Sean was an excellent salesman. Saved the sale for this store after I almost went elsewhere based on poor service from Yash the business manager. It should be known that even if a customer refuses insurance and all the gimmicks, and demands a certain level of service, that professionalism prevails. Again, Sean was excellent and made the experience positive overall.

I bought a Mazda 3, 2014 GS-SKY for my wife, and we both admit that the car is amazing. The exterior shape is athletic, interior is top-shelf, and seats are very comfortable. I've been getting my Mazda serviced at another Mazda dealership for the past 3 years with mixed reviews. Due to Covid, I thought of switching to a dealership closer to home (why I didn't think of that before is beyond me).
Took my CX-5 for a annual service along with a few other add-ons. Katie (the service lady) was amazing. She was clear, transparent and very friendly.
Unfortunately after I picked the car up later in the day I noticed a small crack in my rear brake lights (most likely caused by opening and closing the rear hatch while my bike rack was hanging).
I told them about what had happened and they immediately offered to do a no-questions-asked replacement of the broken part. I was really impressed with their "customer first" attitude.
Will definitely be servicing m car from here now on.
Since the purchase of Mazda 3 sports vehicle in 2015, service to the vehicle as required is performed by Budds' Mazda at Oakville location. The service representatives of the dealership are very courteous and informative in providing advice attending to the needs to be done for the reliable functioning of the vehicle. It's a pleasure with confidence to recommend this dealership to any Mazda owner for reliable and courteous service.
Took my 2015 Mazda 3 GT in with some clunking and banging in the front end when doing parking maneuvers. Waited and hour and a half to be told nothing was wrong and they couldn't find the problem. So I asked to have the chance to show what it's doing. Service manager came to see an hour later after the conference call. Acknowledged the issue as a control arm and bushing replacement covered under warranty. So I booked an apt for the following Tuesday. Job was done very fast. Within an hour. But they didn't do an alignment before handing me the keys. So after driving it for a few hours I brought it back in. Which was inconvenient. To have them fix it properly. No issues with it now.
Only complaints I have about this service dept are the prices as they do not match up with any other Mazda dealers.
401 Dixie, Airport, Erin Mills & Weston Mazda all have the same prices. Budds Mazda is a lot higher. Not sure if that's because it's in Oakville and it's okay to over charge. But that's their business.
Also didn't like that a tech looked over it and said it was fine. Then the service manager who's also a tech looks over it and says it's not fine. That to me means your garage staff need some training if they are letting cars go that aren't fixed. What if it's something small that turns big? And quickly?
Would only recommend this service station if you know what's wrong with your car. If not go to another place.
Visited Toyota, Accura and Mazda today and the difference in quality of customer experience went from Heavenly ( Mazda ) to hell ( Toyota ) ... Accura was bang in the middle ... Budds Mazda was not only organized and welcoming but super clean and presentable which honestly is what a dealership should be all about. I was approached by 3 different representatives from time to time asking if I was being helped out ( Meanwhile I had to ask for someone in all other dealerships ) and eventually Jason handled our case and was super welcoming, informative and fast to handle all the paperwork ( Toyota took 45mins to get a rep). Honestly after visiting all the dealers my experience at Budds was worth writing and appreciating!

3 years later - I bought the new 2017 CX5 over the weekend. I had another great experience, this time with Rahul as the salesperson and Pat as the Manager. Budds' Mazda is a really great dealership. Both the sales team and the service team. I've never experienced a dealership this great.

Unfortunately my experience was just unacceptable.
Two different occasions I booked meetings for sign documentation to co-sign on a vehicle purchase.
Both times I sat for half an hour to await form signing. The first time I had to go into the financing managers office (she didn t know I was here) after the receptionist let me know that she had advised her I was here.
Second time both financing managers did not show up or were not in the office no one could explain why.
It s just common curtesy to be kind to the customers time. The worst part of all of this is the fact that you get treated so well during the sales process and extremely poorly after.
After my frustration with my touch screen, I was contacted by the account manager, who took great concern in my case and made sure my car gets fixed as soon as possible. Service was great ever since. Thank you so much for your quick response and prompt action

My second and last time there. Car was supposed to be serviced for 3-4 hr it was there for over 5. My car is not even 2 years old and the AC broke, AC is under warranty but because it was not manufacture defect I ended up paying for them to even check it. I also have extended warranty and was told my car is covered for everything, apparently not. Last time I was there there I was told 2 of my tires will have to be replaced as they were in the yellow for thread, this time they magically made it back to green and look fine. Inconsistent.
Matt at Budds is awesome! Finally a salesman with a personality. He was professional and always ready with a tasteful joke. The process was enjoyable from start to finish. He answered all our questions and delivered on everything he promised. He even made sure my phone was hooked up before I left with the car. Hi, id like to say thanks to Jason Rebelo at Budds Mazda for all of the help and hard work when it came time for me to need a car because mine was lost in a crash. With the very little time the insurance companies gave me (less then a week) with the rental car, Jason did everything he could to get me into something comfortable, and met my budget from the insurance company. It may seem small but at the end of the day Jason made the whole accident and car buying situation very easy and quick. Thanks to the team at Budds, ill definatly be sending as much business i can!
UPDATE: Since writing the review below I was contacted by Jason the department manager and he helped me arrange an appointment with the shop to fix the scratch. I am happy to say that they were able to accommodate the appointment right away and the paint job looked good as new. Thank you Jason for jumping in and making it right.
Original review: I have been going to this Mazda for service on my Mazda 3 since 2011 when I purchased used from them. The service is always been decent and priced well.
Why 1 star? Because last month I left my car there for two recall fixes one of witch required the front driver seat to be removed and the adjustment handle replaced. The night I picked my car I failed to notice the massive scratch left on the inside of the door... There is no way a scratch like this could happen in any other way but by their service ppl. So here goes it, they scratch my car, keep quit and hope I don't notice, when I call first told me the service Manager is on vacation so had to wait for them to come back. Obviously they never called back to follow up. Next few times I called in they didn't seem to have a record of my complaint...
In short typical dealership shady behavior not owning their mistake and making it right for the customer. And here I was thinking they are better that this...
Service was excellent! While my car was in for scheduled maintenance, I wanted to have it checked to ensure that collision repairs had been appropriately completed. They sent me an email before my appointment to let me know the cost of the additional service and then when the service took less time than expected, they reduced the fee. Ganesh kept me updated along the way and sent me home with a clean car! Thanks!

