I've been ordering from Botach Tactical online for many years now and now that I live close to their warehouse I Las Vegas I finally decided to go there to pick up some stuff. The employees were super nice and very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help me decide on what products would work best for me and my needs. And even took the time to help me put together and mount my hearing protection on the Arc rails of my new helmet. I will definitely be back again and again as long as I live nearby. I see a lot of bad reviews online about this company the only the only negative thing I will say about them is that their inventory is not always correct so you may order something that says it is in stock but it isn t. I see a lot of people giving them negative reviews saying that their customer service sucks, well I can tell you from multiple experiences that it doesn t suck. Do not be afraid to order from them they will take care of you and all you have to do is give them a call during their business hours and they always answer the phone.
