Mr. Leigh Armstrong provided us with excellent personal service during the recent purchase of our Volkswagen Beetle from Budds' Mazda.
Mr. Armstrong was fair, personal and not overbearing during our car acquisition experience.

I would never recommend anyone to go to this dealership and I would be skeptical of the Budds brand name.

My experience was:

I was proudly informed by staff that this dealership had the highest standards for customer service in the region. This was reassuring to me as I previously had bad experiences at another dealership.

I got a call to come in for an event to see about trading in my car. When I arrived, they assessed car and pulled the car proof report. I was informed I had previously had an accident on my car before I purchased it (from another dealership) and they offered me half of what I owed on my car.

I returned to two other dealerships within the week and not only did they offer me the full value of what was owing on my car but never mentioned the "accident" the Budds dealership had used to devalue my car.

When I reached out to the sales rep to ask to get a copy of the car proof report, he told me he did not know how to get that for me.

This dealership seems to me to be liars and trying to cheat you out of your money. I am always weary of dealerships but this one has broken my trust in the Mazda brand. I will be very careful ever buying a car from Mazda or from the Budds brand name.

It was easy and safe to have my car serviced with Budd s Mazda. Katie explained the process, and all physical interactions were kept to a minimum. I paid the invoice online and I picked up the car later in the day without any other contact. Service was done as expected and car was washed. Will continue to come here for service.

Nothing more excited then buying your first car... also not exactly the easiest thing to do. Budds made it all possible. Special shout out to Matt wren who made my first car possible. Great guy even better salesman. This is the place and person to go to about anything car related. He's awesome

Recently purchased a Pre-owned Mazda3 which was in perfect condition. Sales woman was Deborah Blackburn and did everything in her power to ensure that my first car was a good one. She did not place too much pressure on me and gave me a price of around $2,000 less than what JP Motors offered for a car in much worse quality. I highly recommend Budd's Mazda not just for their fair prices but for their customer service as well. They definately gave me a reason to bring my business back in the future.

I went to other brands for a test drive, did not enjoy all until I visited Budd s Mazda and went for a test drive with Jason! He loves his job and understands the car from bumper to bumper and knows exactly what you should test in a test drive. Even when it comes to test drive duration, Budd s Mazda was the longest test drive I had, which gives you more time to feel the car you are testing and gets used to it.

Excellent service! Made buying a car so simple. I was coming out of a CX-9 and really wanted something smaller and was looking at the CX-5. I have very little time for the dealership bait and switch of sales person, finance manager, sales person, finance manager... I just want to know if it will work in my budget for the features I want. I was also straight forward in the up-selling experience - tell me about it, what it costs and be honest and I will decide if I need it. Done. Quick, simple, no bait and switch, no 3 hours at the dealership. Can test drive, ask questions, find out budget in an hour and buy a car on my lunch which is EXACTLY what I need to do. I can't tell you the number of hours I've spent in other dealerships. Sean Gooding is a kind, honest and trustworthy sales person. I would highly recommend him and I sincerely hope he's still there in 4 yrs when I need my next lease. Thanks Budds Mazda, great staff, great experience!

Took my vehicle in to Mazda to swap my snow tires for summer all season tires. Budds' Mazda has great service and my car was ready, in the allotted time frame of 2 pm last week. The staff are great and make you feel like part of the Budds' Mazda family.

Called the dealership to determine availability of a specific pre owned Mazda and was provided a price which was seemed reasonable. I then received a call a few minutes later advising the price was incorrect and the cost was actually 30 % more. Im glad I didn t make arrangements to attend the dealership. I think this was the old fish hook sales technique. Thought car dealerships moved past this type of salesmanship.....very poor customer service and business ethics!!!!!

Rahul is a great sales advisor at this location. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough with the product and can answer questions that are often not even on the website. I think it's a key characteristic of a caring advisor that you will often not find anywhere else.

Overall, I've had a great experience with the sales and financing department, and I've heard good things about the Budd's brand in general. Will follow again with a review on the mechanic side.

I work in Burlington and have a 45 minute commute to work from Cambridge. Recently on my way to work I got a flat tire and had a lot of trouble getting through or a half decent person on the phone at a Mazda dealership. A lot of places basically said they didn't care and couldn't help. When I called Budd's Mazda, Katie got back to me right away and marked me in as an emergency to get my tire fixed right away. She was extremely helpful and very friendly through the whole experience. Within less than 2 full days I had a new tire and rim on my car, all thanks to Katie at Budds. Service was excellent. I appreciate them taking me in so quickly and getting things fixed so I could be on my way. In any Mazda related emergency away from home, this is the place to go!

Had an unfortunate experience when I was driving home along the QEW last Friday, I started losing speed and I went to the side and put my hazard light on. I called Oakville Mazda for assisstance and I was advised what to do. Action towing co. came to the rescue and towed the car to the Mazda dealership on Third Line and the staffs were very helpfull and comforting like Katie, Andrea and also my Mazda salesman Sean. Some of their newer cars are definitely looking good. Dealing with dealership is the same thing wherever you are. Of course they are going to try to get the best price they can sell so cannot blame them. Open till late that s a benefit. Overall good experience here.

