Took 6 hours for a simple inspection. The guy who was in charge of my truck was dismissive and unprepared. He asked me for the phone number of the guy paying to get the inspection done and he didn't know that he had already offered to prepay but was told not to. I phoned after 3 hours and apparently a few hours means 6. No apology or explanation besides "that's the way it is". I've had good service here before but definitely not today.
