So it was not Brown Brothers fault at all. It was actually Lincoln Canada. Brown brothers too immediate action the morning of pick up and had the car looking 100%. Thanks again for looking after my father on his second Lincoln purchase from this dealer and will obviously be another repeat customer again and again.

My friend and I were travelling on vacation through Vancouver when both my brakes and rotars on my car needed replacing. Marcus was very helpful. He understood that we were stranded far from home and needed to get fixed up fast. He and the staff were all very kind and expedited our repairs so that we could make it home sooner. He also cut me a break on parts because of our monetary situation. My cars brakes work great now and we are on our way home. Just leased a 2017 Explorer Sport and Fusion Sport. My lease on a 2013 Explorer Sport had just ended. The salesperson i originally leased this from was one of the worst i have had to endure. He was beyond useless and less than helpful and I was deliberately not going to go back to Brown Brothers over this. Before my lease was up Lori Watt's the leasing manager contacted me and i went in and saw her for quotes. To keep the review short i will not be able to go into all the way's she helped me and made this the best car purchasing experience I have had. I ordered them before the friends and family plan was released and without having to even haggle with her she gave me a better price than i would have received on the friends and family and with the Costco $1000 discount. Just picked up the Explorer yesterday and without asking she readjusted her original quote and came in less than her original quote and less than what i paid for a year end 2013 model last time. She took my 2013 off my hands with no questions asked and to be honest is was dinged up pretty bad and missing a key. I can not give a stronger referral to anyone looking for a new car than to go see Lori Watt's. Life would be much easier if all the people we dealt with when making purchases were this helpful.

My car was orginally fixed by Brown Bros Ford for an engine warning light...I had to take it back a few months later to another Ford dealer in Victoria, and they charged me $182 for the repair...I was pretty p%**ed as this should have been a warranty repair...the Victoria dealer said they would have covered it but someone left hoses loose and it had been humanly intervened with, so no warranty...I called Brown Bos Ford, and was kind of mad about it...what did they do? Took 100% responsibility, apologized, then ask me to email my bill, and 2 days later sent me a cheque covering 100% of the repair bill...what a CLASS ACT...it is how they responded to a mistake that has me give them 5 Stars...the other repair they did (oil leak) was stellar...they are amazing and I trust them...
The salesperson Jerry Maligranda was beyond awesome, he was very knowledgeable and kept me updated all throughout the wait for the vehicle as it was a factory order. He guided me throughout the sales process and was an absolute delight to deal with. I am happy to say he was the only reason I bought the car from Brown Bros. Ford. The rest of the staff was courteous and knowledgeable as well. The sales experience was perfect with everything going smoothly.

I emailed an offer for a Raptor to a manager, John Suman, and never got a response. I followed up with a voicemail a few days later but he still didn't respond. If the offer was low, at least I could have been given the courtesy of a 'thanks but no thanks'. I ended up making a deal with Cam Clark Ford on a new Raptor. If Mr. Suman's lack of eagerness to sell cars is indicative of the culture at Brown Bros, stay away from these guys. Cam Clark Ford is more than happy to sell you a vehicle providing excellent service. I also dropped by Coastal Ford and the guys there were great as well.
Could not be happier with service and professionalism I received at Brown Brothers from Bob Izra and the rest of the team at Brown Brothers. Bob took the time to really find out what I wanted but more importantly what our family needed in a vehicle. Met Bob just before closing on a terrible cold and rainy night just 20 minutes before closing. Despite the time and conditions we walked the lot. Bob showed me what was there, not to sell but to truly find out what I was looking for. We shook hands and then he got to work keeping in contact with me until he found our 2019 Flex. Went to many dealerships in my search but only Bob made me feel like someone was actually working for both me and his dealership.
Also want to thank the Sales Manager Wayne who made delivery so painless. A true professional and gentleman. Thanks for allowing me to bring in my puppy and daughter as the night threw us some scheduling curves.