I've only had positive experiences at Budds Mazda. On the numerous occasions I have brought my car in for service, I have always been greeted by friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff who greatly value the customer experience at the dealership. Ganesh, in particular is a outstanding individual who possesses great customer service and communication skills. He will always effectively communicate all action items for the upcoming service, duration of service / repair and whether or not the customer is satisfied before leaving their car. I have always been offered a complimentary loaner vehicle for repairs that may take longer than expected. During times where I had to wait to pick up my car, Budds Mazda offered me a free complimentary car wash. However small the magnitude of this gesture, it goes a long way in the eyes of customers like myself. I feel my time is valued. I would recommend Budds' Mazda for anything service related.

Our family have been with Budds Mazda for over 5 years now, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Both our vehicles are regularly maintained at the Service Dept and the team of Katie, Andrea, and Ganesh has always made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Even our son enjoys visiting them as they take time out of their busy days to chat or to show him around. Each service was explained thoroughly to us, so we always know exactly what will be done. We are always kept informed of any updates, delays, or additional requirements, and are notified as soon as the vehicles are ready for pick up. When a new repair is discovered, I have always been given realistic expectations, and have never felt pressured to agree to the additional expenses. They have always followed through on their promises, or otherwise quick to offer solutions should something unexpected occurs. I have never had an issue contacting Katie or Andrea, as they have always returned my messages and e-mails promptly, and are very accommodating when scheduling all of our appointments. We definitely feel valued and have always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Thank you to everyone for taking such good care of our vehicles and our family!

Avoid at all costs. Teeter-tottering on fraudulent.

From the get-go I was told lies about the vehicle I was interested in buying. Being interested in the vehicle regardless, I went forward with the purchase... boy what a mistake.

- Told me that for my deposit to go through I'd have to sign their purchase agreement
- They "accidently" misread the MILES on the vehicle: we paid for a car with 77,000km when it turned out to have over 125,000km.
- Misrepresented the features included in the car
- Screamed at my mother on the showroom floor
- Treated us like absolute criminals for wanting our money back despite them breaking their own contract.
- Tried to get us to hand back over the keys, car, and ownership with no cheque in sight!

Friendly service! Katie was absolutely fantastic with customer service, quick prompt, friendly, and very helpful. I brought my car in for an oil change and wiper replacement, although there was a little mishap where I had to bring my car in again the same day, the service tech and Katie together again was prompt and quick to fix the issue and I was on my way again. Overall fantastic experience! I will be coming back for all my service needs!! Highly recommend this place!

Budds' Mazda is the ninth wonder of the world! How did you ever convince Led Zeppelin to get back together again and do a set on the VERY MORNING MY CAR WAS DUE FOR SERVICE!?!?!?!? They were awesome, they did everything from the early days, including Black Mountain Side and Communication Breakdown. I was really sorry my car was ready before the end of the set (...so I went out and broke my rear light and complained about it, so I could stay). I look forward to future band reunions at Budds' Mazda. I wonder if you get the Beatles next time (except for the ones that are dead of course. Even Budd's Mazda can't do that).

Sean Gooding, the Sales & Product Advisor we dealt with, is very knowledgable on the vehicles there and helped us weigh the good and not-so-good aspects of the used car we were interested in, and helped us take the right decision. Right from the time we first entered the dealership, to driving away with our CX-5 a week later, my wife and I were treated with respect and professionalism which made us really comfortable. We leased the CX5 GT and it comes with almost all features. The only thing with Mazda is the sunroof is not that big. We found the price to the value is much better than any other car. My wife and I took the opportunity to browse the cars in and around the showroom at Budds Mazda and very soon after we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted with a reassuring professional politeness and genuine enthusiasm to answer any and all questions we had to ask to learn more about the cars my wife an I were interested in.

3 weeks later (a timing situation) we drove away with a brand new, fantastic Mazda 3 GS 2014 model, affordable price, awesome quality, that we could not be any happier with and thanks to the welcoming nature of the dealership, made our decision even more easier to go with the Mazda 3.

Our point of contact and source of information was a very helpful and informative saleswoman by the name of Deborah Blackburn.

There are many other contributing factors that left my wife and I reassured to buy from Budds Mazda, but a generalisation will suffice.

As a first time car buyer I was a bit nervous going into the dealer thinking that every dealership was "out to get me". Mike was extremely helpful in showing us options that worked for what we wanted and he was very honest and open since the beginning in highlighting the benefits of each car.

Great experience at Budds' Mazda. The product advisor who helped with my purchase (Leigh Armstrong) was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the process. My 2014 Mazda3 was in great condition and for a great price. On our test drive Leigh gave us a full run-down of the car's features and what it could do. Made the purchase the very same day.

We took the car back for servicing a couple times and the service manager Jason Corrigan helped us. Jason was very helpful and ensured that any and every issue was taken care of. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the car.
