I've had the same problem as most customers here , I ordered plates in May 14th that were in stock on the website and the day came for the order to be shipped it said still processing by june 2nd i contacted customer service via email and phone all which were generic responses and never really touched on my concerns. I have emails to verify all this information. But basically this company is practicing shady business tactics do not order from them. I've yet to receive my refund or my plates.