I have a 2016 Ford Focus RS and have been notified about the head gasket issue via my FordPass app.
I called in and asked for service to schedule an appointment and was greeted by a lady who sounded really annoyed to take my call.
I called stating that i was looking to book an appointment for the head gasket issue for a 2016 Ford Focus RS, and she responded with: "Sir, there are MANY issues with MANY cars we have. I'm going to need you to give me the recall letter from Ford". Kinda rude.
"I don't have that letter, but I do have this notification from the FordPass..." "Sir, until you have that letter in my hands i can't do anything for you."
"Can I give you my VIN#? Maybe you can look it up. Here it is...XXXXXX" "Sir, that VIN# starts with a letter, and there is no such thing for Ford vehicles. I suggest you go back to your car to recheck it."
"The Focus RS was built in Germany, so maybe it looks a little different. And I used that exact VIN# and can find it online and my FordPass app." "Can you repeat it back to me again?" "OK. XXXXXXXX"
"Sir, that is a 16 digit VIN# and i can't do ANYTHING in my system. I need 17 digits. You are going to either have to recheck your VIN# or call Ford Canada yourself. Here is the number. XXX-XXX-XXXX"
At this point, i was so annoyed and frustrated by her tone of voice that i stopped listening. I have a brand new Ford, under warranty, looking to schedule in some recall/warranty work and this lady was being extremely rude.
How is it possible that I can find it online via the Ford Service website and also in FordPass, and you can't find it in your system?
And if you can't find it in your system, then take my phone# down, say "you'll figure it out, or talk to someone who knows" and get back to me. Don't give me some phone# for me to call and to figure it out for you. This is a completely unacceptable response.

After several months of research looking for a good used 2013 F-150. I found "the one" on-line at Brown Bros Ford. I decided to go see it and was met by an Ashley Pattie whom told me the vehicle was off site that day. As it turns out, they had just received a new 2014 that met my needs even better than the 2013 I was planning to see. The price also happened to be comparable. Ashely was very helpful. This was the most stress free purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. It was well worth the drive from Maple Ridge. Ashley was friendly, courteous and made the buying process easy. Good work Ashley! Brown Brothers has been servicing my Transit Connect since I bought it in 2011. Their customer service makes the whole experience a pleasure--from the timely check-in process to the complimentary transport to the Canada Line station so I can get to work on time. Prices are reasonable, and the work they've done on my vehicle has been consistently excellent.
I'm not very happy with the service department. After several attempts to get a courtesy car finally got the appointment. Dropped off my car on Monday but the technician only works on Tuesday to Friday! !!...unbelievable. ...
Usually we get Sam but hand over to Molly. She did an excellent job. She informed us the problem with the car through phone. It took so long for the service but it s worth it. She explained very well what service had done in our vehicle. Got car washed. Thanks for shuttle driver who dropped us to the mall and also who washed our car.

The service here is excellent we prefer to take our vehicle to the service department where the heavy trucks are for a little bit more personalize service. Marcus does an excellent job of keeping us up-to-date and making sure our trucks are well looked after. Five stars for brown brothers easily.

