Following a recall notice from Ford Canada to have the passenger side air bag replaced in my 2009 Ford Edge SEL, after several failed attempts to have a firm appointment as a result of considerable confusion that the work had already been carried out in Seattle, I was contacted by Amanda in the Brown Bros Ford reception and given a firm appointment for Tuesday April 23, 2019. Not only was Amanda more than helpful and efficient but she referred my to an equally helpful and efficient Service Advisor, Ryan Empalmado. Ryan immediately took charge of my appointment and had the work put into effect almost immediately. When I picked up my vehicle a little later after it having been thoroughly cleaned, I was left with the impression that Brown Bros Ford and the 2 employees who took care of my problem could have done absolutely more to make sure that I was completely satisfied . My sincere thanks to all concerned.
