Placed an order March 30. A few days later I received an email saying one item in my purchase was out of stock. Two weeks later, still no (partial) shipment. Nobody answers the phone or calls back, so I email asking for info. "We're working on it". April 23 I email asking for my order to be cancelled. Did they cancel? No. April 30 they charged my credit card. And apparently for things that aren't in stock. May 9th and still nothing. No response, refund, items..... nothing.