Really Disappointed. Paid over $500 dollars for regular service and fix check engine/ Def fault. Left after paying bill and both lites came on again. Told me would go away on its own. Never did. Then next day truck completely failed. Towed to Coastal Ford where they said it was nox sensor. Now they have me over barrel as part is double than cost online. Paid $4000 for extended warranty thru Secure , and they wont cover either. Online I found out this is huge problem with F350 s etc. Ford knows about it but will not issue recall. Never buy a Ford again.
Finally, I received the service I expect! I had a right rear signal light which was burnt out and because of past experience getting a quick look at a problem ("low tire pressure moniter warning") where I was given a three day wait time, I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere. When I could get the problem looked at within an estimated time frame (any time during the day for a signal light), I came back to Brown Bros and was very impressed by Peter Chu and the service. I was invited to wait until it could be looked at and given a time estimate of 2 to 3 hours. The job was done within 2 hours. Thank you Peter and Brown Bros. For such small matters, which albeit are a safety issue I expect my auto service company to assess the issue or deal with it in a reasonable time even if I am a walk in. Peter exceeded my expectations and of course I was pleasantly surprised.
Everthing was going well with my service appointment, untill i mentioned my extended warranty. thats when they went from excited to see me to uninterested and some what in shock that they had to contact securedrive (they had sold me when i bought the truck). my 7000$ warranty didnt cover my warped rotors (that i bought the truck with)and so i had to pay myself. if your going just for service and paying in cash, then you will have a good experience.
Fatih and the finance crew were professional, honest and patient. I've been shopping around at other Ford dealerships in the area but they didn't have what I wanted in stock (color, options, terms, etc.) and were not as professional as these guys. I couldn't have chosen a better Ford dealership. Overall a great experience. These guys are top notch. Highly recommended!
Recently leased a 2020 Aviator from Brown Bros Very impressed with all the staff, Bob Ezra the sales consultant was exceptional and made sure we were very satisfied with the purchase. This was a very quick sale I called Bob the night before to see if any Aviators were available. One in the colour and trim was in stock the vehicle was made available to me the next day. Again exceptional service from all staff involved with special thanks to Bob for making it a great experience.

Always is a pleasure to deal with staff of Brown Bros Ford. The Service team are very professional and polite all the time. I would never take my Ford-150 to another shop so If you really want to get a good and fast service should give them a call.
The only place I will trust for servicing my s550 mustang and Focus RS. Every staff that works there put their customers first, hence why this is the only place I will come back to.
In mid September I made an appointment to have my snow tires installed Oct 17. Some additional diagnostic work was also required as my interior lights were not working properly. My appointment was for 10 o'clock, and I informed them I would wait while the work was performed. At 12:30 I saw my vehicle being removed from the tire bay and assumed the entire job was done. I was informed that the diagnostic work would be done next, after the lunch break. I didn't get my vehicle back until 2pm.....after waiting more than 4 hours in the waiting room. When I'm given an appointment for 10am, I expect the work on my vehicle to begin at 10am. A simple snow tire installation didn't begin until almost 2 hours after my appointment time.....and then the rest of the work didn't begin until after a scheduled lunch break. The entire working time on the vehicle was probably just over an hour...and for that I was required to wait for more than 4 hours. Not impressed. If you give out an appointment time, and you know the owner is waiting for the vehicle, you need to do a better job in getting it through the shop. My previous experience at Brown Bros have been good. Not this time. And, I now have to return for another appointment as the diagnostic work showed I need to replace one of the "lighting regulator modules?".....and it was not in their parts stock.
Brown Bros ford... everyone here is extremely friendly. I ve taken my car(s) to other Ford dealerships and had horrible experiences until I came to Brown Bros... the service is amazing. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful whether booking an appointment, looking around at a new car, picking up keys, asking a question... literally anything. Even getting a phone call saying my car is done they are just super friendly and outgoing. :)
I was in Vancouver in a extended work trip when my 2016 f150 had a Maintenence light came on.
I called around to multiple Ford dealerships as I still had warranty. They picked up the phone and got me in the next day for what turned out to be a major issue (transmission fluid pump).
My service advisor Molly was fantastic. She called and kept me informed every step of the way. She even arranged for me to be able to pick up my truck after hours as I worked when this dealership was open and didn t get off till after they were closed.
The technicians had my truck diagnosed and fixed in two days, which honestly is amazing!