The folks at Budds' Mazda have always taken good care of me and my car, even back when they were still QEW Mazda. The initial sales experience was a positive one, ditto for all the service appointments since then. They've solicited my feedback on a couple of occasions and then implemented some of my suggestions, which makes me feel valued as more than just a source of revenue. I was looking for a replacement for my ten-year-old Mazda 3 Sport and found a pre-owned one online that looked promising. Even though I live east of Toronto and the car was in Oakville, after speaking with Rabi Lahdo on the phone I decided it was worth the drive to Oakville. I have never had such a positive experience purchasing a car before. Rabi was so knowledgeable, prepared, pleasant and helpful. I never felt pressured in the slightest and purchased the car with confidence. I would highly recommend him!

What a place to buy or even drive to. I came there recently to look around at the New 3 that me and my husband like. It was just awful. Your front line cars are park in the worse way possible. I mean cars in the airport or local Sobye's are parked in better way The whole lot seems like pile of either used and DUSTY/DIRTY mazda 3's or new but also DIRTY new vehicles. Your lot guy just does not have any manners of care AT ALL!! i HAVE NEVER SEEN PLACE LIKE THIS. After this poor experiences I went to neext town over and was super amazed. Bought my first CX-5 SOMEHWERE ELSE!!!! When I read about all the good reviews, I find it hard to believe theyt are true
I am enjoying my new Mazda CX3 very much. It is very smooth to drive and I am nice and warm with the warmed seats and steering wheel! The safety features interrupt my train of thought or attention sometimes but I will get used to that. I hope this car will last a long time with no problems. My two daughters also like driving my car too! It is a hit! Thank you for all your help.

And, lucky me, before owning the car for a week, I had to pleasure of experiencing both the Road Side Assistance and the service department, too. There is nothing wrong with the car. The new Mazda CX-5 is great. I'm so impressed with the mileage.
First day of owning the car, I locked my keys inside, while quite far from home. Road Side Assistance was there in under 40 minutes and had me on my way.
I also somehow ran over a big screw and it was stuck in my tire. I drove right into the service department and they fixed it right away.......and it was covered under the tire insurance I purchased with the car. Awesome!!

Incredible experience. 4th Mazda dealership and the first to truly help me. I ve had 2 Mazda s and their service department was the first to properly inform me of warranty services in detail and make sure I was taken care of. Whereas other dealerships have charged me for work that would have been covered, which is shameful. I just want to say thank you and I recommend taking your Mazda here! This dealership is just not one you want to go to. Bought my car from here... payed for extra warranty to find out ever time I go in to get something checked which is under my warranty there is a fee of 50$ + to fix whatever my issue is and I was NOT told about this! Go to another Mazda dealership and save yourself from going to this one. I m going to sell my car and go to another Mazda dealership myself.

The staff in the Service Dept. are awesome! They are all so pleasant and have answers for all my questions. I never get pressured with "up-sells" and the work is always performed as described. Plus they wash my car! I actually bought my car at another dealership but wasn't happy with the service dept. so tried Budd's and have never looked back.

They play the same old car sales person games. They agree to something to get you back in their dealership then they deny that the have agreed to this. Very unhappy with this dealership and will never deal with them again.

Purchased 2017 mazda6 from Budds in June. We have dealt directly with Sean Gooding. He has been very professional, polite and gave us the time we needed to make our decision. He was fair and honest, understood that we had other competitor vehicles in mind. He was able to let his product stand by itself without trying to oversell it or putting down the competition. He understood what others had to offer and made fair comparisons between them. If you do your homework you'll most likely have all the answers right off the bat, however it is good to deal with someone that is honest and doesn't make you feel like you're wasting your time with b.s.. We felt no pressure at all which made the experience that much more pleasant. We highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a mazda. We have had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships(not budds) where we left unsatisfied and feeling like we got ripped off. As usual we did our homework before this purchase. Came in with a price in mind that we felt was fair to both ourselves and Budds. Negotiation took all of 10 mins... no joke... not only did we get the car we liked we also got it at the price we wanted. When it came down to the financing/accessories/add-ons portion we dealt with Yash Luthra, who was also a pleasure to deal with. No pressure for purchasing extras and everything was straight forward and quick. Buying a car shouldn't be a painful exercise nor should it be stressful; as I'm sure we have all experienced in the past... this was our first Budds experience and it won't be our last! Overalll, I was left happy and satisfied.
