreciated experiencing it. No amount of money could have taught me that valuable lesson.
Once the vehicle was repaired as promised and fulfilled by Mr. Gooding, I was beyond excited! Once the plates were swapped, and all paperwork was provided I was ready to drive off into the sunset with my appropriately, now named, Ginger (2013 Ford Edge Limited). Yes, her name is Ginger. Show love to my Ginger, or else she will show you what her brand new turbo engine can do.
One last comment about Mr. Sean Gooding: His customer service and genuine care for people is natural. It is not forced, or coerced. It may have something to do with his personal life outside of work, however, I absolutely refuse to prejudice this absolute diamond. Whatever the reasoning for Mr. Gooding s cool demeanor is, it is amplified by the fact that Sean genuinely cares for his customers; His actions speak louder then his words. Go see for yourself. First time at Budds Mazda to have a service done. Great associates. Very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Not to mention my car was returned to me with a detailer comparable car wash at no extra charge. You pay a few extra dollars, but for peace of mind and a job done right, it's worth it.