Following a recall notice from Ford Canada to have the passenger side air bag replaced in my 2009 Ford Edge SEL, after several failed attempts to have a firm appointment as a result of considerable confusion that the work had already been carried out in Seattle, I was contacted by Amanda in the Brown Bros Ford reception and given a firm appointment for Tuesday April 23, 2019. Not only was Amanda more than helpful and efficient but she referred my to an equally helpful and efficient Service Advisor, Ryan Empalmado. Ryan immediately took charge of my appointment and had the work put into effect almost immediately. When I picked up my vehicle a little later after it having been thoroughly cleaned, I was left with the impression that Brown Bros Ford and the 2 employees who took care of my problem could have done absolutely more to make sure that I was completely satisfied . I had My Hybrid vehicle into the service centre to replace the 12 volt battery. I was able to get a next day appointment. On arrival at the dealership, all precautions had been taken to ensure safe handling of both my vehicle and myself during this pandemic. The repair was completed right away and I was on way. I m pleased with the job done and as always I enjoyed dealing with the employees. A very professional service centre that I would recommend.
My husband and I went in to brown brothers to look at a Ford escape. Our salesman, Fatih, was very pushy, and wouldn't budge on prices at all, even when we offered to pay in full in cash. Both the salesman and sales manager were very arrogant. They left us in the office for 1/2hr to bring back the price if we traded our car in. At this point we had already seen the sticker price. They were extremely pushy and didn't want us to think about it. When we weren't happy the price, instead of trying to adjust things to make a sale, the sales manager sarcastically said maybe we should look at a different model. Needless to say I will not be buying from this dealership. FYI you work at Ford not a luxery dealership.
I found the staff, courteous, organized and helpful. The dealership was COVID-19 friendly but not over the top. One aspect that I found was not customer friendly was the dealership asked me if I filled up the courtesy car. I told them, that I only went home and returned to the dealership, which was less than 10 kms. As the courtesy car was a hybrid, I thought the amount of fuel used was minimal at best. They confirmed that I go and fill up the gas tank. I did and it took $4.25 of fuel around 5 litres. I mentioned to the dealership if I used that much fuel in 10kms then they better not promote their hybrids as fuel efficient. Because of this I can t give them a higher rating
Brought my Ford Edge in for it's regular service and I was really surprised how fast they were able to finish the work! I highly recommend getting the service package with any new car, saves times and money over the course of the year. Sam Shurbaji at the service desk was extremely helpful!

I was looking for a relatively recent model with low kms so that I could hold onto it for a while. Brown Bros Ford had what I was looking for with an aggressively competitive price! Took 6 hours for a simple inspection. The guy who was in charge of my truck was dismissive and unprepared. He asked me for the phone number of the guy paying to get the inspection done and he didn't know that he had already offered to prepay but was told not to. I phoned after 3 hours and apparently a few hours means 6. No apology or explanation besides "that's the way it is". I've had good service here before but definitely not today.

In January my Ford Escape had a coolant system issue. Brown Bros fixed it promptly. In March I had another diagnostic light alert so booked appointment to have another look. I was told it was a similar but different problem the computer hadn't mentioned the first time. It was fixed while i had a loaner car. All good and service fellow, Ryan got the diagnostic charge waived. I was unhappy with the costs for labor as I felt if it had been accurately diagnosed the first time all would have been done simultaneously. I asked to speak with service manager who understood and very pleasantly waive the labor cost.
While not thrilled regarding the cars reliability after only 80K I was very happy with Brown Bros. service department.
The entire process was seamless!!! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The service was beyond my expectations. Thank you to Johnny for all your help!
I was looking for a used car with good fuel consumption. I was inquiring about the Ford Fiesta at Brown Bros. Ashley Pattie called me and set a date and time to see the vehicle. I brought along my wife but my wife wanted a bit bigger car. Ashley help us find another Ford vehicle. She helped us very much from looking the vehicle at their stockyard, arranging the paper work and assisting us getting the price that is within our budget. We got the brand new Focus. There is a minor concern about the paint protection and a missing component but Ashley solve them quickly. Thank you Ashley!

Their sales know nothing about their vehicle and they don't give you very good after sale service. You could never get a loanet car from them for anything. But they do have a good selection. And if you're looking for a lincoln. They're the only dealership in the city of vancouver.
