I found the staff, courteous, organized and helpful. The dealership was COVID-19 friendly but not over the top.
One aspect that I found was not customer friendly was the dealership asked me if I filled up the courtesy car. I told them, that I only went home and returned to the dealership, which was less than 10 kms. As the courtesy car was a hybrid, I thought the amount of fuel used was minimal at best. They confirmed that I go and fill up the gas tank. I did and it took $4.25 of fuel around 5 litres.
I mentioned to the dealership if I used that much fuel in 10kms then they better not promote their hybrids as fuel efficient.
Because of this I can t give them a higher rating
